May2021 update: this store is in sliding - see images of the back end of the aisles. I could not even get to the shelving I went in for, having to climb over pallets of products. Then the aisle with the lumber I was after was blocked due to forklift activity for more than 15 minutes! I also could not get through the next aisle. I waited to speak with a manager but she was busy arguing with another customer on the phone. I left without talking to her, without the lumber I came in for, and will seek to limit my use of this store. Great place to have a store location but suffers from being busy at peak times on weekend days. The store is reasonably well stocked, though it is often messy, especially in the back of the store. There are a few great people, especially in plumbing, but finding a competent staff person is difficult especially in the evening when most DIYers are tackling projects. The paint department people are knowledgeable but the wait times can be long. Good luck finding someone to make a few saw cuts for you... I think the staff scatters when they see someone waiting there. Returns are usually quick especially late in the day.I’ve got a “Pro” account, and the Pro parking area on the far (west) side has covered spaces, along with open-air spots near the rental equipment.

They are missing a lot of items. I’ve been to a lot of Home Depot’s around America. This one deserves 3 solid stars 👍 oh and they love dogs 🐶🐶

Youre welcome Home depot. My two star is very VERY generous...I came here trying to get some treated wood for a project of mine. It turned out that there were very few options that werent massive and over priced for what I needed. Additionally the one peice that was acceptable for my needs was not only very pricey, but was WET and had mold growing all over which added more labor to my project to have to sand it off. 😒I assure you that I will NOT being coming back here. Id suggest any other hardware store. On my way Lowes I hope you dont disappoint like The Depot did 🙄🤞

No doubt worst experience I just had at any Home Depot. We were there to purchase a new LG refrigerator (roughly $3,500). Plenty of staff just walking around with hardly anyone in the store. Three staff just hanging out chatting with each other. Asked twice for assistance. My wife and I waited for 15 minutes for assistance and nobody came to help. This will likely make me permanently switch to a competitor. At least Lowe’s employees will ask if you need help as they pass by while we were looking bored leaning up against a refrigerator. Unbelievable! Had to give one star but deserves none.

Got amazing deal on a Samsung gas dryer. Thank to the woman who helped me. I was going to leave when she stopped me and ask did I not find what I was looking for. I wish I could remember her name to add it. I have her card but not on me at this time.

Home Depot what a fabulous place they put compost or dirt in the electrical department right in the middle of the aisle so you cant get past it I give him an a+ for idiocy

This place is the worst! It used to be my go to place for hardware. I went twice this past week and it was terrible. There was merchandise in the aisles, trash, banding and empty pallets on the ground. Half full carts just hanging around. NOBODY had an idea where the 4x4x10 ft boards were that the computer said they had, but didnt. Then an associate tried to tell me that the Cedartone IS the treated boards Im looking for. Wrong! They are twice as expensive. How does a guy in the lumber area not know that? Then as I roll my cart to my truck, there was at least 10 employees blocking the rear of my truck, astonished because another employee got fired. Where is the supervisors? It was a circus.

I find the Home Depot to be better for tools rather than home supplies. For example miniblinds are not plentiful here compared to other stores. But this location was well kept and friendly.

Always helpful no matter which location I go to! This particular trip I couldnt locate the item I needed and one of the most helpful youngman made it a point to find the last of what I needed in the opposite end of the store up on a shelf. He got the box down put it in my cart and I was happily on my way! Very pleased, will recommend and I will return! Thanks Home Depot!

Picked up plywood at a great price compared the the other box stores. Had the product delivered to my home. On time and in good shape.

Unlucky. Their paint dispensing system was offline during our visit. We had to go to a different HD location to get our paint. This is a good store, we just got unlucky this trip.

Floor layout is good. Product on view can be handled. Pricing is fair

Customer service is starting to go down hill here. There were 8 people behind the counter and I had to wait for them to stop talking and realize I was there. Im a Pro Customer and when I come in I need to be in and out so I can finish my jobs in a timely manner.

Everyone knows that home depot is the place to go for all of your household needs, I always go for the items to create projects, such as in making and cutting glass to make tables and stands..plus they have all things in hardware, laundry, etc.. etc.........

This is a usually good shopping experience, and they are around the corner from where I live...and Taco Bell is across the street! Unfortunately they did not have what I needed and I could not find an associate. This happens to the best of stores, would not hold that against them.

The worker in there was very a knowledgeable and did not meet the need for us to get our mini washing machine.

