Good experience with staff..even tho it was more than expected...would recommend

I know the staff and used to work here. No animosity with them. Still enjoy being there and seeing them. However, corporate has left them high and dry taking staff for other locations and now they cant keep up. Head tech, Chris work is typically flawless and hes very knowledgeable compared to other senior/ master technicians Ive encountered.However, due to short staffing in the industry theres a lacking in service quality trying to keep up with quantity. Engine lights being triggered during inspections and left on, tpms not being reset, dirty steering wheels and door handles from grimy hands, etc. Not major issues, but small inconveniences due to having to rush to keep up.Corporate really needs to take greater care in how they treat this store. The staff is plenty competent and deserve to be paid much better if not supplied with sufficient manpower to compensate for the demanded workload.If youre in a pinch, this location has always been very helpful to accommodate your emergencies even late at night staying well beyond closing time.Id always recommend scheduling your appointments in advance and leaving the vehicle with them sufficient time.No matter where you go. Rushing leads to accidents. Dont rush something as important as your car. Let them do it right, because they can.1 star to corporate. 5 stars to the staff.

Got me in for a flat tire repair with no appointments. Worker came out to the parking lot to jack up my car as they didnt have a bay open. Was very impressed that they bent over backwards to accommodate me.

Our trailer blew a tire by the Kwik Trip air. Thank god there is a Tires Plus so close. Myles came out and saw our problem. Once we got the tire off the trailer he repaired it for us no questions asked. I’ve never had a friendlier person give advice on the tire and just be so helpful and friendly!

Horrible customer service my car took much longer than promised and I was kept in the dark about the only mechanic that can fix my car was going to be on vacation for 2 weeks until after one week and Im wondering what is going on.. Totally unprofessional and huge inconvenience and conveniently there was no manager there to talk to when I went to pick up my car. Id never take a car here ever.

Was on my way on a weekend trip when I realized my tire sensor valve was leaking air ended up calling Tires Plus in speaking to Austin and he showed me if I came in you be able to help meSure nuff true to his word I came in when they open and he was able to service my vehicle and get me back on the road Im going 45 minutes sales technique and service knowledge very impressive but his willingness to make the customer happy and do whatever it tookthank you Austin I appreciate all your help and help me get back on the road as soon as possible I will be back again soon to get more service done

Got a flat tire on my lunch break. I dropped my vehicle off without an appointment at Tires Plus & went back to work. Was able to pick up my car right after my shift; new tire & all, and drive home without missing a beat. Total time = 3 hours. Very convenient, very helpful, friendly staff & reasonably priced (bout $120 new truck tire)

I had called to make an appointment. They had a time open, I didnt write down the time as I asked the gentleman on the phone if I could drop it off on the night before. He said yes and that it would be done after the appointment time. Which meant that my fiance would take my car to work and the appointment time was at a time that we would pick his car up after he was done at work around 330. I asked if there was a key drop box as I would be dropping the car off after hours and the response was yes.I had not heard anything by 3pm so I phoned. They put me on hold then hung up on me. I called back. I stated I am wondering when my car will be ready for pick up. The gentleman asked my last name. He asked what kind of car needed work. He asked if I had an appointment! I told him I had made an appointment and said that I dropped the car off! It was as though I had never made an appointment He said Oh weve been trying to get a hold of you. Which I had absolutely no missed calls. Your keys werent in an envelope with your name and phone number on them . Confused I asked why the gentlemen needed to get a hold of me. They had my keys and my appointment with exactly what kind of tires to put on the vehicle. Well we were wondering whose keys those were. There were six other keys in the drop box. . I stated, you mean to tell me you havent started work on my vehicle because they werent in an envelope? And you mean to tell me you had six other of my car brand keys and couldnt figure out which key was which? And you mean to tell me that even though I made an appointment for my specific car you were unable to tell that they were my keys... so instead of calling the one person with an appointment with my specific car and a Sunday night drop off time in your system you let my car sit there all day? The gentleman stated that they are unable to start work on a car unless they know whose keys they are. I told him that absolutely no one told me that my name and phone number needed to be on my car keys or my car would sit for the day. He was unsure why no one told me this but said there are envelopes in the drop box that need to be filled out. I wonder how many other customer cars have sat there all day due to employee negligence? Due to no envelopes? There is no way that your employees were unable to put two and two together that my specific car sitting in their parking lot and the APPOINTMENTMENT in the system with my PHONE NUMBER were for one in the same. Your employees said they tried to get a hold of me which is a blatant lie. They let my car sit there. I asked him when my car would be ready. He began to say something about being booked up till tomorrow but concluded the sentence that my appointment had an 8pm due time. After they called me that my car was completed around 4:30, too late at this point for my fiance or my sister to drop me off to pick up the vehicle during hours to pay for it who both had other engagements, I called back. I called back to see if I could pay via credit card during hours then when it was convenient after their engagements get a ride to pick up the vehicle. No. The man on the phone said that was not possible because of credit card fraud. That at one of the other stores someone had paid using a stolen credit card. Totally understandable. Until, I drove from Oconomowoc to your store to pay for the car during hours and no one verified that I was the card holder. Your people made me make an extra hour and a half long trip wasting my money and gas to pay in person using a credit card that they did not even verify!! The whole purpose of them denying me the transaction over the phone!!!

