They only ever have one person working at a time and want you to schedule an appointment, however even when you have an appointment they still wait on people in a first come first serve method. So there really is no reason to make an appointment its just a misleading waste of time. Workers never seem to be overly fast here as well. Save your time and go to a Verizon corporate store its well worth it. Yes thats correct I would rather drive to another town to a store than go to this one in the town I live.

Best Verizon store Ive ever been to!!! The sales rep made everything understandable and was very knowledgeable. The manager was great also - he helped with my transaction. I was taken care of with professionalism and all of my needs were met. Other Verizon stores could take a leaf from this stores book!!!! Great job!

Nice people helped me out of a tight spot where a trial service was expiring in 2 days, not enough time to order from website. By going there I was able to get sim card, start phone service, & port my number in less than an hour. There is a charge but its worth it to save the hassle involved with a new phone number.

Randall was very helpful to us, not high pressured, and allowed us to pick what we wanted. He explained everything, answered all of our question, and also helped me with my calendar app.

This place does not deserve any stars... opened an hr and half late, charged me for tablet I paid in full on the official site and had it ship to this one for pick up. The lady was not nice extremely rude didnt want to put effort into her job at all. I was there over an hr for a simple pick up and a scan activation never coming here again. Nothing but over charges and lack of help. No reason to even have a Verizon store here if no one can run it effectively. Close up, or get better employees.

Its is 10:25 Saturday 12/29 and the location isnt even open. I wanted to add a phone to my plan but I cant if there isnt anyone here.10:40 and still no one. I am currently with us cellular. Funny another unsatied customer left pulling on a door that wont open. If this is the kind of support we get I will go somewhere else.I will cancel my husbands plan and we will get a joint cricket wireless plan.

I just purchased DISH from them and absolutely love it. I am saving money by cancelling the only cable provider in the area and the HD quality is much better. The Hopper 3 DVR is amazing and records every single prime time show automatically!Ed the new manager has been extremely helpful recently. The store is very clean and they always want to check my account to see if I am on the best plan.

Was charged for items we were told were included in the price of the phone. Upon realizing the charges went back to the store and was treated rudely by the store owner who essentially admitted to using fine print tactics to sell merchandise. He then refused to accept returns. Will never go back and suggest you use a different Verizon store for your needs.

If you come in with an issue it would be great not to blow someone off. Especially when you hear sorry to keep you waiting to the next customer. Makes me think I was a waste of their time. My issue is still an issue. Nothing got solved.

2 weeks ago:New attendant working just referred me to the 1-800 number for any questions and also three other customers came in he did the same. He did help me set up a new local phone line but when I call people it comes up Beaver Dam and which is long distance to my famiys land line!

My buddy bought a prepay phone from these scum. They charged him double the value for a garbage phone & implied it was better than it was. Then they sold him a pre-pay plan he didnt want. Two days later he figured out how they screwed him & the jerks wouldnt evean refund him the phone. Finely he called Verizon & they denied any assosiation with this store whatsoever. In conclusion its owned by some kind of conglomerant that ownes smaller buisness they run at they expense of the consumer.