I visited this store looking for something that I can use to seal holes in concrete. I was told I would find dab in aisle 3. I couldn’t find anything for concrete. I returned to customer service & asked, if someone was available to assist me. I told the young lady what I was looking for. She also looked on her phone & told me about the same product. I then told her, someone had sent me over there, but I didn’t see anything for concrete. She then sent me to aisle 15. I didn’t see aisle 15, so I just went to the last aisle. Once again, I explained to the young lady what I was looking for, she too pulled out her phone, only to send me back to aisle 3. I explained, the product she was showing me wasn’t in aisle 3. She said, it would be in aisle 3. At this time, there were 4 people standing around talking. Out of the 4, no one could assist me. People today want to be paid $15 an hour & for what? I live on Capitol Dr. It’s convenient for me to shop the Home Depot. I now have no problem going the extra miles to Lowes to the south of me or Menards to the west. I will not be returning to your store, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great Store! On 9/13/17, I walked in 20 feet and an employee by the name of *David asked if I needed help. I did and asked where the storage bins were. He directed me to the right location. Another male employee was stocking in the same area and also assisted me. He went to the back got more bins for me. I bought 30 HDX storage bins (27GALLONS EACH) for $8.97 each. On sale, they are $1.00 cheaper for each one. He went and got a flat cart for me. He put the bins on there with another female employee. Very helpful!! Great customer service. Then when I was leaving the store and pushing the cart to my cart another male employee came and asked me if I needed help. I am very pleased with this location. Thank you all that work here. Cabinet shopping worst experience ever. The staff is rude and very close to incompetent...Nothing was right measurements, design or customer service.

Went to this location to find a large 8×10 area rug. I asked the department supervisor for assistance on pricing the rugs, due to big pile and no prices. She tells me she doesnt have a scanner tool and cannot help me and just walks away. I ask another worker who tries to help and cannot find price and tells me to come back another day because the lady who was helping me originally was the department supervisor and she just left for the day.. Go up front and ask for store manager. Over the phone tells associate that I need to go back get rug out from under pile and bring it to the front. At this point, Im done. No customer service skills or value to thier customers. Going to a different retailer. And when I do my home repairs this summer, they will not benifit from my sales.

Repeatedly asked for help by the lawn mowers. No one ever showed up. So not happy with this visit.

Its a Home Depot, not a big volume one so they dont always have what some of the bigger stores have, but it carries mostly what ya need. Its usually a mess, but they all seem to be. Help is so-so just depends.. but its not bad.

Smooth parking lot makes it better when pushing windows on a cart. And safer for the windows. Good supply of windows. Easy self checkout and helpers are nearby.

Purchased a refrigerator. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Half hour later had a new fridge, free delivery and terrific price.

I ordered a pellet grill online from Home Depot’s website that they do not carry in store. It arrived on Tuesday May 4th. I called to inquire about the free assembly I was told about. They told me that assembly is done on Wed, and I missed the list for the following day so it would have to be assembled on Wed the 12. That was no problem, I asked to be added to that day and we would pick it up Saturday the 15th.I rented a trailer to haul it home that morning, drove to Home Depot only for the customer service desk to not know where it was and then find it still boxed behind them. I was upset, but accepted that things happen. I asked to make sure it got onto the 19th’s assembly list. I could have take. It home and assembled it, but if you are going to offer a free service and it saves me the trouble: I will take you up on it when I can.I called on Tuesday the 18th to ensure it was on the list, and was told that they still had it in customer service and had to take it back to the assembly area but it was noted for assembly and I could pick it up on Thursday. I called Thursday morning to confirm it was done. I sat on hold 15 minutes while they tried to find it only to be told it was not assembled the day before. I asked for a manager, he was kind enough, apologized and said he would get it assembled by a special team on Friday morning. He also offered a gift card that would be sent to my email.Cue Saturday morning the 22nd, I arrive to pick up my grill to find out it was still not assembled. I get ahold of the manager who I spoke to. He wanted to once again put me on a later list, which I refused. I made them give me a preassembled floor mode of a different brand. He apologized and said he would still ensure the gift card came my way.It’s been almost 2 weeks, and no gift card. I called to speak to the manager and was told he was unavailable. But they asked for a name and number. I left them, and now 24 hours later have heard nothing. Will avoid Home Depot anytime possible moving forward, worst experience I have ever had.

Just when you think it cant get worse you go on day 1 of Ryobi days looking for 99 dollar 2. Ok of batteries that they show in stock. 207 in stock, 20 min to flag down an employee and another 20 before giving up and ordering online. DO NOT TRUST STOCK LISTED FOR TOSA STORE!!!

Absolute worst rug Dr rentals ever. Had to go back two different times. First one was leaving streaks and wasnt working right, second one was spewing water everywhere. Took it back and it took forever with the customer service. And when we showed him what it was doing he was checking to make sure we werent lying. Never renting from there again. Go to fleet farm its cheaper too!!

The Home Depot Wauwatosa location seems to be slower preparing orders for pickup compared to other locations. I waited for 4 hours and tried contacting them but nothing happened. It appears that they are not aware of the order.I ended up canceling my order and reordering it at another location (Waukesha branch). It just took them less than an hour to prepare my order.

