When I went in 1 employee was with someone, 1 employee was on the phone and 2 employees were sitting at their desks appearing to be doing nothing. There was a woman that walked in right in front of me and one right behind me. The person at the information desk was rude and after she finished with the woman in front of us she walked off without saying anything. The woman that came in behind me left and after a few more minutes of standing there I also left. The customer service was very poor- not even acknowledging we were there. The woman behind me didnt wait at all, seeing how the employees werent personable or friendly she went to the Augusta division for friendlier service. My daughter and I decided to wait, but for naught, as we were never helped and soon followed the other womans lead. Poor review
