The driver side axle broke off unexpectedly an hour and a half away. I had AAA tow my car to Watertown gas and service. As soon as the car Arrived they took it right in and replaced the driver side axle in less than 30 minutes. I am highly impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, and customer service. I did not need to schedule an appointment and the price that they quoted me was very affordable. If you decide to go with them for any of your car needs and see a sign out front of their business that states “Magicians at work”it was put there by me. Thank you so much. I will bring my car here from now on.

Rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional, both the AAA driver and the boy from the store that called me. And yes, Im calling him a boy because a gentleman wouldnt be that rude. The driver, Adalberto, couldnt read the notes on the call so he couldnt find me. Then he was rude when he finally called me.

Came here for a vehicle inspection and cannot recommend this place highly enough! The entire process took less than 20 minutes (I imagine wait times are partly impacted by the number of people waiting in line, but they strike me as very efficient). Very friendly, helpful, and straightforward staff.

Will never buy gas here again, the past two times that I have purchased gas a $100 hold has been put on my debit card -which doesn’t get released until 10 days later. BTW this is not for an undefined fill up, it was with specific amount told to the attendant prior to pumping my gas. I’ll go down the street somewhere else.

Needed state inspection but I guess they did not want to do it for me, will find another place. zero customer service.

Went visit a friend

It is so hard to find good repair shop these days that will be honest and provide good service to you and your car. I have a 2010 Range Rover and Mike have been an angle sent, every time I have an issue I will take it to him and he will always fix it and reasonable price. I truly recommend Mike for your service station and I always get my gas there as well.

I went to get my car inspected and unfortunately needed new rear brakes. They were very nice and helpful in explaining exactly what was wrong. They gave me a very fair quote, but also let me comfortably call around to other places for quotes (without breathing down my neck as I have experienced in the past). So I was comfortably able to make the decision to get my brakes fixed with them. They were quick, efficient, and even showed me the old brake pads.

When it comes to price and service Mike is very best. His patience and personality cant be matched. Very reasonable both cost and time wise he has maintained a good work ethic in my opinion compare to many other local auto shops he is also willing to take your parts if you bring and just charge labor at a decent price thanks Mike for your assistance and service

So I got a flat near here and pulled in to check it and knew it needed to be changed. I asked to use floor Jack because its easier than the one for my wifes car, they said 20 to let them do it, I said no sorry im that broke right now and was going to change it myself, 2 guys came out and still changed it for me knowing I couldnt pay. Thank you guys very much saved me time and energy I honestly didnt have after a long day and a long ride. I highly recommend them just for their morals.

I have been a regular customer for 8 years and Mike and his staff has always been top quality, both professionally and personally. After having had so many bad experiences with mechanics in the past it is so amazing to find trustworthy mechanics like Mike and his staff. I was recently reminded of how lucky I am to have Mike because our car was recently towed to another mechanic in Roslindale and they held our car for 4 days and misdiagnosed the issue. They never did anything but as soon as we got it towed to Mike, the issue was resolved in less than a few hours. Thank you Mike and all your staff for doing such a great job.

Mike and his mechanics are the best! I refer everyone to them. The prices are always honest and reasonable and he usually takes you same day - if not same day then definitely the next day! He explains what needs to be done and doesn’t try to upsell you. Being a female I always worry about being told that my car needs more than what really needs to be done but Mike is always honest and explains exactly what is wrong with my car so that it makes sense to me.

Mike and service center offer quick service and great pricing. Never had a issue with service, can always take you in same day, quick turn around, and not pushy at all.

I got an oil change here the other day. The mechanic was friendly, and quick, the price was decent, and there was none of the upselling you get at some places. He politely pointed out that my rear brakes need some TLC without being pushy which was very much appreciated.As for the gas station, its full service, but the attendants are pretty quick and friendly.

Went in this afternoon to put $10 for my roommate to use the car. I had 54 miles left in the tank, pulled away waiting for the miles to increase. It did not change at all. Restarted the car thinking it might make a difference. Nothing! I will never return here!

Avoid. They lost my cars original oil plug (during oil change) and used something else instead so oil was leaking from oil pan. Official dealership put a new plug, but unfortunately I needed to pay for the oil change again.
