I had a great experience at this location. It was clean and well maintained. The fabric section looked well kept and everything was folded and tucked away. All the yarn was exactly where it was supposed to be. Nancy cut my fabric for me and she was an absolute delight. She was very polite and helpful. She even offered to get me a basket while I wandered around aimlessly. I didnt feel rushed at all. It was a comfortable shopping experience.

Good selection except for not being able to find fall decorations

It was my first time in any such store. I admit I was a bit overwhelmed at the size of the store and the volume of products displayed. Since it is of warehouse proportions then my first complaint would be more, if not better signage to department displays. A number of signs are not visible till you are right on top of them. Personnel were quite helpful but asking where something is everytime, seemed exhausting. In one instance a huddle was necessary in order to give me accurate directions. The price structure was confusing too. Especially the priced up, marked down scale. I will shop there again, but first impressions were it is average. I will see if it improves as I become more familiar, and also do shopping comparisons to similar stores.

Although this place is pricey, they have great decor options. Im frugal, so I only purchased items on sale or in clearance.

Costumer service is awesome just love just got a bunch of stuff to make a Reef for my sister inlaw turned out awesome

Nice big store with many products and good sales. I find most of the staff to be new in their positions and not always able to help or willing to take the extra steps to find out how to help. Customer service is therefore lacking.

I love going here! My son, not so much. So I have to go when he is in school due to his sensory and Autism. He doesnt like the in-store PA system. But he loves it when I shop there and bring it home to him! I have gotten paint, markers, anything that he can use on his art paper. I love what I can find on frames and for wreaths. I plan on going after work Thursday :).

Expansive store with the slogan its probably at hobby lobby and it definitely probably is the amount of merchandise is impressive to say the least

Literally anything you could possibly think of needing for any craft project, you can find here! Along with a massive and beautiful christmas section, they also have lots and lots of various decor options for anyone! Prices are decent and the quality of the items is very high. Most hobbies have their own sections with atleast one full isle for that specific hobby. My wife is a cricut fanatic and we go here for all of her supplies, tools, and the latest machines! I recommended this store to my mother for the christmas selection alone. Definitely would recommend them to anyone, specifically hobbyists! Michaels has nothing on Hobby Lobby.

Everytime I come in, the manager is always yelling at some poor girl whos actually done nothing wrong. I cant take my children into this store anymore out of fear the manager is going to fly off the handle at one of his minimum wage employees, even they know when too much is too much.

So I have a serious problem with this store, that problem is I dont have enough money to buy everything in it, gotta shop around sometimes to find the best deals store to store but I find this to be the best deals most often. Walked in when they were just opening the other day and tried to make a nest in floral to camp out by the time they were closing cause I wasnt done but I guess thats not allowed.

Wonderland of crafts.Keep in mind you definitely need a plan prior to entering or you will be lost in ideas for an hour before you realize what happened.Store is laid out in a pretty standard way and the associates are super helpful.

First time here. loved the place regular prices seemed a little on the high side but I was lucky enough to find a sale that gave me 50% off all wall hangings. now thats a deal. choice galore ...so many things to choose from. I could have easily spent my entire day there browsing...loved the store

This is my absolute favorite place to be! I could spend everyday of my life there and never get bored because there is soooo much stuff to look atuy. Whatever you need for whatever craft or DIY project your making, the Hobby Lobby definitely has it, and their staff is always pleasant and ready to help!

Great place if you need something quick and on the fly. But as far as anything full scale hobby. It would be much cheaper to shop online if you can wait.

Absolutely love this place. I didnt know what it was. my best friend took me here. she kind of wishes she never did, she went out to the car till I was done. Its amazing what you can make out of old things.

I would give it 5 stars if it wasnt so expensive to shop there. Buy I cant help it, its one of my favorite places to shop at.

This store was the Best Hobby Lobby I have ever been in. They greeted me as soon as I walked in. And the employees on the floor continued all through the store. I stopped the manager and told him Thank You for teaching the employees the correct way to work in retail. I explained to him how I worked for 9 years at a craft store and customer service was #1 for the employees. And how I also worked at a Hobby Lobby where it wasnt their #1 priority and I hated it and only worked there a short time. He said he also worked at one like that and that his store wont be like that. And that customer service is #1 in his. So people Christmas is coming and retail workers dont need all of our crankiness. So be kind to them they are just doing their job...They bust their rears during the holidays. On their feet for sometimes 10 hours. Dont let the craziness take over the holiday spirit In You. Great selection for local artists. Always shop here to get my oil painting supplies vs other stores. Usually constant deals on student level supplies and canvas. Easy access from Watertown and Ft Drum.

Always a good selection of craft and hobby supplies. Beads, painting supplies, crafts, drawing and papers, poster board, and much more.Some prices are quite a bit higher than other online sellers of the same identical items.

I would go 3.5.. It is ok. Some of the junky stuff is over priced. But i did like some stuff. Wall art. That type.

Wish they had some fire truck models and others available other than military, mostly old sports cars and star wars.

The store is fine, the prices seem higher than Id find shopping online, but they have a large assortment of many home products. It reminds me of the AtHome store.

We really enjoy this place. Cant wait to go back.

First time in there today. Nice big store lots to look at. Prices not terrible. However, some of the employees could use a chat. I was walked in front of twice while I was looking and a different customer was reached over by an employee to put something back without even a simple excuse me or acknowledgement that we were even there. Then the cashier was very short with me. Never asked if I wanted to purchase a bag and barely spoke to me. Little better customer service and some simple manners would go a long way.

Hobby lobby is awsome discounts galore walmart 15 for a hoodie but at hobby lobby 1799 and an everyday discount of 30 percent its 12 and some change you have from 30 to 50 present of and every day prices and always a section of seasonal always available Christmas Thanksgiving etc.. need to go and check it out. Everything you need is there.
