This place is amazing best customer service especially better then the malls. Everyone there had a great work attitude. They made it feel so welcoming and I dread going to the phone store most of the time. Love saving money!

Recently went in to discuss changes to my plan. Spoke with Eric the manager there and he immediately took a deep dive into my plan, asked me what my needs were, and restructured with me to fit my needs! At the end of the day I got better service, better coverage, even ADDED TV and Im paying the same as I was WITHOUT all that stuff. Absolutely amazing work! Typically when Ive gone in in the past its been a quick once over and a shrug but Erics service will keep me with AT&T for the long haul!

Overall, it was a great experience at at&t. Between getting a new phone, adding on a new service and a new watch it took all of 20 minutes and they answered all questions we had and was very up front. Very very satisfied

Went in looking for new service and the phone they sold me is pretty good, very accurate to what she described. But I said I needed my plan to be about $50 a month. So far each month my bill has been about $110 per month. Its not because of the prorated month its simply because she signed me up for double what I wanted. Now I cant even get on the myatt.com to see how to make my plan cheaper.

Went in looking for new service since I was new to town. I was greeted by Kaitlyn and informed of all the AT&T services. I didnt feel pressured and I was able to come back once my mind was made up. The people in this store made me feel welcomed like I was a friend of the family. Great job AT&T youve just gained another customer!

My spouse and I had a great experience at AT&T on Arsenal Street. Eric and Adreona were very helpful and friendly. Eric (store manager) was quick to praise his employees. It was apparent that both he and Adreona were knowledgeable and professional. Not only did they take care of our needs, but they made the experience enjoyable.

Adriana was amazing! She helped me resolve an issue I had been working on for months with my bill. Best 15 minutes I have spent in an cell store.

Switched from Verizon the manager said we would have better service and coverage at out house. That was a complete lie. I dont have coverage at work where I did with Verizon. Arrogant to his coworkers! Tried contacting them several times to switch back but dont have enough coverage for texts to even send out. Adrianna has reached out a couple times and tried to help! Definitely recommend talking to her!!

Adreona was wonderful. Certainly does her job well. From the minute we walked in and were greeted by the store manager we knew we were in the right place. The atmosphere was very relaxed. Not once did we feel uncomfortable. We went to the store to upgrade one phone . Upgraded both phones and added ATT TV. Adreona took care of everything. Plus we were given other info on other options available to us at our off the grid camp.. very pleased we chose this ATT store.

My experience was excellent at this location, I did not wait long and both employees helped me with my phone. I would go back to this location again.

I went in with my mother and was greeted y Nicholas, and then assisted with Tre. They both were professional and animated they helped me with my situation regarding my nieces phone. I was so impressed. I came back later that night to pick up my phone where a other gentleman assisted me and was absolutely fantastic. The very next day I went in with my nephew and was assisted by Charlie and his associate which unfortunately I can not remember his name. However I was treated with the upmost customer service. I literally just want to come back just to hang out with this amazing team. Thank you for the phones and unique but memorable customer service.

No phones on display and lied about being a corporate store

Will be removing service after the second visit for a simple task and being over two hours. Then both phones not being activated to receive service or tested before we left. Previous visit was same time was for service.

Thursday a.m. 1-14-21, I went to the ATT Store on Arsenal St. in Watertown, NY. There were 5 ahead of me, and I was very impressed watching Adreana working alone in the store. (Another worker arrived at noon.) She was multitasking helping customers, answering the phone, receiving and sending UPS packages, etc. She was very calm, courteous and professional. She helped me transfer my old cell phone to my new I-11, sold me a case & told me all about ATTs new TV service. She could not have been nicer or more helpful, and I hope the stores management realize and appreciate what a gem they have!

Wish no stars was an option. Phone customer service gave specific and detailed instructions for corporate store to follow in setting up plan account. Went from single post paid account to multiple prepaid accounts and get the pleasure of paying more for their screw up. customer service can only accomplish transferring me to direct tv, holding for hours or just hangy up since. Big T get your act together and fix this.

Was not explained anything. Was treated very much like I was bothering the rep yet spent over $900. Other than the rep..n this experience. I actually like at&t service and customer service via phone and chat.

Fast friendly service. Knowledgeable and most of all I could buy my phone outright... I will go the extra distance to this store from here on.Unlike the Calcium/ Evans Mills location where the staff was rude not Knowledgeable and tried to rip me off with a payment plan.

Best customer service!! I was here for 2 hours but I had a lot of changes that I wanted to make. Brian was so patient and worked hard to get me every possible deal.

The associate working with me shut down all my questions as I was asking about using one of their current deals, seemed very short with me and wasnt open to the conversation. After shutting down my questions, she was interrupted by another associate who may have been in training as he was asking for help with another customer, she did not excuse me from the conversation or even apologize for the interruption she just ignored me while I sat and waited 10 minutes (!!) for the two to sort out their dilemma. Then she took a PERSONAL phone call while I again sat and waited. Eventually I just got up and walked out, as I could see she clearly had too much on her plate to handle and I wasnt going to tolerate any additional subpar treatment. Not happy with the way I was treated here

Shyra was fantastic!! Switched over from Verizon and had issues getting our transfer code from Verizon. Shyra was patient and very kind. Over two hours to get it all taken care of and she was nothing but nice the entire time!! Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for an AT&T device.

Incredible service, assisted me with moving from T-Mobile, and helped me get exactly what I wanted! They were super kind, and patient!!! They also took time assisting my mother who is deaf, and were patient with her as well, will go back, and continue to go back!!!

When she went in to ask for help she got turned away and they wouldn’t help her they said they don’t do that anymore go online.She went to the AT&T in the mall and they helped her. No issues no problem very nice there I’d go to that one in the mall instead of this one.

If you go in here, ask for Phil Puma. We had four different representatives between customer service and in different stores tell us different stories. Phil actually took an hour out of his time to sit and speak with us about our plans for moving and how we had to switch service unfortunately off of AT&T. He was explaining different ways on how I may or may not be able to get my early termination fee waived. He gave me all of the different options that could happen. It is not up to to give me any credits back, however he even did me the favor of writing notes in our account as to why we have to switch off of AT&T due to having no service in our new location. We came to this location only after visiting the mall because normally this storefront is very busy. We had a terrible experience in the mall AT&T with a representative named CJ who we actually reported to corporate and his store manager. It was like day and night difference in experience between the two stores. I definitely recommend this AT&T period as a former AT&T store manager in another state, I can say with all confidence that this store is looking out for your good and not just themselves.
