After waiting for someone to acknowledge me for 18 minutes I asked if I could get some helpI was told someone would “sign me in” soonAfter 11 more minutes I was signed in. And told it would be an approximate 1 hour and 15 min wait. And that the store would be closed by then, so you are out of luck. So sorry.What a joke.

This is the Verizon store I choose to visit if I need a new device or help with my phone or plan. It’s easy to get to, parking is great, the store is comfortable, and the sales people are friendly and helpful.
Went to upgrade my phone, was in and out in about 12 minutes, this is the fastest best experience I’ve ever had at any cell phone store. The girl (I think her name was Cici) that helped me was very polite, and very on top of how to do her job. I most likely will only go to this location now for when I need to go inside!
Currently a business customer with numerous lines as well as Verizon fleet services. I had a nonchalant business rep initially and I had an iPad stolen after being set in the building without the required signature, and also an issue with one of my drivers phones. I made an appointment to go in store and Carrie went above and beyond making sure EVERYTHING I needed handled was handled and she also got my iPad replaced and had it in store for me! I’m convinced she’s a Verizon guru! 2 hours on the phone & in store doing phone claims figuring stuff out and getting my issues handled with not one complaint and her associates were just as pleasant! We here at Logistik8s Inc are humbly grateful for Carrie and the Verizon team!!
Only giving it 2 stars because it is clean and theres plenty of parking. Unfortunately, the good parking is useless because you wont get any help in the store. Ive had multiple issues with a recent iPhone that says storage is still maxed out even when you delete literally half of your apps, videos, and photos. It takes 3 or more tries to turn back on after powering down, which you have to do about 20 times a day because it freezes up almost every time you try to open an app. Both times I’ve come in Ive dealt with the same woman who seems incredibly annoyed that Im there, tells me I just need to keep deleting more off my phone (there’s nothing left to delete!) and that I should call Apple if I need more help because there’s nothing more they can do. She explained that they sell over 100 different kinds of phones so they can’t be expected to know all of them well enough to help customers with these kinds of issues. When I say that this doesn’t seem like great support for the products they sell, she tells me that she worked at Sprint for 6 years before working here, and that this is just how it is.We have a company account with Verizon, with around 40 phones on the account. Service just keeps getting worse and worse. Early next year we’re going to analyze whether switching to another provider makes is feasible, because many others in the company have complained about similar unhelpful, unfriendly service from this store (it’s very close to our company’s physical location so it’s the store that makes sense to go to). Ugh.
After more than 45 minutes waiting on hold for a phone rep i gave up and hit my local VZW corporate store. Jared just helped me quickly resolve an android system update issue that goofed up access to all my emails. He met me at the door, was polite and took the time to walk me through the quick fix. While we waited for the fix he also answered my questions about possible upgrade options. After a couple more steps with the fix and in about 10 minutes tops, I was out the door with a fully functional device again. Ive had a couple mediocre visits to VZW corporate stores in the past, but this was not even close to the case today. Thanks Jared!

Appointment only because of COVID so be aware of that, I saw several people walk up to be turned away because of this.The store itself is clean and well kept. They have sanitizer and clean each station after use. The staff is friendly. helpful and was very patient when assisting in upgrading phones. They were able to find several deals and help us decide which one was best.
They werent able to resolve my issue, think the app needs to update something..

About a month ago I went to this location to learn about the trade in process and how to go about it due to my 6s not functioning properly. I left more confused than I originally was and was told to do it online because they can’t do it for me. I called Verizon customer support and spoke with a very helpful gentlemen and stated the Verizon store 100% can do the trade in & upgrade for me. I was turned away simply because the female sales did not want to do it.Recently.. Carrie and Alex helped me which were very unprofessional.I went in specifically for an upgrade from my iPhone 6s to a 7plus. I finally decided it was time to put it to rest and knowing they can do the upgrade trade in for me I was excited.I specifically stated the 7plus is exactly what I wish to purchase and do not want anything else. The sales guy tried to get me to buy an Apple Watch three times when I kept denying the offer. I was also judged for wanting an iPhone 7plus instead of the newest version. I got the comment “I haven’t sold one of those probably in two years since it’s so old” in a rude tone. I understand it is the sales persons job to sell products and make commission however if a customer states they’re there for a specific item and nothing else please don’t shove it down their throat and judge them for what they wish to purchase. I ended up walking away with an iPhone 8plus instead of the 7plus because I liked the glass screen and wireless charging. I was told they sell wireless charging pads and I mentioned my sister has one and I can use hers when needed. I was also judged for that and got a “wow you live with your sister still?” Reaction. On top of trying to be forced to buy other products I do not need.. I spent 20 minutes sitting there while they couldn’t figure out how to credit my trade in to my account properly. So I have to do the trade in myself online now. AND they didn’t apply my device credits like I asked.There also was also a customer talking to someone on speaker phone swearing loudly that echoed in the entire store and none of the employees did anything about it. I won’t be going back to this location. I will be going back to the Menomonee Falls location where I have had no previous issues and not judged for what I like/want.
I went in because my phone was starting to not answer or receive calls. The lady who helped me was terrible. She didn’t even understand the story with my phone and told me it was because my screen protector was on my phone and it was dirty.With iPhones, you’re suppose to “press to answer” if your iPhone is unlocked, she kept sliding to answer when it clearly said “press to answer”. She then said she needs to take off my screen protector to answer my phone, so I let her and when she was answering the phone call again, she did the same exact thing by sliding when it clearly says PRESS TO ANSWER.She never understood the core of the problem when I clearly told her, I CANT HEAR THE OTHER PERSON ON THE LINE WHEN I ANSWER THEIR PHONE CALL.You’re better off going to a different Verizon store because the staff here doesn’t even listen to you when you explain the problem with your phone.