They have alot of things I need here. I like them alot friendly cashiers courtesy help you locate and find things where they are

Went to pay credit card bill in full, had a difficult time had to swipe my card 5 times. One employee told me I couldnt pay the full amount, another employee told me my bill had not generated yet but I told her I always come here and pay my bill in full without my bill. I never had a problem before paying my credit card bill in full without having the paper bill. Then they called over the supervisor she said the same thing that my bill was not generated but she gave me the price of my outstanding balance on the credit card. I told her thats what I want to pay in full my outstanding balance and so I was able to do that finally but I tell you I wasnt too happy about going through all those changes just to pay a credit card bill at home Depot.

Not sure whats going on at this Home depot. Does management have its hands tied? This place is a mess, and employees have a demeanour that reflects a lack of interest of its customers. I hope there isnt a racial issue at this store, if so, it needs to be reformed.

My go-to hardware & supply store because... Its there & has reliable hours & merchandise. Not as many sale prices as Menards, and service staff are not as skilled or plentiful as Crowne Hardware, Blifford Lumber & Hardware, TruValue, Ace.

I had shades cut. The stick that slides in the bottom was cut wrong. One was cut 1 short. When I asked the employee about it, he said he cuts them that way all the time because it made it easier. When he cut the 2nd one it was a little longer than the shade. So, both were wrong. I ended up having to use the sticks from my old shades.

They have the things needed for the house at pretty good prices, but the staff isnt always the friendliest. I do usually use self checkout, and the attendants generally arent appreciative for the business. Having worked in retail, I know the importance of such niceties!

Try the Waukesha Home Depot or Tosa Lowe’s insteadLast straw with the Tosa Home Depot. I don’t like leaving negative reviews. I’m the guy that does the receipt surveys at stores to make sure people know when service is good. But while I’ve had bad experiences at this store in the past, this one was just wild.We ordered a fridge that was marked as “in stock.” We had a choice: Next Day Delivery or Pick-up. Sure, I could’ve borrowed my Dad’s truck to pick up, but I’ve got two small kids and if I can save time to do next day delivery, perfect! I’ll pay the $80. The day after purchasing, my wife noticed that the fridge was no longer “in stock” at the store. So she called to ask if it was actually in stock when we bought it and if it would indeed be delivered. The Assistant Manager, Brandon said, “delivery was already attempted and you weren’t there.” He said that it was picked up at 9:00am and was out for delivery - they attempted. Weird. We work from home and have a Ring Doorbell. No one attempted delivery. My wife then made a series of phone calls to try and find out where this fridge was. We even called XPO - the delivery company that has the contract with Home Depot. No one could tell us anything. At 9pm, with no delivery and Tosa Home Depot continually telling us to just wait it out, we called one last time. Mercedes was the person we talked to. She was GREAT. Super nice and helpful and said that “she’d make sure that the manager at the store makes this right.” We called this morning - after not receiving a delivery, and after being on hold for about a half hour - we find out. THE FRIDGE WAS NEVER IN STOCK. Sooo, it was a lie that it was picked up at 9:00am. It was a lie that delivery was “attempted.” Honestly, it was a lie that the item was in stock when we purchased it.Guys, listen, if the item was out of stock, just tell us. We could have had time to borrow a truck and go purchase a fridge, anywhere. Now my wife has spent a considerable amount of her work-day trying to triage this. And we’re out a fridge. And we’re out hundreds of dollars and $80 delivery fee. And we’re incredibly frustrated. AND we’d advise everyone who reads this to drive an extra 15 minutes to the Waukesha Home Depot or just head a to Tosa Lowe’s a few minutes away. Do not use Tosa Home Depot.

The manager Justin definitely need more customers service training .. For this young man to be in a leadership position he’s truly setting a bad example to staff as a customer about to purchase 5,000 On a refrigerator and stove he has very poor service with his unprofessional behavior this should be look into by upper management.. being a customer and owner of 12 property’s and a few group homes my husband, staff and spends a lot of money with Home Depot..

Curbside or pick-up at this store is a joke... Barley can find a person to help you find anything. The app website claims for things to be in stock when its not.

Its Home Depot after all... a certain level of standard is expected.I would say the experience was overall typical.Shelves werent stocked very well, especially COVID-19 rare items. It seemed most things I was looking for was out of place? Weird...Staff is not very helpful or even around to help.Prices are decent, but nothing to scuff at.....The reason why I was there was for a replacement sump pump. I bought mine from the same location under a year ago. Of course the propeller clogs during a down poor and my basement fills up with water to my ankles! Hopefully I get the warranty, and maybe a free mop on my way back if Im lucky! Doubtful!*

Much better then Glendale for online pickup, I just wish that their pickers would work faster, so that items wouldnt become unavailable before my order is filled.And when an item is canceled they need to call and email me the customer to inform me of this development, otherwise I can not make arrangements to get the item elsewhere.
