Im highly disappointed and upset. I brought a refrigerator ($2100)and stove with a extended warranty in January. My refrigerator went out in May. Its now October going into November Im still without refrigerator.Ive called over 20 times per month and still no replacement or refund.Ive been given the run away for 6 months. I am applause that this reputable company would treat their customer this way. Please learn from my experience DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Im giving one star because I had to.

Giving it a 5* bcuz we needed a washer today. Found one there, they had one in the box on the floor. We bought it and was able to take it right then and there. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Staff was good. Floor and store were clean. They had a lot to choose from of many appliances. Couches, beds, dressers only a decent amount.

After searching each location for a replacement our search ended at the Wauwatosa location thanks to Steve he didn’t let us walk out empty handed!!!!! Not only did he take his time the customer service was amazing and who doesn’t love a great sale Thanks again Steve my son is going to love his bedroom set for his birthday👍🏽

We drove here all the way from Green Bay after being referred. They had 1 stove that was supposed to be 1 of 4 that their site claimed they had for their location. While we were waiting to try and purchase it, one of the employees tall middle aged man told us to go to Menards. I asked him “why?” And he said “because they sell stoves”. Also while waiting I witnessed the elderly gentleman (George, I believe) that was trying his best to help us be spoken down to. It was heartbreaking witnessing as he was one of the few employees there that truly cared. Shame on whoever is in charge at this location and thank you George for doing everything you could for us!!

Went shopping today completely ready to buy a new mattress set. One guy was helping someone else and one guy sat on a couch and talk to his friend for the 20 minutes that I waited no one else was available and they missed out on a sale for $500 plus. I’m not going to sit there completely ignored.

Found the exact table I was looking for, at a reasonable price. Benjamin was tremendously helpful at finding me a nearby one when they did not have it in stock. It looks great at home! Five stars for service and quality.

I went into American freight after working a long shift because when I got my I found out my washer had completely went out. I stopped in just looking around and Cam and Jeremy helped me look the for the best fit washer and dryer for me and my family! They knew everything needed to know about the appliances. Any questions I had they help with!!! They told me what to do, how to use it so I don’t mess it up, things to be careful of when using it! I was in and out of the store with in 30 mins and will be receiving my washer and dryer next day! Thanks so much! Very great knowledgeable men!

Dont buy online!!!! Found a nice GE gas range, and considered purchasing it online. My better judgment told me to go and look at it first....glad I did! They didnt even have it, and when I asked about it, they didnt seem to really want to help. Probably wont be long and this place will be out of business. Found what we liked at Best Buy, and made our purchase there instead. Cheap prices comes with cheap service also......

We were looking for a new mattress but the one we wanted wasn’t in stock, we were pressed as this was a necessity for health conditions. When we returned a week later, there was a new store manager, Cam, and he went above and beyond to track down the mattress we wanted. On his day off, he drove to Sheboygan to pick up the mattress for us so we could have it ready for coming home from the hospital. When we picked it up, Ben and Trey were very helpful and kind! Very pleased with the new bed! Good changes are happening here! Excellent job!

Ordered an electric range from their online post. I received a confirmation of purchase. They charged my account. Received pickup authorization with day and time. When I went to the store I was told that they didnt have the range and actually never had it. They dont guarantee online orders to be in stock but they were sure quick to charge me for it. In fact, the only way something is guaranteed to be in stock is if its sitting on the sales floor right in front of you. I did get my money back after jumping through a few hoops.

Good selection of name brand appliances, both new and scratch and dent in stock. Our washer died and we really needed one same day (3 kids worth of laundry wont wait LOL). They offer same day delivery, but we just came in and brought it home ourselves. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Spent 30-45 mins trying to figure out which couch I wanted. Sitting on them and testing them to make my decision. I finally go to the desk where this guy was sitting talking on the phone not helping us. I tell him I want a couch. He tells me were all out. Without me even telling him which couch. I told him how do you know without me telling you. He then proceeds to tell me were out of everything. He could have told me that before I wasted my time.

I have to say that the service I received here was excellent. I saw some of the other reviews and was really surprised. Cam helped me out and I never felt ignored, pressured or pushed. They have a good assortment of furniture and appliances, and I love my new mattress!

This place is good for cheap appliances, but you have to do your research on certain models before buying them. Some units are faulty and so you have to return them to the store and they will not refund you the money. They give you a credit instead. If it wasnt for the fact that they give a credit instead of a refund I would give 5 stars.