Service was horrible, the manager Billy was not attentive. Both his agents had customers that were buying new phones and just started the process which takes 20-30 minutes. He failed to realize and went to his back office for the next 15 minutes. He came back when another 2 people came in and I asked him if someone else would be helping me and he said I will have to wait. The management needs better leadership.
We were long time Verizon customers years ago and decided to come back. I scheduled an appointment online before heading in. They were quite busy so we had about a 15 minute wait after signing in. I was assisted by Ricky and really blown away by the service he provided. He was top notch from start to end; courteous and patient when we ran into some technical issues. This employee impressed me.
Verizon gets a difficult rap due to its high market prices, but you have to remember what youre paying for. I have not had a dropped call in years and can stream things on network without a problem. The staff at this location does care. They are super helpful. I always have a pleasant experience.

Apparently they value customers privacy very little, and like to just blurt out the customers issues for everyone to hear, (Manager at that) instead of atleast trying to be discrete, they should know better. After 2 hours at the store, and they have no changing stations for parents to change their kids, I solved nothing. Their service was second to last if that. Maybe it has something to do with my appearance being Brown, maybe I wast the right color, I dont know?
Extreamly satisfied with this store and staff and would recommend this specific location to anyone who has Verizon as a carrier or looking to get a plan. They were very helpful with a cell phone issue that took almost over week to get handled elsewhere. They were able to handle my issue and answer additional questions within 10 minutes of being in the store.Overall great store and staff that really knew what they were talking about and looking out for the customers best interest.
Didnt like the new lay out. Couldnt help us with cancelling a line or obtaining a new screen protector. Not the employees faults but the Company its self for not allowing any of what I needed to be do done at the store.
Horrible customer service. The so called manager was very blunt and unprofessional as well as the bald gentleman. I came In for a warrantied charger replacement as I have twice before with no problem and on this occasion everyone was oblivious to my request. Shout out to the new gentleman Dave who atleast gave me respect and somewhat of an explanation as best as he could. As a multi business owner I definitely believe you guys need new management because shes unqualified.
They do everything they can here to help with phone mishaps. I would encourage everyone to make the trek here, especially if you live in the Waukesha area. Its worth the trip because they will actually fix the problem here
JOHN AT 2711 N MAYFAIR RD SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!! - - - If I could choose 0 stars I would...I have never been treated so poorly before in my entire life! I am 8 months pregnant and have been going back in fourth with Verizon for the past 3 days about the new update crashing my iPhone 5c. With many trips to Verizon stores and many phone calls with customer service...they finally told me they will let me upgrade my phone early (its only 1 month early) and let me keep my old phone (because hey lets face it? Ive pretty much paid for the whole thing!). Customer service called around to see who has an iPhone 6s available around where I live..and they found one store which is 2711 N Mayfair Rd. This option was instead of me waiting 8 days to get one shipped to me. They told the manager John to hold the phone for me. Walking in is when I met John (skinny..blonde..cocky guy). He took my name and told me I have to wait because there are 4 other customers in front of me who could purchase this last phone. Instantly, I was frustrated considering customer service said the phone would be held. Whatever..I didnt say anything and waited my turn. It was my turn and the phone was still available. Long story short..John told me I couldnt get the new phone period because there was a pending order on a new one getting shipped to me which would take 8 days. A woman did some digging for me and was able to see notes stating I could update my phone in store. John tried telling me I could now only get the new phone if I turn my current phone in. I explained to him that customer service was making an exception for me and told me it would be written in the notes. Apparently they said there werent any notes. John got very rude with me so I decided to call my husband. My husband asked to talk to John so I put him on the phone...John also treated my husband very poorly. I decided to leave the store because things were not going well...as I was on my way home, customer service said to go back to Verizon and speak with John. They said that they will get it handled. I walked in and John belittles me in front of customers and co-workers and asks what Im doing back there. He gets very sarcastic and loud while laughing and says didnt I already tell you that I cant do anything for you without you giving me your phone..I told him that customer service sent me back and he told me (with a smirk on his face) Im going to be waiting a while (his co-workers were laughing at this point). Feeling completely embarrassed, I walked out and called my husband. It turns out customer service tried to call John 4 times and he hung up on them all 4 times!!!!! Being in customer service/sales myself...I was just shocked. A person like this should not be managing anyone. I got home in tears and my husband is currently driving to the store... stay away from them at all costs! The horrible service is not worth it...

