Corey he was very helpful and had a great experience. He also help us get some accessories for my new phone. And also told us about how we could get a better phone plan that lowered our monthly payment.
The store manager Corey is fantastic. He will go to whatever link to help every customer, and he also finds ways to save customers money on their monthly bills. He is an excellent example of great customer service
Awesome customer service setting up my new service for my business, just wish they had told me more about all the fees for the first bill. Also the best Tech installed my internet router. He had the most respect and very knowledgeable.
I set up an appointment inquiring about the price of switching from T-Mobile to AT&T for a family of 4. Upon entry, we were greeted by a sales member who seemed enthusiastic to help. The sales member then tried to upsell the most expensive wireless plan. After having mentioned Ive saw similar plans for cheaper on their website, he disregarded this and said the Elite Plan would be the better option. The sales associate gave us time to think on the plan he had mentioned. When he returned, I had told him that we would think about it and return. I then mentioned that my fiancée already has an AT&T phone that is paid off and asked if he was able to unlock it from their service specifically. He repeatedly dodged this question and would not help with the unlocking of the phone. He then began questioning the reasoning behind why we wouldnt be switching to the service. I responded with Weve had similar coverage with T-Mobile and are receiving better rates. He assured me that their coverage was superior, and the Extra $10 or $15 a month wouldnt break us. He then began getting uncomfortably close while trying to make the deal sound better to each one of us. Throughout the entire situation he failed to mention the $30-$40 activation fees that follow the transition of services. The entire situation felt unproductive and unprofessional on many standards especially when considering COVID-19 precautions. Ive never had a problem with any AT&T store until this instance.
Salesmen Jonathan Holland and Manny F. Are always very respectful and help me any time I need anything, encouraging the best accessories for me personally, Great workers! Definitely deserve appreciation.

My sales rep Jacob was professional, helpful and patient. He was able to answer all of questions and concerns about purchase/set up of new device. He was the only person working but was able to keep everyone informed about helping them as soon as possible. Best experience EVER at this store. Give him a pat on the back for doing his job well and with a sense of humor.

Fast service just wish they would change the opening times online if they are opening later than what is posted had to sit and wait for about half hour because online it shows them opening at 9 but they didnt open till 10 they had it posted on the door but unfortunately I checked online before leaving my house other than that friendly people fast service 🙂

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Representative Emily, was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I normally get my phones via the AT&T site online because the service has not been good and representatives have not been the best but I wanted to actually see the phone before purchasing it so decided to go in and I was gladly surprised. Great service and I saw other representatives being very courteous and acknowledging every person that walked in.
After having difficulties with corporate regarding a phone upgrade and a new smart watch, I decided to go into the store to get things straightened out. Thank goodness people like Emily, she was extremely polite and helpful. As far as customer service goes, she was the gold standard.
I want to give an Awesome Review on Kenny at the Way cross store office.. Kenny is an Awesome guy! Kenny kept me calm in the mist of an Storm due to an 3rd party solicitor telling me one thing just get my services😡. Kenny words, just the things he said and did to help me stay Calm is beyond Words. He went over and beyond to Settle my storm and I greatly appreciate it!! I would recommend anyone if you want services from At&t or Direct T. V.. Go into our local office and ask to speak to Kenny and I can Promise you, you will not be Disappointed. Hes the Best hands down and know that I Greatly appreciated all you did today Kenny. .You Rock🙌

Stopped by the store in Waycross with a phone issue. I spoke with Jacob, one f the sales reps there. He was very kind and knowledgeable about the issue with my phone. He even talked to me about an option to save money by setting up a business plan. Ill be going back soon.

There was only one worker managing 5 sets of people for over 2 hours while my daughter and I sat waiting for our turn. We had to wait until the 2nd worker got there to purchase a Sim card and activate prepaid service. In all we were there 3 hours for what should have taken and hour at most. It is not the fault of the staff, it is lack of help to support the current staff. Theyre hiring!

Great experience at this location. I had to wait for a few minutes as the store was pretty busy, but when the associate got to me he gave me the best service I have ever received. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I am giving a 5 Stars simply because I cannot give 100 Stars! The customer service at this location is AMAZING! Chris, Jacob, and Terryn are super nice and do everything in their power to make sure you are assisted in the best and most timely way possible. Jacob is absolutely hilarious! Chris is probably one of the most down to earth and understanding people that I have ever met. Terryn, well he is just plain COOL! I look forward to paying my bill each month and will not pay online or by phone because it gives me an excuse to go hang out with this awesome group of people for a few minutes. Great service, friendly people, and super fast! Highly reccomend
Actually getting timely assistance in that store would be a shock. If you go be prepared to WAIT and WAIT and WAIT. And if you are like most people you eventually leave without getting help of any kind.