We went today to find a sectional and the staff was very helpful as well as patient and friendly. They not only helped us with the purchase of our new sofa but we also got a beautiful rug for our bedroom and fast delivery. Will be purchasing a new bedroom set next.

Don’t buy ANY Appliances from this store. They don’t what they are selling. I bought a $2,800 dollar refrigerator that rang all day and night after only having it for a day. Thankfully it was covered under the manufacture’s warranty. Now a month later it does not freeze. The manager Cam said I could replace my fridge on Memorial Day. His azz is no where to be found.

I should have stuck with my first mind and went to Best Buy! I received bad customer service at this location when I went in to purchase a new refrigerator! To start, on 5/12/2021, I tried to make the purchase online but when I went to the checkout tab it said the Frigidaire top-freezer 18 cu ft was no longer available. I called and spoke with Cam. I told him what happened and he checked the store and found it. He said I may want to come in to make the purchase but he may not be there as he was going on a delivery. I got there 30 mins after the call, I started dealing with another associate who said he was training Cam as he was new. He checked for it and found it, that’s when everything went down hill! This guy started throwing out different numbers for delivery fees and purchase prices! When I was not falling for the shenanigans, I got sent to Abrina to finish up the sale. She sold me the fridge w/o the 3yr warranty I asked for and said the delivery company would call me later that day and set up the next day delivery. No one called me! Next day 5/13/2021, I waited all day for my call and/or delivery. I called the store at 3:05pm, to see what the deal was. The shenanigans guy answered and I inquired about the fridge, he said I would need to be put on hold to speak with Abrina. I held for an entire hour before using my daughter’s phone to call back. Abrina answers but tells me she didn’t know I was on hold for her. After I asked her about the delivery, she said that they haven’t come to pick up the fridge to deliver it (4:20pm by now). She said they would be coming to get it at 5:00pm and will be calling me after that. I asked would it be delivered by 7:00pm she said she could not give me a time for delivery. I waited all day, the delivery guys came at 8:15pm. They carried it from the truck into the apartment on its side, did not attach the handles, did not open the doors and show me that the parts were inside nor did they level the feet of it. I had to tell them that they were supposed to be removing the old one. They took it outside then they left but came back and said I had to pay $65.00 additional for the removal! I told them I paid already for the delivery and removal at the store and I was not told to pay extra after delivery. They finally left and the nightmare began! Before looking inside for the parts and hardware, I immediately found the first damage! The seal of both fridge and freezer was not fully attached to the base of the doors. Then when in taping it, I discovered more inside damage that was clearly showing me that the “new in box” refrigerator was not new but refurbished!!! I paid for a brand new in box refrigerator but what I got was trash! I instantly got to taking pictures of the damages as proof. By the time of the delivery, the store was already closed! On 5/14/2021 at 10:00am, I went into the store to complain and notify them of the issues and I showed pictures as the shenanigans guy, was the one to help me again until Abrina came in. After all of the excuses, I was told that all they could do was exchange it out for another one and it would be delivered to me. I asked what happens if it’s the same way? She said she would have to contact her RM to see what could be done! Please pray that nothing is wrong with the exchanged one! Again I’m waiting for the delivery! NOT GOOD, NOT AT ALL! :( Buyers remorse indeed!

We had a great experience at this location. Jeremy was awesome and all staff was super friendly. We had went to another location right before this one and was told would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for all their selections but we found at this location the same stuff and got the same day. Thanks again to Jeremy and staff. Will be back for our future purchases again

Me and my sister were on our way to American Freight on Mayfair road yesterday and we saw this young man sitting on the back of the business a red shirt a didnt think of it and later on up the road he got off the bus. So we road on around Mayfair Mall and got off by McDonalds and walked to American Fraught. Whodid we see at the storebut the young man on the bus. We laughed and talked it was so funny. He was so nice and helpful. He found everything my sister and I wanted and needed. His name is Tyshawn. He will do all that he can do for you. I really appreciated him

A lot of Merchandise are in boxes. When asked why, the response was it is what it is. Salesperson was very friendly and helpful. He was the ONLY Salesperson in the store with several customers. Working hard. Ended up leaving empty handed.

Please do yourself a favor and don’t waste tour time by going here! They sell defective products. The delivery team literally just dropped off the items although I paid for delivery and set-up. No response when you call the store. Worse experience ever!

We started our search for a freezer at the store. The delivery was $150 cash because we were out of their main service area. The website indicate we were in the area. The explanation was that they had just taken over from Sears and things werent synched up yet.We looked several other places, and decided to order from Sears online. We placed the order with delivery and paid for the delivery up front.The delivery guys still wanted $150 up front! I paid it and wrote and called the store. They never got back to me, and never refunded the extra money paid for delivery.The sales guys were good to work with as were the delivery. This would be a 5-star experience if they had not overcharged for delivery and then not made a refund.

