Will NOT deal with these guys again.. brought in a 2015 Dodge Charger 6 months after buying and putting brand new tires on, after getting the new tires put on, I’m told that the tie rod ends are bent to the point the front end of my car would have had to have damage done in order to bend them like they are.. I tried to going to the shop and all I got was, we ran test before it was sold and we throughly check out used cars, they wanted nothing to do with trying to help me out with getting my money back for the parts… I will NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! The garage I went got their warning yesterday about cars being bought from them and they said they have had at least 6 of their used cars coming in with issues that central maine was not willing to fix or refund for…

I had a good experience when pricing vehicles here (hence, my extra star). However, when I went to sign the papers for my Jeep, close to 3,000 was mysteriously added onto the price at the last minute. When I asked about the price I negotiated for, I was told, “this jeep has more features.” None of which I asked for. The dealership has offered 400 dollars for the misunderstanding.Within 2 months of owning my 2021 Gladiator. A hose blew and I was stranded on a Sunday. After paying for a tow to the dealership and finding a ride home, I wasn’t greeted with an apology but “you need to call the tow truck driver to see where the keys are.” Turns out, a service person had them and performed an oil change on the vehicle for no particular reason.It was nice of them to remove my hitch cover from my trade in during this service. However, putting it in the Jeep hitch with no pin was not what I had expected. When I asked them why my hitch cover was about to fall out on the way home they replied, “well, nothing bad happened, did it?” Two weeks later, the insulation on my top panel fell out... back to the shop.The day I signed the papers, I ordered a tonneau cover which was approximately 800 dollars which they informed me was never ordered. I had proposed that they “go good” for the tonneau cover in lieu of the 400 as a show of good faith for relatively poor customer service. I called and left messages to discuss this with them several times throughout the summer with no response. Today, I finally spoke with someone who said they would not be willing to do this. I told them that I would not be buying another vehicle from them after this snowball of shady customer service. It did not seem to phase the manager as he said, “sorry to hear that” and hung up.After speaking to other former customers about the service I received, they had similar horror stories.I was holding off on this review until I had a definite answer to my proposal. At this point, I’ve been more than patient and given ample time for them to make things right. I guess 400 more dollars is worth losing a customer. Oh, well.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

My front driveshaft and differential were broken they had get it 1 parts at a time to peice it back together. Thankfully I have a lifetime warranty.

Just bought a new Dodge Charger and had one of the smoothest and least painful experience buying/financing a new vehicle. I would highly recommend a visit/call and ask for Kurtis Bixby at Central Maine Chrysler Dodge in Waterville!

After having had new upper control arms installed on my 2004 Dodge Ram, three other shops had all attempted to align the front end of the truck. Two one of them had failed after repeated attempts. I decided to bring the truck to Central Maine Chrysler Dodge to give them a second shot at the alignment. The 03-05 Ram 1500 truck has a torsion bar suspension and the camber and caster must both be adjusted using a tedious process of repositioning the upper control arms in slotted openings on the frame. Brian Tibbetts, wanting to make good on their previous work, chose senior technician Elmer to do the work. Elmer was patient, accurate, and thorough in his work at aligning the truck. He even took the time to adjust the caster and toe-in on the right wheel slightly differently than the left to account for the crown of the road. When I test-drove the truck, I found the steering wheel at dead center and after turning, wanting to return to dead center with the vehicle rolling straight down the road. Handling is flawless. I am both thoroughly impressed and satisfied. I am glad that I gave them a second chance.

Monday morning I had a horrible thing happen I lost the key to my jeep !…!!….. I was horrified to find out how hard it is to locate and get one made …. Not alone the wait times….. I called probably 5 dealerships and finally on the 6th I called Central Maine Chrysler…. Not only did they have they key they were so very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. Also they told me that they can get me in way faster than the two weeks if the other dealerships had the parts I would have to wait. I am thankful for them fast service and the level of dedication these techs and service people provided for me. I will be a return customer for life!! Highly recommend if you aren’t at Central Maine Chrysler your losing out!!!

Steve in service was friendly and very helpful and accomodating, he was able to have my inspection done while I was there for my oil change and tire rotation, which I forgot to mention when I set the appointment.My mechanic Tim, was also wonderful, he put a plasic liner over my white leather seats( thank you Tim, I do worry about that, lol... but did not have to,) Tim also put the paper mat down on my carpet floor. I feel that I was taken advantage of. I spent $600 to get a door handle replaces and a new drive mode put in. Now a few weeks before they charged me to go over my car to see wjat was wrong. It was not free I had to pay for this. The door handle cost almost $300. Theydidnt fix it. They told me I need to order a clip for $75 to hold the door handle in place. They are a fiat dealership so I assumed they would know what parts they need. So I paid $300 fora broken door handle. I still have not recieved a call saying the clip is in, They put a new drive mode in because they said that was the problem making my check engine light and all my other lights come on. Im not a mechanic so I figured after I paid them to check out my car and tell me what needs to be fixed and waited.for the parts to co.e in tjat the problem would be fixedOh no turned out after paying almost another $300 that there is a sensor in the mirror that is messing with the lights. So I left there having paid almost $600 and still had a broken door handle and all my light was still coming on. I have done alot of buisness with central maine motors. I bought2 fats, I went there when I needed body work done, oil changes and I probably would have gone there when it time to trade my car in for something else. I dont trust them anymore. So I would not recommend them to anyone for anything Im am so very disappointed in Cental Maine Motors. I feel they took advantage of me and I dont understand how they can charge .me for a door handle that is broken. Same door handlethat was already on it

Oil/Filter change and State inspection took more than an hour on my 2017 Fiat with 6,300 miles. Other than that service was fine. Next time I will plan accordingly.

We dropped our car off on July 27th to be repaired. We have a bumper to bumper warantee we bought when we purchased the Jeep! We were told that all we would have to pay for any service was a $50.00 deductible copay! We used one of their cars while ours was there and they charged us $1450.00. We were never told that the rental was only for 5 days for free so therefore we had to pay for it. We were also told that it would be $20.00 per day because we bought our vehicle from there. They said that they fixed the problem but there is still something wrong with the Jeep! They never kept in contact with us,we called them. We also asked every time we called how much we owed and they would say they didnt know. I am very angry and will not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them. So much for a bumper to bumper warantee. I hate being lied to!

Honestly, the BEST car buying experience Ive ever had. Emmitt was excellent and went above and beyond.

We had to have our jeep towed after a water pump went. It was brought in late on a Sunday and was looked at on Monday even though they were booked solid. The parts were ordered and as soon as they came in they were put on and the jeep was done by the end of the day on Thursday. The service was good and they even squeezed us in for another issue on a Saturday. The only criticism I would have would be that I had to call for status updates instead of being called.

Jeff Carter made the car buying experience an enjoyable one. I would highly recommend him!

I had a trailer hitch put on my Jeep and Im not impressed with it at all. It looks like its going to tow a utility trailer not my popup camper. I was expecting something alittle more sturdy like the one I have on my Ford Escape that Uhaul in Waterville put on
