What impressed me most was that they kept their word. New vehicles have been hard to come by since Covid so it took a bit of time. They promised to still give me what they originally offered for my trade-in as well as the extras I wanted on the new vehicle even though I was continuing to put miles on my car while I was waiting. I was so thankful Josh the service manager took the time to ask me if everything was fine. I told him iCan’t I sit in your waiting room chairs as they are too low for me to get out of. He immediately went into the cashiers office and brought me a roller desk chairWe talked about hockey for a few minutes. He is an Islander fan and I am a Buffalo Sabres fan He is always so personable. Everyone else was friendly and my oil change on my Honda Pilot was finished in a timely fashion.

Fast service, comfortable wait area, friendly check in person answered all my questions. The only area that needs improvement is the online appointment. When I called to verify my appointment I wasnt scheduled. The were able to get me in that day at a later time.

Service was great but not exceptional. I came in 2 months ago for audio issues on my 2020 Civic. I had absolutely no sound not even on pressing the touch screen. From the beginning I said it was an amplifier issue and not a head unit issue. The head unit finally got replaced today and it did not fix the issue. Luckily they had an extra amplifier. They installed the amplifier and I now have music in my car. Wouldve given the 5 star if I didnt have to call corporate or if they had put the right part on order to begin with.

I brought my car in before my warranty was up because something was wrong with it. It took three days for them to figure out. Then my car had to be fixed days later because they needed to get the part. My car seemed fine for a few days now there is something else wrong with it. So, my car is still is not fixed and the warranty is up on it. Very unhappy!

Absolutely the worst we bought an 80,000 gmc Denali and it was great until after we signed the paperwork then we asked for a second fob and we were told they don’t do a second fob. They let us leave without putting the front plate on the truck and told us we would have to come back because they had no one to do it. We asked for some water and we were told to go across the street on route 12 to get water. These are all minor things that the dealer should take care of when you buy a vehicle. A scratch on the bumper we were told they don’t have a body guy to fix it. I wouldn’t recommend and no one called us after I put a complaint in on their website

I took my Honda in to get new pads on my brakes. I was pleasantly surprised when i was told I did not need new brake pads yet. They inspected the car and I was on my way. I was so pleased with their honesty and professionalism.
My vehicle had a flashing engine light and the manual stated pull over and call the dealer. I reached Josh Salisbury who handled everything very wonderfully. After dropping my vehicle off after hours / I received a text message first thing in the morning that allowed kr to communicate with him throughout the course of my repair . He didnt expect to be able to get my car in for another week. He said maybe we could get a diagnosis but it might not get repaired for a week. During the diagnosis they were able to find the problem and fix it on the spot. To my surprise it was done the following day!

Our experience with at FX Caprara Honda was awful. We contacted the dealership about buying our Nissan Titan. They gave us an offer on the vehicle and we asked what all needed to be done beforehand. He assured us to just bring in the vehicle and they would cut us a check. My husband takes time off work to bring the vehicle in and we were met with the salesman when we arrive. He proceeds to tell us that because the vehicle was registered in another state we would have to leave the vehicle there, they would pay the bank we have the vehicle financed with. However, they would not pay us for up to 10 days until they have the title in hand. We asked to speak to a manager and he says and I quote You can talk to me about whatever your problem is. He was a bully, he talked loudly over everyone in that dealership. He absolutely refused to find a way to solve the problem. I think he was just being lazy. By that time we decided to not do business with FX Caprara Honda. We had talked to this salesmanearlier about how we wanted to sell our truck and trade in another vehicle. He caused them to miss out on our business. When we left we went to several places around town and everyone gave us the same or slightly more of an offer on our vehicle. We took the vehicle to another town on the same day and was offered $1400 more on our vehicle. The individual contacted our bank, was assured there is a clean title, and cut us a check right then and there.

Went in for a oil change and the gentleman was extremely pleasant. Then out of curiosity decided to look at upgrading my current vehicle. My sales person name was Lee Lafave which he was absolutely incredible. Extremely knowledgeable, patient and made you feel very welcomed. With that being said my Husband and I actually both ended up purchasing two new vehicles from him because he was just that awesome. Definitely would recommend Honda FX Caprara.
All the people in the service department were very nice and helpful. The reason for only 3 stars is once my car was done (saw it being put back in lot) it took them close to 15 minutes before they came to me to let me know that my car was ready??? Just think they could have been a little quicker as my time is just as valuable as theirs.

Roof Rack / Crossbar InstallationI phoned and spoke to Josh in service about installing a roof rack and crossbars on my Honda Odyssey. He was able to provide a quick quote and appointment time.On the day of the service I was immediately happy to see a COVID / cleaning protocol posted. Each employee was masked and super friendly. The waiting area in the dealership was spacious and clean. The installation was quick. I am very happy with my experience and would happily return.

I tried twice to have a car starter installed at another business and was told twice there was a problem with the wiring in my car. I bought the car at Caprara Honda so I called them to look at the car. They spent the day going over the car and found no problem! They did not charge me a dime for all the time spent. Very disappointed in the service I received on my new Honda CRV. This is the second CRV I have bought there. Good service was one of the reasons I purchased from them. Sarcasm from service and was there three hours for a service and inspection. I was very disappointed. I will think hard before buying there again.

Luke was nice but there were a few different things I didnt care for ... one being there was a vehicle available that was in r price range 4 hrs before they closed then next day we went in it was gone when they knew I was def wanting to get it told me if I didnt have money down they cant hold it for me .... if I k ew that I would of went that evening before they closed wasnt notified of that...other is they dont really want to budge at all on there pricing .. every dealership can budge on pricing !!!