Ken was my solutions expert who helped me with my new phone, upgraded my current plan, and saved me money with some additional purchases. Really positive experience at this location with an extremely professional and courteous staff. Not to mention the music in the store was on point!

Hours of bullying, condescension and misdirection came with my pricey purchase of a Verizon phone and plan. I just wanted a well-connected phone with no hassles. But Verizon made errors, giving me the wrong (more expensive) plan, then giving me 1/8 the value they promised me on my trade-in (claiming the phone I sent was not the same one I stated I was going to send in--ludicrous) and finally, after I cancelled an equipment purchase 10 minutes after making the purchase...and cancelling it THREE more times after that... they sent it anyway. While I was trying to solve the issue, they cut off my service.As soon as humanly possible, Im running back to U.S. Cellular. They are local, and I found their connectivity equal to Verizons. I had an issue with a bad sim card, and their customer service was prompt and delightful.(Note: I see that sometimes Verizon replies to negative reviews, encouraging the customer to contact them. While that seems helpful, please keep in mind most people, like me, have already wasted plenty of time trying to resolve an issue that their customer service should have already resolved.)

Went in with intentions of switching from ATT with my girlfriend. We made it very clear that we wanted to get in and out without any extra bells and whistles. First we were “classic salesmaned” by our assigned worker taking every sentence and turning it into “you should buy a smart home camera” / “purchase a case package from us because all other cases are weak”, and proceeded to talk about his life experiences with protection plans and how we needed one. Following that he changed our account to a more expensive plan without asking us!!! Luckily I noticed after I set up email on my new phone. However, I did have a great customer service experience with the Verizon employee on the phone. She was extremely helpful and kind. My girlfriend and I both agreed that was a stressful and uncomfortable situation we would not like to experience again.
Staff is kind, they greet you right away. Not to knowledgeable when it comes down to it. Also felt a slight (really poorly executed) con game going on. So we left and ordered online based on the fact that we couldnt get what we had asked for from the store rep. Verizons online assessments are possible just the way you did them so dont be pressured into doing something you dont want to do!

Short: They are not afraid to point fingers and arent willing to do much to help you.Long: Let me start out by saying that everyone makes mistakes and that we are human. If I was the manager of 16 years at this company, I would want to reach out to keep my clients happy. This was not the case at this particular location. When you work in sales, management, or customer service your goal should be to help the client and to keep them as a client.We had an issue with my Fiances phone and visited the store. The sales rep let us know that he thought we had a software issue when we stated that we thought it was a battery issue. The phone (Note 4) was dying anywhere from 20-40%. After they sent us a new phone the issue was not resolved. We returned the old phone in the box that they provided with their UPS tracking number to the customer care center in Oak Creek, WI. This package was never scanned by UPS so we were charged the $624 dollars that the phone was worth.We wanted direction on what to do and we visited this location for help. They told us that they can do nothing to help us and that this must be a UPS issue. We should have never been issued this phone in the first place and now we have a phone that still needs a new battery, out $624, and Verizon is losing our business. We also let them know that we pay a premium every month for insurance of lost/ stolen goods and they told us that this transferred over to the new phone and did not cover the old phone that was not broken to begin with... wow all that money spent on insurance when it doesnt cover this OR the new battery that the phone still needs.Advice for the Company: If I was the manager of the company I would have offered to call customer service with us and help us work through this. Instead we were kicked to the curb with UPS to blame. UPS was not helpful either.Advice for the Customer: Dont get me wrong, before having problems Verizon has been the phone company my Fiances whole family has used. I even came from AT&T (client of 6 years) because they spoke so highly of the company. Please read about phone insurance before signing up and beware of customer service at this particular location.

Dont waste ur time with her shell give you the wrong information. Also when I ask her about my phone bill she said Ill print out a receive and you guys can figure it out Worse experience.
I came in with several issues and they weren’t able to help me with any of them. I was told to call customer service. Basically, it was a waste of time to go to the store as customer service is no longer available in person from Verizon. Verified.

As I told the salesperson, some checkcards dont work as debit, and you have to use the credit option. He didnt listen and said that is not possible, so thats their loss
Very, very poor experience attempting to activate a new Nexus 5x, purchased directly from Google. Told the staff that all that was needed was to take an inactive nano-sim card, activate in a floor model phone, and transfer to my new phone. A 5 minute process.In-store assistant and manager spent 3 hours on the phone with tech support after an error message was received.Went to the Appleton Ave. store in Menomonee Falls and talked to Graham, process was done in 5 minutes. Very frustrated with this Verizon store, and its not the first negative experience for me or my family.
