Mike up front is amazing. Came is without an appointment for a flat fix..even though the tire couldnt be fixed we got an easy solution and a speedy repair. Even on a Friday late afternoon.Will be back to replace other tires in the future.

My boyfriend and I were on our way to the Dells when we discovered a bulge in one of our tires. We were too far from home to drive back safely. Jacob managed to get us in immediately and get it fixed as it was a serious safety concern. Very grateful to the guys at Firestone for helping us out of a tough time.

Oil changes have typically been quick and they took care of my aftermarket wheels during a tire rotat.

Sent My daughter in there for new front tires and an alignment. They told me she needed $700 dollars of front end work before they would align the front. They INSTALLED THE NEW TIRES BEFORE THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS WORK THEY SAID IT NEEDED SO I WAS OBLICATED TO BUY THE TIRES THEY INSTALLED. i took it to my mechanic whos been doing car repair for 40+ years and he SHOWED me there was nothing wrong. They were trying to sell me services and parts that were not needed. Plus the Manager hung up on me when i called him out!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! IF I COULD GO LOWER THAN 1 STAR I WOULD...

These guys did great, wonderful customer service everyone was super friendly and willing to answer any and all questions I had. My car was serviced in a very timely manner. The price was also more reasonable than the other companies I had called.

So, I had Gotten my alignment done at the Sheboygan location because I was traveling up there at the time and sure enough my car was pulling to the right months later and I had gotten the 1 year warranty. So I come into this location because I live in this town. So I call and ask to get my alignment done under my warranty. They said come on in. So I show up to the shop. And the women that works there has a serious attitude problem. She says I can not get it done at this location because the original work was not done by them. So I call the Sheboygan location and they said that’s not true, that I fact I can get it done at any location. The women there just keeps arguing with me and I really wanted to smack her every time she opened her big mouth. Just a horrible service all together.

I’ve been here a few times and believe the do good work. That being said I think you will pay a little more here than at other shops (less than the dealer). I also had very rude customer service when I tried to do some price shopping. But to me the work is the most important factor to getting my car fixed so still a good rating.

The employees at this facility truly care about you and you vehicles needs. They listen and provide excellent direction. Their service is the best. I cannot say enough about them. I recommend them highly!

I have always used this Firestone over the last 10 odd years for my service and maintenance. They are kind, courteous and dont over sell like some shops do. They are similar to the typical Mom and Pop shops that you always hear about. They always look out for what needs to been done right away and give their opinions on other items that may be needed but that can wait. Their technicians take care of my vehicle and always give my truck back to me in the same if not better condition as I gave it to them. I will always use this facility for my automotive needs.

Ive always had great service at this location. The manager is very congenial and genuinely concerned with providing the best customer service without unnecessary expenses. This is truly a shop you can trust which Ill be using in the future.

We took our SUV in last weekend for a nail in the tire. After having the car a few hours we got a call that the tire could not be repaired. We declined the services for a new $300 tire and decided to take it elsewhere for a second opinion. We assumed that the tire was in the back of the car since the spare was in its place, only the rim was. So they decided to keep our original tire since it was junk. We went back to pick it up and took it to Tires Plus where they told us there was no repair to be done because the nail had not penetrated thru the tire. First, dont keep my property. If I refuse a service, such as a tire repair, dont assume you dont have to return it to me. Also, either the mechanics are incompetent of doing their job or the place is dishonest. Weve trusted them in the past with services, but after this I dont plan on going back for anything.

Had four tires put on my truck, they found that one tie rod end was shot (which I knew already) so they replaced it so they could do the alignment properly. Easy to deal with, friendly staff, they were able to get the tires I wanted in in less than a day (other places I checked were 3-5 days out) Would recommend them to others!

Had a great experience there today thanks to Pat Graves and the service technicians! Received four new tires, alignment, and filter change all in a little over an hour. Was told my options ahead of the work being done and allowed time to think about what I wanted to do. Thanks for the great service gentlemen!

I stopped in three times over the course of a week hoping to get my tires rotated and oil changed. The earliest appointment I could get in was a week and a half away. I arrived 15 minutes early before my appointment was scheduled. I was told it would take a minimum of an extra hour before my car was done. An hour and a half later I was called to the desk for check out. I was told my rear tires were too worn and it wasnt worth rotating them, I was told I had to purchase new ones in about 6 months. They gave me a quote for the highest-end tires and charged me $25 for an oil change. The customer service was very poor, I found both of the front desk people to be very condescending. They were very rushed and I felt I was taking up their time. I will not return to the store nor will I recommend it. Im giving it 2 stars because the free coffee was really great.

Impressed with Honesty and Value of getting it done right the first time. Michael helped with the work i needed on my older minivan. He actually talked me out of spending too much on the the things i thought i needed. We needed safety items first and i will pay that off with my new Firestone card. My husband will now be bringing his truck to Michael instead of the dealer.

This is the second time we’ve had work done to our car because unfortunately they’re one of the only car repair shops open on the weekend. You definitely pay a premium for it though. Over $500 for a starter on a 10 year old Civic. Supposedly the only starter they could get was $270. Needless to say we won’t be back.

