When I go in the woods my service goes out no service yall need to fix that

Cricket is a nice place for cell phone services if youre tired of the cell phone providers battling one another. Same services, but easy on the pockets. Great atmosphere if you want to pay at the business, or you can pay on line. Versatile yet very helpful. I wished I could give them a 5 stars rating (but I NEVER give anyone 5 stars unless they are OVER THE TOP).

Ive had cricket for a little over 2 years and never a problem. Until now. Poor customer service at the store in Waycross!!

The cell service sucks. I will be switching back to my previous carrier. I have had this phone since the 24 of Nov. It doesnt matter who I call they cant hear me

2 stars because they were friendly....They obviously didnt have a clue. Three very nice women that would contradict what the other would say when answering my questions.....Very friendly though....Just no clue.I didnt buy a plan
