The only reason we go here is because we have a warranty. They are Incapable of diagnosing or inspecting your vehicle. these mechanics could not figure out a problem with our AC and we had to take the our car to them at least three times. First time they didnt bother diagnosing the actual problem. Gave us a recharge $200. Yeah we tried that before we even brought it to you. Thanks for nothing. Second time they replace a part. Almost $2,000, $800 of that is a part. Dont forget to recharge for $200 again. Today they say its the lines. Oh and theyre sure this time because they did a diagnostic worth $100. plus about $800 for labor and parts for the lines not covered under warranty oh and recharge again. Took it to an actual mechanic and they installed their own part wrong. Theyre just trying to milk this for more money. Recommend taking your vehicle to an actual mechanic. How much money we dumped into their incompetence does not equal out after warranty.

Buying a vehicle here is a whole back and forth between a high pressure, warm body, high turnover sales people, working on commission, who dont know much if anything more about the vehicles or incentives than who they are selling too . They run back and forth between their cubicle and a sales manager who sit behind a glass door like they are god. The service after the sale isn’t good, service dept has no regard for people with lives, or others time. Good luck, getting a loaner car if you have any sort of length or undiagnosed vehicle.

I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted, but I had some ideas. Chris, the sales manager asked me a few simple questions, and then Larry kept bringing out vehicles for my wife and me to check out and test drive. There was never any pressure, we never felt rushed, and everyone was extremely helpful through the entire process. We ended up purchasing a slightly used 2014 GMC Sierra and couldnt be happier. Took it in this morning to get the rust protection put on and was in and out with a loaner car with no problems. If you are looking for a new or used car, or for certified service, you cant beat Davidson.

Avoid at all costs(it will actually probably be cheaper elsewhere) Took my truck to get serviced and the radiator replaced. They did all that and broke my air conditioning . Took it back they said they would fix it and it has been more than two months. They never call you back, Hollie my service rep says she will and doesnt. Even worse she speaks in a condescending manner. For having a slogan of Nice people to do business with they have the worst customer service experience on top of breaking my truck. Do not take your vehicle unless you too want to suffer all summer.
