John, the store manager, helped me buy my first mattress ever this past week and he was SO helpful throughout the entire process! He took the time to provide me with all the information I needed to feel confident about my purchase and was not the least bit salesy. I needed to make some changes to my delivery and he was super helpful with that too!

We bought a box spring and mattress from Mattress Firm and we took the smaller of the box springs as it was for our spare bedroom that my mother in law stays in when she visits. We thought the 5” box spring would work better for her but when we got it hone it was way to short and she would have problems getting out of the bed being so low. I called and talked to Ryan and he was so good with explaining what we needed to do to exchange it for the larger box spring. He took care of everything. Would really recommend Mattress Firm. Great customer service. A+

The selection was excellent, and our Salesman was attentive to what we were interested I seeing. He did not push products outside our price range, and was very knowledgeable about the various mattresses. He patiently took down at least a half dozen mattresses for us to try, and his explanations were easily understandable. The store was spacious and clean, and the free drop off at our house is a great bonus. I would recommend shopping at Mattress Firm. We got an excellent price on a lovely mattress that had a 10 year warranty.

The associate Alan was very knowledgeable, listened and worked with my needs and concerns. Finding a bed kind of felt like goldilocks and the three bears, starting with a medium bed and narrowing down the options by saying this bed is too soft or firm until finding the bed that is just right. While I hope I dont need another bed anytime soon, if I do Ill definitely return here.

I picked out a queen size bed and upon delivery they couldnt get it up the stairs. I was told by Mattress Firm to get a full size. I picked a different bed alot cheaper, but I was supposed to receive a check for picking out a cheaper matress. Im still waiting for that check. Its been a month.

Between two employees, one helping the man, the sales associate, Erik, did a good job multi-tasking. We bought a mattress right on the spot. Sales was helpful but we were on a tight budget looking to buy two; therefore they were not pushy. Very willing to swap out test mattresses as we asked. Could have told me more about certain policies and I had to dig up delivery discounts myself. Delivery team was good. I would put this at about 3.75 stars overall.

COVID-19 comment: the delivery staff does not seem to be required to wear masks. Increasing the personal risk to customers. Even though I greeted the staff in front of the house with a mask on, they made no effort to offer physical distance or to put on masks.The staff was prompt and helpful when I was there- even when juggling several customers at one time. I came to the store 3 times over the course of my purchase and was always treated with prompt, attentive service.However, the service I did receive felt very sales-focused rather than customer-focused. I was fairly firmly pressured away from other brands and toward the in-store brand.The Sleepys Doze mattress that we purchased had a significant parabolic shape, leaving large gaps. Most importantly, the staff was very responsive to this complaint and provided a replacement without any problem. Though we still have problems with the size of the new mattress, it is irrelevant to this store.I still am pretty middle-of-the-road with this location. The customer service on our warranty is good, but the pushy sales staff got us into a product that seems of poor quality, where we have now had 2 that arent even the right shape.

When the bed was delivered, the legs where not with the $1000 adjustable bed base and the box looked sealed. I refused the delivery. I know things happen but when you spend a lot of money on a king bed and base you expect things like this not to happen. I lost trust with mattress firm. Now waiting for the store to open to decide to cancel the order or not.So I received a call back from the store. They’re going to deliver again tomorrow.I received another call. Everything was delivered today (same day) at 3:30pm 1 star to 3 very happy with the sales person but the missing parts shouldn’t have happened.
