I could tell I was having issues with my transmission. I went to the dealership I purchased my car at and they looked at it 4 times and told me nothing was wrong even though there clearly was. I brought my car to Olsons after it being recommended. They found the issue right away. They researched a few transmissions to find the best value for me. They are professional, kind and the turn around time to getting my car back to me was quick. I know my family will be using Olsons from now on. Highly recommend.

I would not give it even a one star.they stole three of my sensors that were good and wanted to charge me for theres even though I gave them four to change them with then I cant return them to where I got them since claim were used. Olsons Claim they didnt know my three worked even though I only told them to change the one I needed. Could not return the ones they claim were good. Did not wash my car nor did they balance the wheels. Will never go there again. Since anyone can change four tires cheaper than 125.00 dollars never ever again not there.

Olson has become our go to shop for non-warranty service and repairs. They are the most considerate and honest shops. What I appreciate most is that when my daughters or wife need to interact with them, the Olson staff treat them like professionals who are also knowledgeable about their vehicles. Even when we ask for service that is not currently needed (yet), they will alert us that we neednt worry at this time. When my oldest son brought in a vehicle that was beyond its usable life, they were honest and shared that the cost of the repairs exceeded the value of the vehicle. Who does that? Right?

Service was good. Pricing was high for some of the services like spark plug replacement. Took longer than would normally be expected to replace the spark plugs. Did call when they had to add any services due to unexpected issues, which was appreciated.

Ive used Olson Tire & Auto Service for a couple different repairs on my car now, plus new tires. I had them give me a quote for a major part replacement, their price was the most reasonable of all the places I tried and it ended up being even a little less than they quoted me. They are always friendly and professional at the desk and on the phone. I plan to continue to use them for my services.

I have used Olson Tire for years for oil changes/tire rotations. Theyre always nice, and very dependable. You can usually get in very quickly. However, theyre pretty expensive. Hourly rates are around $120. So I would go elsewhere if possible, but in an emergency, theyre a great pick.

I was early for my appointment so I waited a while for them to start but they found a serious problem that was hidden and ordered the parts to repair the problem. Mechanic tech used the wrong socket to take my lug nuts off and snapped the heads off four of them. Leaving me with the stubs of 4 lug nuts stuck on each stud to deal with. Mechanic claimed they were seized but there was fresh anti-seize on each stud. Not happy

Had tires rotated. When work was completed I had dirt/grease all over inside on the driver’s door, on the floor and the carpeted floor mat. After I brought it to their attention it was cleaned.

Unfortunately, I did have an issue with the service at one point when I was there, but the owner reached out to me directly, was very apologetic and empathetic and went far above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of the right way. I brought my car in to have work done on the front end of my car. They were professional and friendly, took time to answer all my questions and were up front with everything that was needed. They first time was very good before they knew I had extended warranty they were trynna to charger me like 2,100- 3,000 but after my warranty covered it the warranty only had to pay 1,300 for parts and labor . If we had to pay cash and didn’t have the extended warranty they would have definitely tricked us into paying way more money. The worst thing about it is that they lied about so many different things to us with pricing and what HAS to be done not recommend (when it is still fine) We’ve always loved coming here but I don’t think we’ll be going back again 😕

I paid $289.00 for inside and outside car detailing and when I checked if they lifted up my back seats and cleaned underneath it was not done. When I called them back they said they don’t typically do that and if I wanted that cleaned I should have left my seats down.The above review was my initial review. I was contacted by the business and I appreciate that the miscommunication from my phone call was addressed and the service was completed. The business was very professional and went above and beyond to correct the situation and miscommunication I was given. The wait time was unacceptable. I was there for a two tire change. Two loose tires (I brought them in). I had an appointment for 3pm. I was on time. I didnt get out of there until 4:30pm. I will say the staff was very accommodating and there price for my camper tires was good. The wait though!!!

I took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service to diagnose a hissing noise coming from my A/C. After they told me it was the evap core. Which was very expensive to repair which isnt the problem. I then saved up some money to get the repair done and brought it in. After when I come to pick up my jeep I notice a crack in the windshield and also I go to adjust my mirror and it falls off my windshield. I bring it to there attention right away and they say it was like that when I brought it in. Which wasnt true. So at this point I cant drive it and have to get the windshield replaced and sure enough they charge me for the repair. At this point I am not happy with the company or there service. Oh and I am still hearing a hissing noise coming from my A/C and the windshield is making a weird noise now to. If anyone is thinking about going to Olsons I wouldnt. Hope this helps save someone else the headache. Dealership time.

What a great experience! I wish I bought my tires here, instead of just having them installed. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable . I bought my tires online because other area tire companies said they did not carry my size. I did not call Olson because they were farther from home than I wanted to drive. They are worth the drive. I was informed they carry my size in several brands! Live and learn. I will recommend Olson to all my family and friends.
