They are very friendly, helpful, and respectful. They take a lot of time with a lot of patience to make sure your problems are solved. Matt and shay were very helpful. I fully recommend visiting the location. Especially Mr. Matt.

Honestly, it was the best experience Ive had going into a T-Mobile store. The manager helped me with an upgrade and things went smooth as butter.

I was lied to and cheated. This company is not what they advertise. If I could give zero stars I would. I was told I would have coverage on my area, lie! Also, we agreed on the hundred dollar a month and 4 free galaxy phones for switching to TMobile, lie. The bill is close to 200 dollars?
