Ive had US Cellular for years starting to think it sucks
Hannah the store manager was extremely helpful. I had a problem that I thought would take days or weeks to resolve. It was a Samsung issue, not us cellular. Hannah was knowledgeable, patient, and very understanding. She resolved my issues and had me back up and running in a short period of time. People like her are why we recently switched from sprint back to us cellular and I am glad I did. OUTSTANDING service.
I went and got my iPad switched over and I got the new iPhone 11 and Derrick was real helpful

Went to get the boom2 Bluetooth speakers 3 days ago but I didnt know how to pair them together...but they showed me how to do it when I went back there today...didnt take long and I found out that I can buy more and pair all of them together up to 100 speakers...lol
