My family gets our cars fixed here when they need it. the guy we talk to is honest & nice. he tells us whats wrong, how much its gonna cost to fix it, if its really worth it to fix, and doesnt overcharge us (as far as i know lol)

My car had a minor problem with the blower motor. I called CW and they scheduled me within 2 days, diagnosed the problem within 30 min of drop-off, and fixed it by the end of the day. Great professionalism and customer service, and great pricing for the value. Id definitely go back.

Brought my vehicle in a couple months ago for a oil change and tire rotation. Paid for everything and went home. Only then did I notice they had broken one of my center cap covers. Wouldve been nice if they had told me in person rather then on the notes. Other then that they did good.

As Dale’s daughter, I’m admittedly a little biased but also have the inside scoop enough to know that Dale strives very hard to be honest, fair and professional in all the work CW does. I have always had high quality reliable work done on my car here and highly recommend CW to others. Dale and other staff take the time to explain what isn’t working and offer honest options and fair prices with no pushiness that I have experienced when I take my car other places (I no longer live in town).

I could smell gasoline coming from my car but did not know where as nothing on driveway. Stopped in to see if you could take a look as I was to leave on a trip in two days and it was a Friday. Derek said they could and then he showed me that the fuel line was rusted through. He said they could get in and thought it would be done before close. He called at 4: 20 and the said the car was finished. Was so pleased. This is why I continue to have you service my vehicle. Thank you!

The last time I needed an oil change, I had so many things going on that I forgot to make an appointment. I was going out of town later that day and didnt want to go beyond my mileage any farther than I already did. I stopped in there in the morning and asked if they had any openings. I was given a 2:00 appt. for the same day. They didnt have to do that. They are very honest, thorough, and dont charge above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a great place to go with your car.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They got me in on short notice. I reside in Utah and my mom (age 82) recentky moved to Wausau from Georgia. Not only did they look at the brakes for no charge (a dealership was going to charge me 68.95) they found nothing wrong. They went above and beyond by putting on my mom’s new WI license plates (a front license plate not required in GA. so drilling holes was necessary). Everyone there was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Gave me peace of mind that I found a place I trust and I will not worry about my mom being taken advantage of when auto services are needed. Huge relief! Would highly recommend! Thank you!!!

Trustworthy, honest work. Theyve always outlined suggested work by level of urgency so I could make the decision based on budget. Safety fixes are priority and maintenance, though costs up front saves long term! Dale and his team have always taken the time to make sure I understand all suggested work.

My 2008 Audi A6 started making noises so I took it to CW Auto to have it checked out. By noon I was talking to Dale, the owner, and he told me all the things that were failing on my car, including the engine. We agreed not to perform any repairs and that I should start looking for another car. True enough, the engine failed the very next day. Thankful to Dale, Chad and Stephanie for the expert care they gave me and my car. I will be pleased to return to CW Auto again; when my new car needs service.

Up Sold on probably $1000 of extra repairs that I still do not find to be necessary, repairs were not completed when I was told they would be. I went back after work was done as the squealing from the belts was so loud I didnt find my car driveable, and was given the runaround (despite them guaranteeing their work) by the manager at the front desk until he spoke to the owner to get approval to have it looked at without an appointment.Harrased after my visit by numerous 3rd party marketing companies, one of which called me on my personal phone at 9:30PM while I was at work. After getting numerous text messages, letters sent to my house and numerous other survey calls and other things I called back and spoke to manager about my experience, told him I wasnt pleased and requested all the marketing to stop. Needless to say, Im still getting stuff in the mail that I do not want nor ever asked for.

Charged me $90 for an alignment and diagnostic assessment, vehicle still shakes, steering wheel is crooked and it pulls to the right. To top it all off, when I came in to ask them if they could take another look at it because it wasnt aligned, the old man at the counter got a horribly rude attitude with me telling me I was wrong. Worst shop Ive ever been to. Personally disgusted with how they conduct business and treat their customers.

Fast service, one of wheels they replaced they bent the stems for the lug nuts.

They didnt swap tire onto rims correctly. Mismatched tires were put on the front of my car one rotating backwards. Thought it was just a weird mistake so I brought it back to have the tires corrected. They chewed up the sidewall on one of the tires to much for the tire to seal. So instead of putting 4 tires on rims they said I bought bad tire and only put two on and refused to put the other two on. Thanks for nothing, CW is easily the worst place in town.

A nice little auto shop--seemed honest, fair and affordable. I stopped in for an oil change from out of town, but ended up getting a recommended tire rotation and topped off fluids.
