If you want your car to sit in a lot for several weeks for it to be forgotten about and not to be fixed, this is the shop to take it to. Just communicate that you lack the time and man power to take on the job, and stop wasting peoples time so customers can go elsewhere. A truly awful customer experience.
Bar none, the worst customer service experience I have had in decades. If you thought your car accident was traumatic, wait until you deal with these jokers.
Not professional, office is dirty when you walk in . Poor customer service, they say they will call you back and never do . When they tell you your car will take 2 weeks to fix just add another 2 weeks to that because it’s never on time .