Went to look at a dryer. Listing was not accurate, unit did not have all the features advertised. Also, had more dents than pictured, looked like it got dropped on a corner too. Luckily I was able to fix our old one.

Nothing available for what I was looking for as this is a scratch & dent store that took over Sears. Prices were too high for what they are selling used. Just my experience and thought.

The delivery side of things is extremely shady, and not only because they require cash payment. I keep arranging my schedule to be home for a refrigerator delivery that they assure me will arrive and then doesn’t. First I was told it could be delivered Sunday, which is part of why i purchased the refrigerator from them when I did. Then I was guaranteed a Monday delivery. The salesperson had me write my address and phone number down along with the words “Monday delivery” on a small yellow notepad. After arranging to receive it Monday, I called that day and was told that it was scheduled for Tuesday in the system. They offered neither an explanation for the change nor an apology for the inconvenience nor even a validation of what I was saying. They simply denied it and insisted on a Tuesday delivery. Then, on Tuesday, after multiple calls in which I was assured the delivery would happen that evening, I was told that it wasn’t going to come. They said Wednesday, but they couldn’t say anything about when I could expect it. Am I supposed to be on call and ready to drop everything or risk more delays? I list all these details to show that the problem isn’t merely with the delivery service they use—unreliable as it seems to be—but the customer service in general. They don’t seem to take much responsibility for the services they inflict on their customers.

If you want scratch and dent stuff, this place could be for you. We were looking for a refrigerator. But, they charge $100 for delivery If you are within 10 miles, and about $60 to haul away your old appliance. By the time you add those fees in, you probably can find a new one for about the same price, if you look for a sale.

Went to order a fridge on-line. They said we couldnt because of a serial number issue. Tried to give them a credit card to buy the fridge and we were told they could not take a credit card over the phone. The sales rep said no problem, we will hold it for you. The The next morning wedrove 230 miles to pick it up! We got to the store and they sold it on-line! They are a terrible company! NEVER SHOP THERE!

Had a good experience buying a washer and dryer. Surely saved alot of money by coming here. Do your research on what make/model you want before you come. Everyone there was friendly, but these werent your detail driven appliance sales people. Would suggest this place to others.

Unfortunately caught them on a slow day when they didnt have much or anything I was looking for. So not wanting to unfairly rate them I give 3 for trying their best to work with me with what they had and telling me when the next shipment arrived, I was just too impatient to wait.

Decent assortment of appliances & other miscellaneous products. It has nothing like the bargains that were available at Sears Outlet. Dont be fooled by what the store used to be and do your research. You can find most items cheaper and with more value (warranty, delivery, assembly etc.) at other stores.

Was surprised to see just how damaged the appliances were. Seemed to high of prices for the level of damage.

I got a top loading wash machine at a decent price. Its got a sensor for auto fill so you dont waste water and it is less harsh on the clothes. Those front loaders toss the clothes around and ruin them faster. I really like this wash machine. 👍

I went in tonight with my husband to look for a fridge & my customer solutions consultant was Benjamin. We did not find the right fridge for our home (measurements are a bit tricky) but we will be back to get something because Benjamin was absolutely wonderful. Benjamin was incredibly friendly, helpful, not pushy, and personable. I will be back to give him my business.

My experience at Sears Outlet last evening was wonderful. My dryer had died and I was a bit frustrated and irritated at having to face the appliance buying experience! The sales person, Marisa, was so kind and competent. She answered all my questions...quickly calculated comparisons and explained how the different features would work, in terms of energy savings, and all the different payment options. She was not at all pushy. She simply presented all the options clearly. It was just what I needed. When you are shopping for an appliance you have not replaced in 20 some years there are many new features to understand. I know this might seem like a small thing to some people but when I am spending money I was not planning to have to spend, I somehow expect trouble and frustration...and SO appreciate kindness and competence. Marisa was all of that. I watched, as I was shopping, and noticed that she treated all customers with that same kind of respect. It was such a good experience, thanks to Marisa! Thanks Sears outlet for hiring this gem of a sales person!

It took me about 20 minutes, would have been quicker if not for my girl friend flirting with me. Not much to offer the casual shopper. Staff that we dealt with was friendly and honest. He kept us from buying something that was not well made.

