We went in-to the store to buy new pillows. I told hubby under no circumstances are we buying a new bed. Found out our Sleep # Bed was 14yrs. old. No wonder by back was hurting me. I laid down on the new 360 bed. What a difference. Honey Honey you have to try this. It was Amazing the difference. Yes we ordered a new bed. Cant wait for it to arrive later this month.

I over the past year I have had a high risk pregnancy and three surgeries (the last one was only two week ago). So, it was very important that I get a bed that not only gives me support but allows me to adjust positions so I can sleep somewhere other than my recliner. After doing some research, my husband and I went to the Wauwatosa store in Mayfair Mall and met with Dana the Manager and Brittany the Sales Assistant. My husband DESPISES shopping let alone testing out product so when he realized that’s what we needed to do he wasn’t happy. Usually he finds a way to sneak out and disappear as soon as opportunity arises leaving me to handle the purchase. However, these ladies were so amazing. We laughed and shared stories which kept my husband engaged throughout the whole process. Brittany asked me about all my needs and she explained all the features and benefits for everything which made the purchasing process very smooth. I was also impressed we don’t have to wait forever to receive our order AND they set everything up and dispose our old mattress! The Ladies have made loyal customers out of my husband and I and, we will refer all of our friends and family to their location. Can’t wait to get my bed!!

The lady explaining things to us was very helpful, friendly and understanding. Not like others in sales, she wasnt desperately pushing us to buy. She gave us plenty of options and knowledge on each bed. Unfortunately we didnt buy anything, we were there just to test out and we told her. But she still kept 100% professionalism and told us everything we needed to know.

Do not buy the sheets! No matter what the salesperson says how nice they are! They rip extremely easy, within 2 months, theyll replace them once, but guess what? Theyll rip again and your out of sheets and $300! Youre better off buying your own!

To be sure, this isnt a complaint about the store but about Sleep Number. I place a 2.5K order and they are saying it wont be ready FOR A MONTH!!! Buyer Beware! Try the other competitors who have a much faster response time.

My wife and I had a great experience here. There was no pressure to purchase anything. Our salesperson, Jessica, was very nice and helpful. She made us feel comfortable and explained our options. If anyone is looking for a bed, Id recommend they stop here first.

Jessica was our salesperson, she made the purchase so memorable. Keeping me laughing while I made my choices and waiting for my approval for the zero financing plan. I dont think I would of stayed in the store if she had been like most salespeople. She never pressured me, giving suggestions and taking her time to answer all my questions.

The whole shopping for a mattress experience went well. We were not high-pressured to purchase. All our questions were answered. Our salesperson was polite and very well informed about all the products in the store. We shopped and bought at the Mayfair Mall store and would highly recommend checking out the mattresses and pillows at this store!

The people working at this store are great at listening to and answering any questions you might have about the Sleep Number beds. You can experience for yourself the comfort of each type and see how your own pressure points can be eased with this type of bed. I asked tons of questions on more than one visit and was able to choose the perfect bed for my husband and me.

Our sales person met with us after hours and was very careful with social distancing. He was knowledgeable and helpful.

I want to start by saying that I thought Leonidas, an employee at this location, was very helpful and informative during my selection of products and he seemed to go over everything with me in great detail and answered all of my questions. My problems began when I was told that I would be paying roughly $3200 for all of the products I purchased and that I should not receive any bills until after my bed had arrived. An important note to add is that I bought my bed during what I thought was a promotion. I received a bill a week before my bed arrived for $312. I called the store and synchrony bank immediately to ask why I was receiving a bill and what the bill was for because I didnt purchase anything for that value. I ultimately had to report it as fraud. I have now learned that the $312 is a promotional balance. If I am expecting to pay $3200 for ALL products on a promotion, why am I then being billed for the cost of the promotional value?? I enjoy the bed I bought but I dont appreciate being led on to believe that I will be paying one price, and then receive a bill for something else. Because of this reason, I would advise others to be careful about buying during promotions, because you will be billed for the full amount all the same.
