Levi did a quick and fantastic job replacing my MacBook battery and explaining the process along the way. After running into a few brick walls trying to save the computer I was happy to find these guys.

I took my iPhone with a shattered screen. I got what I considered a reasonable estimate and my phone was ready on when they said it would be. I had previously taken my son’s smart phone with a broken screen and the rep told me the cost to fix it was probably not worth it. I would definitely take another device to be repaired (though I hope not to have to).

I had a issue with my iPhone X when people would call me and I couldn’t hear them. Levi took my phone and saw that ear piece on the phone only needed to be cleaned. He cleaned it and gave it back to me in 5 minutes and it worked as good as new. No charge also. This company is great. It’s my 5th coming for a repair and they never disappoint!!

Such a great, easy experience here! Brought my phone it with the glass over my camera lens cracked and they fixed it within an hour for a reasonable price. I should break my phone more often just for the great customer service experience!

José was the name of the employee who helped me at the counter and I believe also the one to put a new battery and screen on my phone. He was very friendly and did a great job. My old two and a half year old phone seems almost brand new again. Would definitely recommend this place if you need a device repaired.

Took my Samsung Note9 in to get a crack in the screen fixed. They fixed the screen just fine, but in the process broke my GPS, headphone jack, and the water/dust seal on the phone. The Note9 is IP68 water resistant, so if my phone gets dirty I just rinse it off. However, now I notice moisture under the front camera glass if I get it wet. Other people seem to have good experiences, so I may just be unlucky.

Absolutely horrible service. Needed camera replaced under warranty and per Samsung tech support. Called them, per Samsung and they ordered a new camera. Waited months and months for it to come in. I had to call them and check on it and they said oh yeah its in. Also informed them when I made the appointment that charging port is loose so connector doesnt hold in and battery was weak. They said they would get battery and replace all 3 items. Well left them my phone for 3 hrs and came back to nothing fixed!!! He said we made software adjustment to camera. Cleaned charging port....wth cleaning doesnt make a cable hold better! When I tried camera I showed him problem and he was like oh.... he said I should call Samsung. This was the manager I had been dealing with. This place SUCKS!!! Stay away. I wasnt the only unhappy customer in their store today. Terrible waste of time!!!!

I learned that sometimes these devices are very sensitive. Ran into a lot of difficulties for my particular situation, and I was frustrated. However, Jose is the man. They worked with me to make up for the problems we had. All in all fantastic customer service, they are a very understanding and professional group of people.

My Samsung phone fell from my pocket and the screen shattered. Today was a 5 out of 5. Well the phone itself was not fixable, the service was spectacular. LJ and his team were incredibly polite and helpful beyond my needs with the telephone. Took my wifes Google Pixel 3 in because it would not charge properly. Before doing any work, the staff cleaned the port and verified it was not working. They suggested replacing the USB-C connector, which would cost $89.99. The next morning, they tested, but the problem persisted, so LJ said the issue may be the battery, which they also replaced, for no additional charge. After testing, the unit worked exactly as it should! Extremely happy with the quick service, complete transparency, and outstanding communication. Id highly recommend them to anyone experiencing cell or tablet issues.

I came in last week before the holiday, no appointment. I didnt know if my Google pixel 2 xl screen would be salvageable and at what cost..the young lady (she was very pleasant..Akira?) Said it would be ready in 3-4 hours and got the call in 3 hours. Great fast service, my phone looks brand new again.

Only complaint is that I cant call the store direct. I have to get routed through a call center to a far away land where they are not able to tell me if the parts I need are in stock at the location near me.

Company recommended by Best Buy Geek Squad, so I figured if they trust them it was worth a shot. I made an appointment that same day to have a laptop screen replaced for a reasonable price. Kiera checked me explained the process of the repair was 5 to 7 days which I thought was reasonable. One hour later I recieved a call with the estimate gave the go ahead and 6 days later I have a fully functional laptop. Kiera was there at pickup. My son shattered his phone screen and the LCD. I brought it in and they were so friendly and understanding. They had it fixed within one hour in perfect condition. Within two days he cracked the screen again! I can’t make this up. I brought it back in and they worked with me on the price which definitely helped a ton. I highly recommend them!. This place is amazing! I was almost ripped off by best buy for over $300 to send my computer in for repair. They said it would also take over a month until they would back to me if not longer. So, I brought my laptop to uBreakiFix and for nearly half the cost, and 4 days later they fixed my cracked laptop screen and it looks like its brand new! Definitely recommend this place! Very fast, very honest.

I had an awesome experience! I booked an appointment a day early and that was super easy. They called me and emailed me to confirm and even had a countdown to my appointment. When I got there I expected an hour and a half wait for my screen to be fixed but they finished it in under 45 minutes. Everything works perfectly as well! The employee at the counter was super respectful and kind and Id 100% go back if another device of mine breaks!

They forgot that I was waiting in their store and didnt start my repair until 2 hrs later when I asked the status.

Got my Pixel 3 fixed within 2 hours as promised. Great communication, and will go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction (stayed 5-10 minutes past closed since my phone screen was almost done). Highly recommend. Only con is the price, but worth it if you need quick turnaround.

My experience was great! On Saturday my phone suddenly froze/unresponsive and then shut off. My cell phone provider referred me to uBreakiFix and Im so happy that they did. Apparently the motherboard needed to be replaced. The service was quick and the employees are very nice and professional.

Oh my..... My experienced was awesome at U break, I fix! Great customer service. When I visited the store. I have an old phone and I didnt want to pay a lot to get it fixed, neither did I want to buy a new phone and pay hundreds of dollars for it. I went into the store and Rolando was exceptionally, informational about what can be done with my phone. Come to find out it was a minor fix but, he gladly and again I say gladly, wanted to do what he could to get the phone working. I am so grateful for Rolando and the service that he provided, for me today. I would suggest to anybody to go to that store because the service was awesome!

Got my charger piece stuck in my iPad. I took it to battery plus and they had no luck after a week. I took it to ubreakifix and they took it out in less then 5 minutes! Great service was super quick and LJ was a huge help! Will be going there next time something goes wrong with any of my tech.
