Usually good service at this location, but this time service was lagging. Others who had placed orders either online or at the store were getting impatient and looking behind the counter looking for a reason for the delay. One barrista apologized for being short-handed, but there were three people working behind the counter

While Im sitting here for 30 min waiting for my coffees. The employees are laughing and joking. Worse Starbucks in watsonville

I ordered my drink a mango DRANGONFRUIT refresher, they were out of the fruit but failed to tell me, when they handed me my drink I informed them I don’t like that way and it was oh well!

The people who work at Starbucks are always friendly. Today was no exception. My drink was hot and tasty. My husband loved his croissant sandwich too! I misplaced my keys and they held my food and drink for me while I searched for them frantically. Lucky for me I found them in my car!

This is a great Starbucks. Never had a bad order here. Theyve even been given awards for their great service. With its location off Main Street its really a local hub. Its even open very late hours if youre traveling or need a late night fix!Survival tips:1. This location can get very crowded at certain times. Mobile Order is your friend if you have it, but patience is another good friend. Think about school schedules too. High school and college kids like to hang out here and you wont get a seat so easily when groups of students come in.2. The wall sockets never seem to charge my devices. This is less of an issue for me now that I live in town and am not using my laptop for school constantly, but it does stink when I really want to charge my phone. Dont rely on this place as a charging station.

It was too busy...took an hour to get my drinks that I ordered through mobile order. Granted it was happy hour.

This Starbucks is one of my favorites. Right next to Target. They get orders right most of the time. Not too long lines or wait times even though they are usually busy. Also they have most of the menu items in stock.

The best coffee...

This site staff is way too overwhelmed. Very chaotic scene, no social distancing. Barista told us to wait outside which we happily did, but she never followed up with the people outside. Hour plus long wait for mobile order. Other persons who waited less time got their drinks first.

They put half of wipe cream in my caramel frappe, it was mostly wipe cream! Never coming here again. Don’t do their job right.

Always takes them over twenty minutes to get us one iced espresso drink. Other Starbucks is not disfunctional like this one is. The workers always park right in the front of the store instead of parking a little farther back so that customers picking up drinks park in the red zone blocking traffic. They never cook sandwiches completely so its cold meat food. Their cornavirus system is faulty causing more hazards instead of mitigating risks.

They are trying their best to get customer drinks as fast as they can during the Social distancing time. Its best to order ahead.

This is a interesting store... I do not live in the area but frequent it about 5-7 times a year and it is always very consistent... First, the team members are very nice, very friendly. Second, the store is consistently unkept/unclean. Litter on the floor, unwiped tables, etc. Third, the service is always slow. Whether I order online or in person... this is the second slowest store of the 100+ I have been in. The corporation should remodel this location. Its a good place, nice location and the product is good as well :-)

(Pre-Covid when we were not wearing masks.) The store should be redesigned to accommodate more seating room. Understand lack of seating increases customer turnover but not an atmosphere conducive to staying and enjoying coffee with friends. They should probably examine their training program for new staff in addition to adequately staffing the store. They would do well to make their mission as delivering on time quality products.

The coffee is ok, but this location routinely takes double to triple the time it says when placing a mobile order. They often make the wrong product or forget to put espresso in a latte. Often out of items and dont tell you until after you pay.

New drink called the tie-dye drink its amazing. The atmosphere was a 5 its kind of a small stores but they have outside seating

I love the openness of the store (its like a dance floor in the middle), and the lattes were terrific (some stores seem to serve watered-down versions).

Theyre always out of drinks such as the strawberry açaí and the berry hibiscus drink. Theyre also very slow and they have horrible customer service. Once i ordered their protein boxes and when i arrived they didnt have it even though on the app said they did. This issue has been very consistent with this starbucks.

Had to wait over 23 minutes in the store on a call in order.

I will mediately walk into the store and the managers there telling one of the ladies she’s fired from her job. I order a small coffee walk over to the counter to put sugar and milk in it and there is no creamer. I asked one of the ladies if she could grab another creamer and she looked at me like who do you think I am ?

SLOW SERVICE. BEEN WAITING FOR OVER 30 MINUTES AND STILL NO LUCK GETTING MY SINGLE DRINK. LADY NEAR ME SAYS SHES BEEN WAITING FOR 45 MINUTES. PLUS LIKE 30 PEOPLE INSIDE!!

The employees are really nice and for most of them being new to the job the have it down good work guys..

Even though the staff is nice here, service is horrible, the online order feature doesnt work here as efficient as it does in other starbucks locations.I place my order online in advance and when the app says the order is ready, I have to wait at least 10 to 20 minutes more and remind the staff about my order to get it. Seeing walk-ins who order their drinks way after me and get it before me doesnt help the situation eithet. Customer service in this particular location leaves much to be desired.

They were out of lids, so would only sell me a tall ( small) coffee drink. They were also out of the gruyere egg bites. I waited 25 minutes!! for this order. No apologies for the poor service.

There are less tables than last time I visited. The power outlets are getting worn & my phone charger falls out. Only one restroom. Baristas are quite friendly & remember my name & my favorite drink.

Do not recommend going during your scheduled break time from work...Ordered 2 grandes at 9:02am which was supposed to be ready in 3-7 minutes but wasnt ready until about 9:23amI had to ask if I ordered from the right location since there was NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT!! Very disappointed.

Had to meet with some colleagues, never really like Starbucks as I mostly support local family owned coffee shops but the place is cute and the barista who helped me was nice. I loved their new cherry choco frap so it’s all good.

This location is beautiful in decor, but lacks in customer service and SPEED. Took 15 minutes to get my coffee (made incorrectly) on a Sunday at 11:30am. Not happy.

Not only did I have to have them remake my coffee because it was barely even warm, I had ordered breakfast items and the everything bagel with cheese I received came untoasted with no cheese. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE

My family and I were on vac. we saw a starbucks and when we went in it was gross so dirty. We go to starbucks often and have never been in to one so gross. The restroom was so bad we just left it was hot dirty and smelled. I hope they do something to get that place looking good. This is my first time ever writing a review so yes it was that bad.
