Bought my car here and have gotten all service done here. Online today there was a BOGO Free tire sale and I called to make an appointment. The girl was confused suggesting I may be on the wrong site until she went on and saw it also. She wanted to talk to her manager and call me back so she could get all the info since I was the first person inquiring about it. The call back I got was telling me the website was wrong it should be buy THREE get one free. So false advertisement and they wouldn’t honor what their site said. I have videos and pictures also of the site. Not even to offer some type of compromise either. Very disappointed in Russ Darrow. I will take all my car servicing else where as well as never buy another car from them. No integrity.