I have to say that Jeremy Maddox bent over backwards to help us get the best appliances for the best prices. We we looking for a refrigerator and an electric oven. We were not in love with anything they had on the floor. Jeremy went online and found us exactly what we wanted at prices better than they had for items on the floor. Jeremy made our shopping experience fantastic. Because of employees like him we will be back for all of our appliance needs in the futrure.

So originally we went into Sears outlet for a dryer. We came out with a washer and dryer because the price was amazing. The people were very friendly and helpful. The delivery was a little bit botched because we bought the wrong hook up but the people at the store were amazing and came out the next day and hooked it up correctly:) i am very happy with our new washer and dryer now that it’s working correctly

Wow just purchased this last weekend a replacement appliance! Just got great services even with the store being busy. Andrea took her time to make sure the transaction was done correctly the first time and kept the transaction going smoothly.

I waited at the customer service counter for 15 minutes and both sales representatives did not acknowledge me. I finally said something to one of the representatives and his response was that he was up since 5:am. It wasnt that they were not working but you have to pause for a second and tell the person waiting that you will be with them in a minute. This shows respect and lets the customer know that you acknowledge that they are there!! These little things go a long way!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We purchased a refrigerator on February 26th and brought it home the same day. Well, the freezer never worked. So we called the service dept. and they had someone come out. The person who came out to fix it said he was unable to repair it and if we wanted to do it, it would cost a lot of additional money for the part. So he suggested we return it to the store immediately. We were EXTREMELY disappointed. We have proof the store tests products before they go out on the floor... which is not believable at all considering the product DID NOT WORK. I demanded that they bring a delivery truck out here and haul it away for us, but they would ONLY do that if we did an even exchange in the store. I refused to do that and just wanted our money back so we could take our business elsewhere. Im extremely disappointed with how they handled this. It is not right that they are selling expensive, higher end refurbished products that dont work. I agree with another reviewer on here that it should be ILLEGAL. This place should not be in business.

Paid 900 for a fridge that didnt get cold from here and I never used it. Dont buy from here all the stuff they bought broke and apparently they didnt fix mine before they resold it to me. Customer service is trash and didnt help

We got a brand new still in the box high end washer for about half the price the Sears store, at the mall, was going to sell it to us. Also bought a name brand pillow top mattress and box springs for cheap. Good Experience!As a note, as of late 2014 store is under new management, staff was friendly and very helpful. Will go back again.

Ordered my dinning room table and chairs from here... as well as my sofa! The guys who delivered my sofas tore it without me noticing until after they left! Called the store! They promised to have it looked at to see if it could me fixed and that never happened! Called the store back and they said they would replace it and it would take about 3 weeks... well still nothing and its been over 3 weeks!!

This place was awesome many years ago when it was located on State street. Appliances look like they fell off the truck, but the prices, in my opinion, should reflect the condition. I was disappointed.

We bought an over the range microwave and electric stove in February2014. A year later today the microwave stopped heating food. Thank God that I bought the warranty. It worked good for a little bit of time.

Purchased a refrigerator 5/2017 w/ warranty, 11/13/2018 broke called to see what my options were with warranty. Midway through conversation with warranty department I was told the Warranty was for a fridgidaire brand not insignia brand and was told there was nothing the warranty could cover. Seeing that this was not my fault to begin with I asked what my options were to fix the situation seeing that it was the fault of Sears associate who sold me the faulty master protection agreement. I was poorly treated by associates, I was refused several times to speak to another team member and management. My master protection agreement was canceled and I was given the reason that sears has the authority to do that without the consumer consent. Spoke with another associate 11/13 and was told that complaints would be submitted for review and was told that someone would follow up with in 24-48 hours. 11/15 no response from sears, I called back to be told that there was nothing that could be done as master protection agreement has canceled ( it doesn’t make sense it would have been null anyways if it was never meant for my brand of refrigerator) I am so disgusted with the poor quality of customer service and lack of communication between all departments. This is unacceptable from sears and as a consumer I would never ever want anyone to go through the poor service I received through this ordeal. I am currently w/o a refrigerator and the problem continues to be unresolved. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! This has been reported to the better business bureau.

Went in to buy and snowblower and I wasnt very knowledgeable about a snowblower and Jeremy M. was very helpful and walked me through everything and explained how to operate machine. He also explained the extended warranty program and the benefits that come with the package. Jeremy gave the true definition of customer service.

Was not impressed with the customer service, your probably better buying online and picking up at the store because you don’t have to deal with the salesmen, they tried to upsell us on everything the washer we were looking at we ended up getting one $100 more than the original one we wanted and then kept talking on and on about the warranty which we said we didn’t want multiple times.
