The specials usually involve buying two items, most times I dont need two. Just have a sale. If its a good deal people will buy multiples.

I live closer to the Arsenal st location but I like the staff on State st much better. It’s worth the extra distance to get better customer service.

Today at Walgreens on state at, I was refused to checkout at the photo department when I picked up my photos. Angelina handed me the photos and said I had to go up front to put for them. Ive never been refused to be checked out before. Terrible customer service.

Got a gift card for Buffalo wild wings noticed there was no activate slip with the card drove all the way back, watched the cashier dig in the garbage for 20 minutes, found out it was not activated, the manager told us theres no refunds, they never activated it then told us were on our own why can they sell gift cards if they cant do it correctly?

Pharmacy closes randomly and without warning to customers. Staff have no clue what is happening and cant help. A pharmacy that does not have a pharmacist is worse than useless because they cant fill your script or transfer it to another location.
