Bryan was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and really took the time to explain what you get with each line upgrade and didnt steer us in any particular brand direction. He took the time to understand our price points and wants and needs and just made the overall experience stress free and enjoyable. The price and selection are great, the customer service, and process for placing the order are poorly supported!I went to a store, and put together an order for a complete kitchen and laundry set with a sales representative and then was informed that the order had to be placed through a different Grand store in Wauwatosa and the manager would contact me. A week later I called and was told the contact was out on a medical leave, and then given his assistant’s contact number, several calls went un answered! The today I was told by different sales representative that the manager was still processing orders but an attempt to leave a message was not allowed by there phone system and my quote is almost 3 weeks old, and I still have not placed my order.All I want is to place an order with the conditions agreed to with my builder because for delivery in spring when the house is finished!!!

Ordering a laundry room LG Washer and Dryer was an excellent experience in these days of Covid rationales. We requested a quote for of defined laundry pair and had the response within minutes.Availability is an issue due to the various supply chain issues, but expect delivery within our accepted delivery window.Past experience with Grand allows us to anticipate timely delivery and professional installation.

Initially I received fantastic service from Brian in the sales department. My wife and I were excited for all new appliances for our new home. Unfortunately after Brian, our experience went south. Our beverage fridge has never worked, our dishwasher was installed wrong and our bar fridge came with a dent and was the demo (which we didnt purchase). Now weve been waiting for a call from service for over 10 days. Extremely disappointing! Beware!!!

We tried to buy a dishwasher and washer dryer. The experience was so terrible we got our money back before going forward. You cannot reach them by phone and they could care less that you just spent $3300. Every time I wanted to ask a question I had to drive over there in person. The final time I was there another customer drove over from South Milwaukee because they had a delivery but the item wasn’t installed. They were told to email their salesman who wasn’t there at that moment. That was enough for me. The price on the washer was very good, but when I went to see it it was dented. I wasn’t told that before driving all the way over there.I emailed the company owner and never heard back.Take some advice. Stay away.

Scott K is great To work with. Given supply chain issues with appliances he’s always been apologetic, upfront about delays, and timely in his communications. Friendly customer and installation service team but buyer beware. We scheduled an appointment with a salesman double booked us causing us to wait over an hour for service. Full new home order fridge, range, hood, microwave, and dishwasher ordered on 8/18/2020... At the time of this review 8/27/21 we still do not have a working stove.We were instructed to use the manufactures repair / warranty survive. How is Grand Appliance not responsible for delivering an appliance that never once worked? Scheduled installation appointments were not kept, sales members do not return phone calls or voicemails, but have been responsive to emails given a few days to respond. The store manager offers little assistance to resolving issues since he is also a salesman booked with sales appointments. We did receive a $250 credit for an $1800 stove.Overall this is a store that will work very hard for your business but unfortunately falls well short of many things. Please consider ordering from another vendor.

Just bought a washer and dryer from Grand Appliance. Though both were not in stock at the time of purchase, I was able to get them delivered quickly. Both Sales (Dan and Scott) and Delivery teams were great. I will buy from Grand again.

With everything being back ordered & businesses not having enough inventory, Grand Appliance had what we needed, delivered in 2 days by 2 really nice delivery guys. We only had one little problem with a connection part & someone came back out, fixed it & again by a really nice service person. We are pleased with our washer & dryer & with our experience with Grand Appliance.

We built a new house in 2015 and the builder had us go to Grand in Wauwatosa to pick out appliances. We purchased all of our appliances from them (clothes washer, clothes dryer, wine cooler, plus all kitchen appliances). Sales people were all cooperative. Now we need service on the GE oven we had purchased from Grand. The Grand employee who answered my call to request service on our oven advised me they don’t service their products in my area which is 12 miles from their store. Prospective customers may want to think twice about purchasing an appliance from Grand if they think they will need service anytime in the future.

I bought all new high end appliances for my kitchen at Grand Appliance. We wanted to shop local. Chose Bosch fridge, dishwasher, and oven. 3 months later the oven stopped working properly. After 3 service appointments that I had to miss work for, and 10+ hrs on the phone with Bosch directly, Bosch agreed to replace it. 7 MONTHS LATER and Grand has still not delivered the replacement. Excuse after excuse, delay after delay. I would highly recommend ANYWHERE ELSE if youre in the market for new appliances. Nothing but headaches from Grand. Once they have your $ they are done with you.

My wife and I built a house this year. We ordered our product from Grand in September. The house was done in Feb. but the fridge and the dishwasher were not in. The store told us they would give us a loaner for the fridge. When we moved in we had no fridge for three days. We were told that our dishwasher would be here in May. We got no calls at any time from Grand. Eventually we got tired of waiting and I found the same dishwasher at Best Buy. We purchased it and went to tell Grand that we did not want to buy a dishwasher from them. I was told when I went to Grand that our dishwasher was in. The store person then sent an email to the salesperson. Days came and went with no word from the store. I called back to tell them again I did not want their dishwasher. I then talked to my builder and he said that Grand had contacted them a month ago to tell them that they were coming to install our dishwasher. We still have had no calls from Grand to admit to having the dishwasher but not calling us. I would never do business with them again.

I just received my laundry center and dishwasher and microwave from Grand.Hugo was great and very professional and made the whole experience very positive. Im sorry I didnt get his partners name, as he was also excellent. I believe that people need to be acknowledged for excellent service. Thank you!

However, we went first to the Grand Appliance on Capital Drive. . No one was in the store but us. Two salespeople were at their desk. After asking for help we got none. We left very frustrated.