Great service. These guys did a bang up job getting a full set of tires ordered and put on for me. Good work - lugs were not over torqued, balancing doesnt look like it was done by a blind modeler, and the car was delivered as dropped off. Little messy on my cars fenders, but I understand - you gotta have leverage. And the prices vary enough for most folks. You have to realize that each tire place has its group of tires it sells, so you go to the place you need.

I wish the inside waiting area would have seemed cleaner...even if the mess is spilled dried hand sanitizer, it still looks gross.They did the work in the time they said they would, started on time and finished on time. Staff wearing face shields and masks - gives back the 5th star ⭐

Today I had to make an emergency appointment at the Waukesha, WI Tires Plus location. I had a serious problem with my front breaks not working properly and getting hot. Will from customer service was awesome and offered to have me come in right away. He was extremely helpful and was able to get a technician to look at my brakes right away. Chris the technician started to work on my vehicle right away. Will and Chris were great at explaining what the problem was and the repairs that were needed. Chris had my vehicle finished in a very decent amount of time, he also included a test drive to ensure everything was working properly. These guys were my heros today!!! Blew a trailer tire on our loaded utility trailer on side of road. Went to Farm and Fleet the guy was willing to sell us a tire, not two because they only had one, and was not willing to even check availability to have it put on rim. Went across street to Tires Plus, they were very busy but after hearing our story Claudio was willing to help us out personally. Thank you Claudio and Tires Plus to get us fixed and back on the road. I will recommend this place.

Mechanic went above and beyond to explain the issue and provided options on how to troubleshoot an intermittent check engine light on work truck I could not figure out.Quick getting the new tires on and Jake was helpful in setting up a time to get everything scheduled.Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had a truly great experience here! I was in a pinch- realized I had a slow leak in one of my tires right before having to travel. I was able to get an appointment the same day and was in and out in under an hour. The staff was super helpful and friendly, something I cant say the same about for other vehicle places. At the end, I was given coupons and extra discounts without having to ask. I highly recommend this place!

First time there. I chose to go here because of the reviews. I was not disappointed. Had new tires installed. Surprisingly busy for a Sunday. I had an appointment and they got me in on time. I was out in about an hour. Everything went well. Good job, and the manager was courteous and friendly. Overall an excellent experience. Would go back again.

Made an appointment on Wednesday for 2 p.m. Thursday. They had my car in within 5 minutes and I was out of there by 2:45.They told me a few things I should pay attention to and take care of in the near future. No pressure.Very thorough. Definitely my oil change place of preference

Excellent service. Both managers Mike and Jake are very nice. Mike helped me to find the best discount they have at store and other resources, I got the best deal that I cannot find in other places. He also provided the discount for the optional services, but not push me to buy. When I decide to modify my order, Jake also helped me with the follow up without any charge. I will come back again and definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Oil change, balance and rotation in less than an hour. They checked everything I had asked them to, everything was OK. Energetic, knowledgeable and pleasant young men and women (millennials). They were more than happy to accommodate my requests. They seemed to like and appreciate their jobs.

Claudio and his team helped me on a busy weekend with a cracked rim on warranty tires. Not only did they help get a spare rim for the time being but also found an OEM which is being shipped to them. Exceptional customer service! Definitely Recommend not only for tires but 2nd opinion on repairs!

My wife found the end of an S hook from a bungee cord in her tire on the freeway. :( I call a little before 6pm. They were booked, but said I could drop off the tire. They were able to fix it in between other jobs. The manager even stayed a little late after closing to put the tire back on for me when I picked it up. Thank you! (Whatever time he left after closing, it was 20 minutes later because he helped me out.) You made my wife happy getting it repaired so fast, and a happy wife is a happy life! Thanks!

Tires Plus is my go-to place for all my car repairs! They did an awesome job on fixing my power steering line when it went out while driving. Great service and done within a day after dropping it off last minute!

I can not say enough about the guys at this store. They were super helpful, I had an issue they got on it right away. Pointed out some things to me, and also gave me some tips on how to help in the future. I will continue to take my vehicle to them.

Quick, courteous, and fairly priced. I utilize this location for all my vehicle needs and have been doing so for 3 years. Much more reliable and fair priced than Midas. Service times are considerably quicker, as well.

Awesome staff. My girlfriend had new tires and alignment done on her car at the Tires Plus in Appleton. About a month later and the car was already veering. I called up this Tires Plus, since we live 10 minutes away, and explained the situation. They confirmed the dates we had the service done and told us to bring it in. They looked over it and saw that the alignment was not properly done and fixed it for us free of charge. Great staff, who could have easily pawned the issue off to the other guys but they didnt, instead they did the work free of charge and were very thorough. We will definitely go back for tires and other miscellaneous services.

Work to be done: replace sway bar end links, rotate tires and fix a tire leak during a day and a half of leaving my car with the shop. Time commitment established up front. Didn’t find the tire leak point, tires didn’t get rotated, and sway bar end links were not started by the time commitment.

