Everything went great. they replaced an airbag that was a recall, they fixed my cruise, and they fixed my tire monitoring system that wasnt reading any of my tires. Dana at the service desk was very kind and paid close attention to what I needed done. Great job Central Maine Motors Chevy Buick. Thank you very much! I highly recommend them.

I took my Silverado in for a check engine light.They told me it was a vapor leak and ran a smoke test that showed nothing. The mechanic on the video said the I might want to have some rusted parts looked at if I was going to keep the truck for a while.I paid $137 dollars and left the dealership. I noticed the light was still on when I was 200 yards from the dealership. I called and the service dept said that they could check it again but recommended that I have approximately $900 worth of work done to fix after the tech said that there was no leaks.Did I mention that I was in 309 miles earlier for a check engine light.I would highly recommend that if you need work done to go someplace else.

I went in for a Torque Sensor cap recall on my 2015 Colorado yesterday. Everything went to plan and the recall was completed. Would have been 5 stars but where I had to wait 2 hr and 45 minutes I did want to use the coffee maker I found that about 1/3 of the choices on the machine do not work. Dont mean to sound petty but they are always after me to leave feedback and this time this is what I have. Time for new waiting room chairs too these are pretty worn out.

Adam was a great salesman. Took forever to find a truck that I liked, but he stuck with it. Eventually the right one came in and we struck a deal. Super satisfied with how well he worked with me to push everything through and get the truck road ready.

I needed a state inspection and the air conditioner was blowing warm air. I was told the compressor had a leak and had to be replaced. Warranty paid for all but $60 for it so I cant complain. State inspection passed which I knew it would. Air conditioner is working well currently. As long as it continues to work I am happy.

Love how transparent they are; I was sent a video of my car up on the lift with an knowledgeable tech showing me and explaining each problem spot on my car before I had even left the building following my state inspection.

Great place for automotive needs

It was time to upgrade to a newer vehicle and decided on a Toyota Camry at CMM. Why I waited so long to become a central maine motors customer is unknown. Ben was professional and took care of my concern of a scratch on the drivers side door as the car was slightly used. Car was filled up with Gas and didnt have to ask like I have at other places Ive bought vehicles from.

Purchased two vehicles back to back... decent selection and prices. Follow through on delivery was lacking. Many promises for minor items (paint touch ups, seat repair kit, a couple others) went uncompleted.Have also found additional vehicle issues since purchase- outside of 30 day warranty. Things happen- would I buy there again? Yes. Will it be my first stop? Probably not.

I think they are to expensive.

Their major strength is the test driving process. Not impressed with the pricing process. Looked at a Jeep Renegade the website said $18,977 before the car came in (Coming Soon picture) then a few days after it was on the lot before being sellable it went up to $19,677. Theres a Nissan Rogue on the lot with a (Coming Soon picture) that has a price of $20,177 but they were trying to tell me the price was $21,999 and they recently came down from that price. Most of the other 2017 Nissan Rogues are $19,977 yet they refused to reduce this one. They also kept trying to push me to put a deposit on a car that I hadnt even gotten a chance to test drive and wasnt ready for the public yet, but refused to come down $450 on a vehicle. Pricing process certainly seems shady.Check out Thompson VW instead. They delivered the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Honest, straightforward, and accommodating without being pushy.

The shop does not take accountability for their actions and instead just keeps expecting you to make appointments at least a week out and paying them dealership prices to repair their mistakes. I noticed a leak under my truck while filling up with fuel off the interstate last Saturday. Called Central Maine Motors and they said they would take a look. My truck needed a transphere case output seal. With in two hours my truck was fixed and I was on my way home to Pennsylvania. Thanks for the great service on a Saturday morning.

Horrible experience since purchasing my car. They were very unwilling to work with me for a $300 repair shortly after purchase. I work for a major telecommunication business in the area, and will make sure all of my co workers know to go to another dealership. Sadly over the last year I referred 4 of my co workers to central maine motors all 4 purchased vehicles. I will not be referring going forward.