My mother-in-law ordered a fridge from this Grand Appliance location in October and just received 6 months later an alternative model this month that is valued $300 less than what she paid for. That is a 6 month wait to be ripped off in the end! I can understand an appliance being backordered but how this situation was addressed was unacceptable. When she pointed out the discrepancy in the price between the model she originally paid for and the one she got, she was told that the price of steel has gone up in the last few months, so she wouldnt be refunded the difference. But she paid months ago so why wouldnt the price from months ago be honored? Why is there no discount for waiting 6 months for a fridge that was ordered in October? I dont know if Grand Appliance cares about net promoter scores, but after we have gone through this experience, I am never shopping here again and urging everyone I know to be aware of the shady practices. The appliance itself is fine so far, but I dont trust if anything goes wrong that Grand will give us any help.

When you know what you need compare prices. I like the idea of buying from a local business, where if Im dissatisfied for any reason I have a salesperson that I can see in person to talk with. I shopped Grand Appliance and TV, because they have a great selection and competitive prices. Their sales people are knowledgeable and have the customer needs in their focus. My sales person, Ryan Schultz helped me decide which WASHER and DRYER were best for me. I chose a top-load GE washer, top rated by Consumer Reports coupled with the best price. The LG gas dryer, although I didnt get matching, (didnt care) is top rated reliable, feature rich, coupled again with a great price. The most important part of any major purchase is the delivery and installation, and Grand Appliance pays close attention to details in making sure your purchase is scratch-free and working the way they are supposed to. My tips again, buy local, so you can get help if you need it. Buy focused on reliability, features, and price. I suggest that you buy from Grand Appliance and TV. I am very pleased with impressed with their focus on my satisfaction with my purchase. Will never buy from them again. Purchased a Fridge and stove through the Brookfield store. They changed the delivery time 3 times with last minute notices... I am not sitting at home waiting for them!! The stove supposed to be gas, delivered an electric, part of the deliver mess up. The fridge door on the right, off center and to nicks in it. Contacted the salesman Jeff, he will take care of it. Over a week went by, no call. Ended up speaking to someone else who was helpful. They were to ship the new door, got it a week or so later on a Saturday which was fine. A week went by and no call so I called the store. The guys said, we need to call them when in. OK?? The repair place will contact me to set an appointment.Here we go again, no call the next week and out of the blue the following Monday I get a call/message from a repair place saying we have an appointment to come out there this AM fix a fridge door. First I heard of it. Also, they asked, did I take the door out of the box and inspect it... What?. As I am writing this, I have a message into the repair place. Hopefully it can get fixed and I can move on from Grand Appliance. What a headache!!

So far the experience at Grand Appliance and TV and with Rhonda has been excellent. She helped us decide what appliances we needed and would like. She was helpful with recommendations though allowed us to make our own decisions. We look forward to finishing our time with Grand Appliance and Rhonda when the appliances arrive.

We Bought a great refrigerator from Kevin at grand appliance 2 years ago. It has worked great. 6 months ago I realized an exterior line water filter was never installed by the service techs like it should have been. I have been attempting to reach out to Grand Appliance to have this filter added in, and I haven’t even been able to get a call back from someone at grand appliance. I have left over 5 messages asking for a callback with no response. I do not like writing a bad review but am very frustrated with the lack of response.

I was very pleased with my experience buying a refrigerator at Grand Appliance. Sierra was a perfect sales person who didn’t follow us around or hassle us in any way. She simply asked us what dimensions we needed then went and looked up what they had in stock since we needed a replacement ASAP because our refrigerator had died. She found one that we could get delivered quickly in the style we were looking for then had everything setup and ready to go quickly. Usually I don’t like going to appliance or furniture stores due to nagging sales people who try to up sell you on everything or just don’t let you look around but Sierra gave us our space, provided valuable information and when we were ready to buy she made the process quick and painless.

We were in a bind when our refrigerator went out and Scott and his warehouse team rushed our order and had us the refrigerator we wanted in only a few days. We were looking at a two week wait with some other places! I like Grand because they have a great selection but unlike the Big Box stores it’s not overwhelming — Grand focuses on quality instead of quantity. Prices are very competitive as well and I strongly recommend checking out Grand as part of your search for new appliances and grills.

Terrible experience! Don’t shop here. We worked with Bryan and Jessica when a washing machine we purchased from here broke after only 2.5 years. We had to purchase a new one, which we were fine with but waited 3 weeks for delivery (which was supposed to be 1 week). Again, we understood due to Covid there could be some unforeseen delays. We finally received the machine just to find out there is a glitch with GE’s and new home gfi’s. The machine would stop running after a few minutes. Had GE come out to tell us it was our homes gfi. Had an electrician out to say it was an issue with the machine. Tried contacting Bryan who never returned our call. He must have passed us off to Jessica who is almost impossible to get a hold of. She may return one out of 10 phone calls and emails days later. Keep in mind I have three kids and lots of laundry to do and now haven’t had a working washing machine for over 5 weeks. Jessica ensured me this was NOT an issue with GE and we just got a melon. Waited another week for a new GE to arrive. Delivery guys informed me on delivery this is in fact an issue with GE and this has been known for almost a year now. Jessica finally called us and said she would work on replacement ASAP and would call us right back with a solution. 9 hours later....nothing per usual.

Grands website allowed us to pre-select and review the appliance selections for our upcoming kitchen remodel. Our sales rep, Rhonda, was able to show us everything, make suggestions and recommendations so we were certain to get exactly what we wanted. The entire process was quick and efficient. Cant say enough about the great service and selection.

Ordered a new washer online. I got a better price than Best Buy, or Colders. Delivery was cheaper, and the take-away of my old appliance was free! Others charge for it.
