My wife’s Atlas died while visiting family in Marathon. She was able to get it in to Andrew at this dealership. He was great to deal with and had the repair made at a very fair price and super quickly. Would recommend for service and may wind up buying a car here in the near future.

Dropped my Volkswagen Jetta off for some warranty work. Kocourek diagnosed what was wrong and gave me a call to confirm repairs were covered under warranty. They did a pm inspection to my vehicle and let me know any additional items that may need attention. The did a courtesy car wash when done. They seemed nice and listened to all my questions and concerns when talking with them. I looked over the repair when it was done and I didnt have any complaints. Overall good job! Why is it i feel like ive been duped by this place? Im still driving a car with a huge electrical problem. From locking and unlocking doors to engine light comeing on and off to tail lights not working till uou bump them. And all they say in writing. Is cant be recreated. Im not asking it to be recreated i always wanted it fixed. Now i dont trust them and thats a problem for me. And they dont care glad i didnt buy the Audi now cuz ide have to sue. But being that its a used vw. I guess buyer from here be aware of crooks.

After driving to this location to pick up and purchase a vehicle. I stand around waiting for 25 minutes to be told that the vehicle is no longer at this location and may have been sold. Just another “great” experience with the Koucerek team!

I took my car in for a recall. They performed the recall and I was back on the road in a couple of hours. They are always courteous and the shuttle is nice to use when you cant wait for your car.

Hi! The service was great! We have problems with the detailing. My car got scratched all over. I contacted Andrew and he is trying to get it fixed for us. Andrew is very professional and great to work with.

Very poor service, didnt cover the volkswagens rust warrenty because of there license plate cover it rubbed on the paint and started to rust. The dealer said it wasnt covered because it rubbed through. Also bought the platinum package was suppose to cover scratches and dents took it to the body shop 3 times and was never fixed. They put a glass coat on the car also. It was installed so bad you could see all the swirl marks in the paint. They wouldnt fix that either. Never will we ever by another car from Kocourek.

Service included thorough diagnostic inspection, which uncovered some issues that were causing my vehicle to underperform. Aside from not having one part, everything was diagnosed and repaired the same day.

I will never buy a car through Kocourek again.My car buying experience with Adam was pleasant, he was professional & a delight to work with. I took out a lifetime warranty & the GlassCoat protection for my 19 Jetta. After owning the car for about a year, I decided that I didnt think I was going to keep this car long term as originally planned & I wanted to cancel the lifetime warranty. The financial guy that I worked with was the same one I worked with when buying the car. When I bought the car, he was great! When I wanted to cancel the warranty, it was like talking to a wall. He kept asking me if I really wanted to cancel the service and informing that if x, y, or z goes wrong on my car after canceling it would be an out of pocket charge. After explaining that the car is still covered under the factory warranty AND that I dont plan on keeping the car long term, he tried selling me a new car and trading this one in. I was annoyed when I left because I came there to cancel the warranty, not play 20 questions and to try and get sold another car.After driving the car for a while, I noticed that the dash has an annoying squeak to it. After taking it in to be looked at and told nothing can be found, I took it to another dealership. Another issue I have with the car is in the winter, when it is sitting and idling to warm up, the muffler begins to have an AWFUL gurgle. I drove 45 minutes to Wausau after work on my birthday to have the service department look at the car. After looking at it for an hour, they told me that they cant get it to replicate the noise and I would have to come back to get it looked at once I could get the car to make the noise again. I explained that the noise starts when the car is sitting idling to warm up and after I begin to drive it, the gurgling goes away. I asked if I could leave the car there, they said I could but I would have to find a way home or I would need to rent a car-- they dont have loaners! I was so annoyed that I took my car to another dealership, they gave me a loaner for 2 weeks while addressing my squeaky dash and the gurgling muffler.The latest issue I had was my cars oil light came on and the car said there was a fault with the oil sensor. I called Kocourek to get the car looked at because it is still under the factory warranty. They looked at my car and came back to me and said that someone cut my oil sensor wire. I was confused as my car is parked in a locked garage and to access where that sensor is is a complete pain in the butt. I told them that that is virtually impossible; then they said maybe when the belly pan was put on at my last oil change (done by a different shop) it pinched the wire and it finally broke. I dismissed this as the cause as it could have happened. After taking the car home and remembering that they are the last ones to service my car due to another faulty sensor and it was not the other shop completing the oil change, I called them up and told them that if thats now what they are thinking is the cause [is a pinched wire from putting the belly pan back on] then their technician is who caused it and they should be the ones covering the work. I was then told by Grant, the service department manager, that if the wire was pinched, it would have broke and faulted right away not 2 months after they completed service (mind you, my oil change was done about 4-5 months prior to this and they were totally okay saying that at that point, the belly pan was put back on pinching the wire). Well, I took the car to another shop to get a second opinion after Kocourek charged me $120 to diagnose and wanted almost $180 more to repair the car and found out the TRUE cause of the wire breaking. The wire that runs to the plug for the oil sensor is just barely long enough to get where it belongs, so it was rubbing against the bottom of the oil pan which eventually caused it to break. It is a flaw in the design of the car that should have been covered under my VW warranty if Kocourek would have had a little bit of common sense to diagnose it that way.

Been here twice. First time the experience was positive. They got the nuts overnight and helped torque down the new lug nuts free of charge. Second time they replaced the main rib belt at 143,000. I don’t know what the mechanic did but the car drove like it had a new engine. The 2012 Touareg 3.0 TDI literally throws me back into my seat like a rocket now!! It was awesome before. But now she’s a BEAST!!Compliments to the chef (mechanic) and will be my go to VW mechanic.Andrew and his team are always a pleasure to work with.