Fast and informative service. I walked in at 530 without an appointment. The tires that I needed werent in stock so they ordered them and the tires arrived in 30 minutes. I was done by 635. Definitely better than the dealership.

Each time I go I get treated like I been a customer for years. I have only been there twice. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable. They also will work with you on this to get you a good appointment time. I had to change mine multiple times in a a day and still could barley make it in time to get my vehicle serviced the next day. Which was on a Sunday. These guys put in the work.

Doug, Jake and Austin were all fantastic! Got a set of new tires that just didn’t work out for me in the end and when I called to see what we could do, they went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Got a brand new set of tires the next day and I couldn’t be happier. True professionals and I will go out of my way to come back.

Those are great stuff theyre very helpful but sadly I didnt have the locking lug for my car tire to get fixed.

I thought my appointment was at 2pm, but I had actually missed it at 11am. Jake made sure that I was taken care of and did not ask me to reschedule, even though they were busy. I left with four new tires in under an hour. Great service!

Been a loyal customer for 10+ years but heaven forbid you have an emergency when everyone else does. They want me to be loyal but have absolutely no appointments available to take me in when I have a flat tire because they are busy. Expect me to wait for days to get me in. Do not even offer to leave my car for the day. I have spent in excess of $7000 in the last three years but I am no different than any other person who calls in. Try another store or Firestone is what Im told. Will never return.

These guys are life savers! I was out of town and had a flat the day i was going back home. I called them and they came and towed my car and picked up my keys. They were so busy that they actually replaced my tires in the parking lot, and didnt charge me any crazy extra fees!

I bought a car from an incompetent dealership that wrecked my oil pan. Tired Plus identified the issue and informed me as to how to fix it. The technician that helped me, Nick, made the entire ordeal go as smoothly as possible in a professional and kind manner. Five stars goes to this company entirely because of their excellent staffing. Ordered tires from Tirerack and had them delivered here. They were able to install them a couple days later. They seem to have done a good job and they were very courteous. They do the normal up-sell by telling you all sorts of things they could help with on the car, but they werent overly pushy about it which I appreciated.I would use them again in the future.

My coolant was leaking from my Pontiac Sunfire and I took my car here to get it quickly fixed. It took less than 2 hours to get my water housing unit to the shop and replaced, which was pretty quick. They made sure that I started up my car to ensure that a proper job had been done and they let me know exactly what needed to be done before they started fixing the car. They made a suggestion to do a brake fluid flush as a preventative measure in the future. The automotive technician Joe went out of his way and called the day after just to hear how the car was holding up. I would recommend this service to someone with car troubles and needs it fixed fast.

This is the only place I take my cars for service. Fair prices, and honest employees. Very thorough and thoughtful.

They told me it would be 2 hours to change 1 tire because there was a couple cars before mine. An hour and 45 minutes later I came to check on it and it wasnt even inside the shop yet. They told me it would be another 2 hours. While I was waiting, I could hear them complaining about customers and other employees. Very unprofessional.

This place is a complete joke my buddy had work done on his truck they replace the U-joints half shafts they took his tires off not even a month later were driving down the road and the tire falls off luckily my buddy heard a thump pulled over we tried to get to the side of the interstate and the truck fell the tire completely sheared off so he took it back to Tires Plus in Pewaukee and this guy Jason who said he was the manager tells him look this is not our fault and my body said listen you were the last ones to work on it the tire falls off and then this Jason had the nerve to tell my buddy or if youre going to have an attitude you can take the truck somewhere else and the Damage also smashed in my friends fender on his truck it was pure hell do not take your vehicle here it is a complete mistake they overcharged him they charged him $1,600 for something that he didnt even need and then they have the nerve to try to deny it this place is a disaster and the guy lied to my buddy twice about the service on his vehicle when it would be done do yourself a favor do not go to this place this guy Jason drives a black truck with a smoke stack up the middle of the rear truck bed let me tell you what he doesnt know what hes doing nobody there knows what theyre doing do not go here this is a very firm warning do not go here this place is a disaster overpriced dont know what theyre doing we almost died and this guy is giving us attitude like its not their fault and were the ones that are in the the wrong you know what Better Business Bureau will find out about Tires Plus in Pewaukee guarantee you that!!!!!!!!!! And let me tell you gentlemen the worst thing you can do is send your wife to a Tires Plus because they would tell her she needs everything under the sun and theres nothing more further from the truth the reality of what could have happened even the tow truck driver said on a tire falls off at 75 miles an hour usually doesnt end well so think about that ladies and gentlemen

Did not end up buying tires here. Staff did not seem to want to sell me any and every question I asked he would act as if it was a dumb question and he didnt even know the answer to half of them.

Mike, one of the managers at this location, was super helpful. His recommendations for my Honda CRV were thoughtful and genuine. I shopped about 5 different places and chose this TirePlus because of the courtesy and respect given to me on my initial phone call. During installation it became apparent that there was going to be an additional cost. Instead of proceeding without a heads up, Mike made sure to invite me in to the shop to explain the situation so I could weigh my options. I will definitely be coming back here for my tire needs. Also, their prices were the best in the area for what I wanted. Grade: A+
