Felicity was very rude towards my father. She yelled at us multiple times after explaining to her. She acted like she was intimidating Telling us she was the manager and telling us to leave... Is that a way to talk to a customer we just walked in told her we were vaccinated and she didnt like that Im assuming. But she should fix her tone before she loses more customers... FELICITY. If I could put 0 stars I would... Rather go to video games and more at the red game barn in blackshear. BECAUSE Paul doesnt yell at his customers also doesnt require masks

GameStop always has the latest most exciting enjoyable games this particular store is no exception

This was just like some unforeseen and awesome happen stance. My Grands found what they were looking for in minutes. It made their day and mind to see them blessed, really put tears in my eyes thanking me all the way home.

Felicity was awesome and helped me get everything I needed for Christmas. I had called 2 other stores who said they were out of what I was looking for and while this location was also out, Felicity was the first one to offer to order it online for me. She got me everything I needed to complete my Christmas list!

If I could give it a zero stars I would I called and was polite the whole time saying yes mam showing her all the respect and I simply asked a question saying do you have the fortnite wildcat bundle in stock and she answered with a rude statement and said I’ve never herd of that so no we don’t have it. What kind of GameStop doesn’t know if they have a nitendo switch bundle in stock. Never purchasing there again

This is the second time in a row I’ve been dissatisfied. In both times I’ve been there, I’ve picked up a game, waited in line, and then found out that the game is not in the store. This past time I’ve been, the employee that was working was rude and short. I have learned to just buy games online.

Spent half a hour waiting outside in the cold because they only let 5 people at a time in the store. On top of that once I get inside I pick out a controller and my son a game only to be told they dont actually have it in stock on store.... Why the hell do you have it on display then? Hate to say it but Walmart is the better option, and I hate Walmart.

Got some great deals when I was there on Black Friday. Store is small but has majority of games you’d want. Will come back here for their Christmas deals :)

Not much selection half of the cases on display were not in stock so if its not in the store i ask why get a kids hopes up to day out of it not in the store

The staff here is very helpful. They work until they find what you need and if they cant find it they will give you a date of when they should have it. Love this place.

Ok store in Waycross. Asst declined opening early for the mini nes so I left. I came back 20 minutes before they opened and she had decided to open early after telling me she was not going to. After several attempts to get one the mgr assured me he would inform me of availability.... Gave my number and I had to call several times and got told sold out again. Very discouraging