These guys at the Waukesha Location are always very personable, they remember me, and remember my cars and their history (even without looking at their computers); they did a great just on an oil pan issue that I was having, kept me informed, and fixed it first time, like always. I take about 1/2 dozen cars to them for work, and its always a good experience

Great experience and amazing service. From the moment I called and talked to Michael W. to the moment I came in Michael W., Pete Z. and the crew took my car in right away, fixed my tire and sent me on my merry way. Great people, very professional and friendly.

They repaired a leaky tire for me. Then told they didnt have time to put the tire back on. I had to put it on myself in the parking lot. 3 minute process for them, 30 minutes for me.*update*Manager called and apologized, offered me some coupons for future services. This matter was resolved to my satisfaction.

Last Saturday, April 30, I went in to have my car inspected because it overheated the night before. This was not my first choice for where I wanted to take my car because the last time I came in I was told my entire engine needed to be replaced because oil was all over (I just had a bad oil leak that had gone on long enough that it ended up getting everywhere. A power hose took care of this issue). Anyways this was the only place that had availability on such short notice and that shouldve been an indication not to take my car into this store. Anyways they told me my water pump needed to be replaced and it would cost $650. I have a friend that used to be a mechanic and helped me to buy my car, told me he estimated it would cost $250 and to shop around. So I paid the $23 for the inspection and they told me they would put my car back together and drive it around. Monday afternoon I brought it into a local mechanic that quoted me a price that was half of what the Firestone store gave me. This morning they called me and said that a cover wasnt replaced right and that my timing belt was now covered in oil. This explains the high pitch screech I got when I turned on my car for the first time since driving it back from Firestone on Saturday. While its going to cost me an extra $58 to replace the belt, Im thrilled that I didnt let your employees replace my water pump. I dont even want to think about what couldve happened if I did the repair. I will never be going back to a firestone auto care again.

Dont take your car here if it is nice I have staggered wheels and tires. I told them to make sure they put them on right and they still messed it up and were trying to say its to late they are already on. You think a shop that specializes in tires would be able to get it right.Price was cheap but not worth the hassle.

I got a flat tire on the highway in the late afternoon. I used Firestone website to choose the tire with estimate price, it is cheaper than Sams club. I then made an appointment on line (7am). The following day I have my tire replaced by 7:50am and went to work like usual without taking time off. It save me time, efforts and money.

Avoid at all costs! Rude service and incompetence run rampant at this place. Came in because I had to jump my vehicle times on several occasions in the past week. They ran the battery test and said it needed a new battery but not bad enough according to Fleet Vehicle agreement. Without even calling to describe the situation they simply said to call customer service to try to get them to authorize. Every other mechanic would have called, gotten authorization and installed the new battery. Lazy, rude and incompetent are the three words to describe the service I received here.

Really fast Quality auto repair. Pete and Jon saved us big bucks on my wifes Caravan. Pete the manager showed us exactly what was making noise, it was NOT the struts the dealer told us, it was a little link on the strut. $150.00 for a set of strut links instead of $800. 00 for new struts. Never again Mr. Dealer. They make up a recall, or they build crap in the first place, then you can get sucked into expensive repairs that they find .

Caught this business in a lie said part were discontinued found the discontinued parts at auto zone I was told they were never discontinued. Also was told part would be 1200.00 kind of odd auto zone had it for 50.00. Will not go back eve. Even after all this they made the mistake if calling me and insisted that so much more was wrong. My car is still on the road and do not have the ussue that they were supposed to fix

We had a fantastic experience at this location. We are from Madison and had to drive to Waukesha to lay our dog to rest because we had to put him down that morning. Unfortunately, the brakes went out on our Expedition just as we got off on the Waukesha exit. Firestone does service on our cars in Madison and so I chose Firestone to fix the brakes. Randy, Pete and Jonathon were all VERY understanding of our situation and went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was repaired before they closed that evening. Everyone we spoke with conveyed their condolences for our current situation and was more than kind. I was even told they could stay a bit later if needed to finish it up. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this location. Thank you again guys for your help and understanding!

Service was prompt and labor rates were right on the area average. Make sure you check on the parts though, most are marked up at least 340%, even when compared to OEM. I understand the need to mark items up, but that seems a little ridiculous. You can get the same quality service without getting taken for a ride on parts at a local auto care center.

We have been customers at this Firestone Auto Care for 18 years and been very happy with the service. They know me when I walk in.

Very disappointed in firestones service. Came in with a nail in tire, asked for the tire to be fixed, Peter told me tire could not be fixed and I would need 4 new tires because the car was AWD. Called the dealership explained the situation, they told me to bring it in. Tire repaired, the dealer said worst case scenario needed to buy only one tire. Bottom line, I saved over 2000.00 by getting a second opinion . I understand the store is in the business to sell tires, but not to rip customers off! Would never recommend this business.

Called ahead and made an appointment. Dropped the vehicle off the day before. Michael called me the next day saying he wasnt going to look at it. He did not provide any reason why he wouldnt look at the vehicle. It was extremely rude and unprofessional.
