We should get a discount for being our own register clerk. Asking questions to employees will with ignore you or respond with,, its not me section,, . They do have almost everything you need at a descent price. We all though do know that their employees are over worked and under paid, like everywhere else.

Every time I go here its because the prices for certain food and items are the best but the lack of open registers and the refusal to employ more people that need a income by using a large number of self check outs is a shame. The one, two or three registers that are not self check out are so long and everyone has over full carts of massive Groceries makes me say out loud every time I go to Wal-Mart......I Hate this place but I keep going back !

Usually mostly empty shelves. Even after stocking. But they still have a wide variety of items. Usually fairly clean. I shop there often.

Every employee wears a mask. I am welcomed by an employee when I enter. Great prices and a thank you when I leave.

Walmart has always been a good place to shop and its always had good prices compared to other places around town

This location in particular has been getting progressively worse over the past 3 years. Shelves are barely stocked anymore, no matter what time of day or week you go

Wally world usually is thr place to go if Im in a bind and always has what Im looking for. Customer service could be better but thats everywhere

Its Walmart, what more of a review do you need? Walk a mile to find anything. All made in China. Lucky if you find what you need once get to that Isle. But its the only thing open sometimes

It was better before scan and go. Its convenient for some at some times. But if there is an issue there is still a wait. I would rather have a friendly interaction with a real person. As far as the merchandise, it seems like they are raising instead of rolling back!

Had to have assistance with electric razors&the pharmacy tech was very helpful. I didnt catch her name but she was very helpful and friendly.

Walmart has great prices, a good selection of products and the best thing is SELF CHECKOUT. You dont have someone else checking you out and handling your purchases. Best time to get there is between 7AM and 8AM, no crowds.

Its getting so more and more Walmart doesnt have items we are looking for when we stop there. Ball park new England hot dog rolls, Jummy Dean Scrambles which we have always purchased there, and a couple other items. I also despise the fact unless you want to wait in line forever you have to ring up your own groceries.

Large selection of groceries, electronics, home items, toys, etc. Clean well kept store & wasnt super busy. Short lines too.

I love walmart,but, Im disappointed in the price surge we all know inflation is the rich mans way of getting richer,its bad enough that big corp.companies get billions in taxe deductions an wright offs each year. If I was a millionaire I would own stores, just so I could keep things priced low, its sad to see the greed take over todays world/government .

Used self check out. Used cash. A bill error occurred and we waited 16 minutes for a CSM to help us. She was nice but 16 minutes to even see what the problem was with the register? Not acceptable.

Always busy and messy. Usually have exactly what youre looking for though.

I tell everyone if you need specific items shop in the early morning and not late every evening. I noticed hardly anyone had on a mask. No sanitizer was there for customers, but mark were there.

Having someone shop for you seems like a great idea; and it is mostly. Whats weird is seeing employees compete for products on the shelf as they shop for others. Otherwise, the experience has been ok.

Nothing like waiting 15 minutes to try to buy a $15 cable thats locked up! After 15 minutes, went & bought it elsewhere, in & out of thst store in 5 minutes!! Seriously, why lock up something so inexpensive? Or if youre gonna, pay someone to actually unlock it so you can sell the product!

They have just about everything you could ever need but its a weird layout that keeps changing, it makes you feel like youre running in circles sometimes! Staff is generally friendly and helpful

I came to buy a TV and a few other items. the staff was friendly and knowledgeable compare to other walmarts Ive been to. definitely will be coming back to this walmart

Power went out and nobody could figure out how to turn the registers back on. Maybe if there were a few cashiers this problem could be limited?

Some so called sale associates are very lazy. I asked 3 sale associate where to find an item. 3 different locations described. None would showe me the exact location it was like I was botheribg them. Then I left the store without purchasing other items in my cart

Grocery Store pick up is great. They usually have all my items in stock with few substitutions.

This location tends to be a clean place, and the produce is always fresh when I walk in. They practice covid precautions well, and ensure that everyone who enters is wearing their mask. The Door greeters know me well, as I frequently this location often.

Prices here at the Watertown Wal-Mart are way lower than the one in Newark NY where I live. I was vacationing in Alexandria Bay but had to get dog food and 40 lb. Bag of Purina One was $6.00 cheaper than the Newark Wal-Mart

I personally did not appreciate being watched while checking out at watertowns Walmart just because my 14 year old son was checking out with the hand held scanner. As we were about to leave the guy from My cat from hell followed us out of the store as if we stole something. Oh and dont let me forget, both the self checkouts said Remote access, please wait for assistance. One of the ladies had to take me to a register and check me out because they dont know whats wrong with it. Unbelievable, if you think Im trying to steal maybe come up and say something instead of making it obvious that they are watching us.

For a Walmart it wasnt too bad, the bathrooms brought it down from 4 stars to 3, had they been a little cleaner and stocked itd have been a 4 star visit but the bathrooms were unkempt at best

I did a grocery pickup. This isn’t my local store but it’s on the way to our boat and I thought it would be more convenient. I waited a ridiculous amount of time before they came out and then some of the produce was rotten. I had to throw it away as soon as I got home.

Usually dont make it this far out and prefer Evans mills or lowville. Thats said I would say the size is reminiscent or mego-lo mart straight out of an episode of king of the hill. Therefore you are almost guaranteed to encounter a myriad amount of different products. Now if you are looking for things from multiple departments at least your Fitbit will be getting work. Anything to be BBC said beyond that is unfortunately not many viral wal mart videos will break out while your running in to get you some Ben and Jerrys at 3am. Both the bakery and deli seem to be on the up and up although the fresh dessert section is a bit lacking, I need chocolate and multiple options.. overall though cant say it wasnt a pleasant experience as a whole.

I would love it more if they were able to keep new stuff in more often. It seems like they get in something new just one time and then dont get any more in. I am also hoping they get some sort of shelter for people who ride the bus. Its no fun standing in the rain waiting for the bus. Its going to be worse when the snow hits.

Once again another Walmart claims they have baseball cards in stock then I spend an hour and a half driving there for no reason. Thank you Walmart for wasting more of my money and time. Ive probably wasted $200 in gas driving to Walmarts looking for cards that they say online are in stock but are never in the store. Update your systems already. This is the third time this has happened in the last two weeks. Someone should be accountable for the misrepresentation of their website. But I guess Walmart really doesnt care about their customer just the money in their pockets.

It was a normal walmaet. Packed with lots of people. Staff isnt the friendlies or most helpfull when I asked. But it is an organized and clean store that has a little of everything but not alot of anything.

They are trying to get and keep product in which is plus. Given our current circumstances and the attitudes of customers Im surprised there are employees left. Kudos to them.
