Great experience with All Around Auto in Watertown. Rodolfo was super knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative throughout the process. Initial quote and lead-time were pretty much spot on - and the estimate was a solid 60% cheaper than I could find anywhere else since they were willing to repair parts instead of having to replace them. All of the body/paint work came out perfectly and my car looks brand new. Would recommend and use them again (although, hopefully I dont have to :)).

I brought my 2014 Ford Focus ST to Rodolfo to have some paint and body work done. I had been side swiped while parked on two occasions with damage being done to my rear driver and rear passenger side doors and I had also gotten into a fender bender that had bent my hood and cracked part of my front grill. I brought the car to Rodolfo and he was able to generate an estimate within 20 minutes. He hands down offered the most honest and reasonable quote out of the 5 different shops I got estimates from so going with him was a no brainer! Rodolfo was fantastic providing updates on their work throughout the repair process and was able to have my car ready for exactly when I asked it to be done. The car looks FANTASTIC!!!! You cant even tell that the front hood was bent and out of alignment before the repairs and the repaired front grill looks flawless. Both rear doors looks pristine and the car looks new again!!! I highly recommend going to Rodolfo as he truly puts customer service above everything else!

Almost a whole month to replace a back bumper and to fix a buckle in the quarter. Way too long, not happy with the wait, never gave me a actual date when it would be finished
