Bath and body works is right there when you walk in and easy access to everything

It is an older Mall with limited restrooms. It is well kept for its limited shops and empty space. The businesses that are present seem to employ some very wonderful individuals that made it worthwhile!

I will support our mall but it is sad to see it almost empty. Perhaps the developing company could lower the rent to bring back stores

The wife and I have been up that way a few times and we do enjoy shopping up that way.

Bath and Body works in Watertown S.D mall is so clean and well organized, really enjoyed shopping there.

Enjoyed getting a pedicure with my daughter and granddaughter. Very pleasant owner and pedicurist.

You cant call this a mall. Most the stores are closed and the rest are starving for business. Parking lot is full of pot holes. Really sad for a bigger town.

Sadly its a bit empty. They do have an actual Hallmark store and a Bath and Body Work. It a clean mall, nice place for indoor walking. And it is conveniently located.

This Mall is dieing more each year. Over priced rental fees make it impossible for small businesses to remain in the mall.The parking lot is rough and has never been repaired correctly.

The mall used to have quite a bit to do but has lost everything worth going to.

We were short on time so just ran into Bath and Body. What I saw it was very clean. It was about 5pm on Saturday so not many people.

Place was a ghost town, also doesnt appear to be a mall at all from the outside

The mall is always very clean. Theres clean open seating areas for visitors. Clean bathrooms & is Handicap accessible. Great place to go shopping.

Like everything else when I went up there, very sparse in shops, restaurants, bars that were actually open. The fishing was just as disappointing. Watch out for the Best Western hotel if you stay there, they will give you two cards for free drinks in the restaurant but when you try to use them you will get a laugh. You have to use them on the 3rd Wednesday of the month during a super moon while water is being released at the dam after your 5th stay and only if you spend X amount of $$$$$. Im exaggerating but I can say I wasnt able to use them.

I dont hate this place. However I would not come here if you wanted to eat in a timely manner. Where I live food and drinks are served quicker with better quality. And the order is right.... update food wrong and cold....🤦‍♀️

Stores are scarce, but the few that are there I would recommend.

While the mall does offer an assortment of shops, it is but a husk of its former self. Many spaces lie open for rent, and the parking lot is riddled with potholes. Much of this alludes to its actual condition. A small town mall, owned by someone out of state, who only cares about profit. Dont let this dissuade you from the locally owned stores you will find inside, but understand that the building, and its surroundings, are there to fluff the wallet of somebody who doesnt truly enjoy or care about the community in which it resides.

Just needs to be torn down and turned into something else. The only solid business there is Dunhams.

The mall feels dead inside, its quiet, not many people. Lots of the attractive stores and areas all have been closed or removed. It definitely doesnt feel like a hangout place anymore.

Relaxed, and fun. Lots a good stores, make sure you have a few hours to look around they are all worth a visit!

So many stores have closed down so you only go for exactly what you need and then leave. There is no more walking around and checking out all the stores. Its a sad sight.

Whats there today is okay if you know what youre looking for. Most of the good stores are gone by now. Pretty lackluster in comparison to the days of walking the mall in your teen years.

The truly only positives about this mall are senor maxs and godfathers restaurants. Beyond that its falling apart, theirs almost no actual attraction to even go there anymore. there is Durhams if your a fan of sporting goods stores but thats about it. The place has been poorly managed for years now, more empty spots then filled.

The mall is dying. Used to be a bustling place. Do like the stores that are left! Especially Good Buy Gals! Lot of interesting things, lot of Christmas stuff!

Great variety

The city needs to come up with a Game plan here if they want to see revenue from the mall. Many businesses are failing to thrive here in Watertown and it is sad to see. Without good competition and competitive wages, spending money on luxuries is fewer and further between. Maybe we shouldnt be turning away offers from great companies to come into town.

Nice mall, it is however loosing stores like most small malls. If something could be done to bring in more stores it would benefit the mall and the city.

First time for me, I love to visit new places. I especially liked the Good Buy Gals store.

The management of the Watertown Mall are not doing a good job of keeping quality businesses in their stores. The shopping of the mall has deteriorated significantly and shoppers are going elsewhere for their purchases so sad to see!

Enjoyed Angels Attic and Good buy Gals stores!!

I enjoy coming to the watertown mall when I visit. I especially love going to Angels Attic. Theyre affordable, have a wide variety of items at an affordable price, and we are always treated with a warm welcome and great customer service.

Good Buy Gals is definitely the highlight in the mall. Huge selection of everything.

Found mine great shoes there and they have everything else in sports .

Why are all of our Malls dying? Everywhere, in every city. This mall is no exception. Everything is closing. Should be a Great Place! The new Art Gallery store is exceptional! Filled with works from local artists. We need more attractions like this. Senor Maxs Mexican restaurant is also great. Always has been. Godfathers Pizza is another place for great food. Dunhams sporting goods has a wide selection of goods as well. But everything else has closed or is closing. How about some lazer tag, go carts, etc to get people out there? New local specialty stores? Something? ANYTHING?

The mall is great! the food places are awesome! I like the stores we have there, I just wish there was more clothing stores that people in college could appreciate!

No larger retail stores anymore. Herbergers is about to close. Nice outdoors store but mall is mostly empty. Large thrift store with a good variety of items.
