Not the best experience. What ever happened to going in a store picking something out and buying it. Crazy that you visit a store then have to use the app to make a purchase. I could have just stayed home and ordered my cell. Employees were super nice guess its just the protocol of the company, so not their fault.

It was good but they had no phones available in store so I had to order it.
Salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable, but didnt even ask us if we needed help transferring from our old phone to our new one. My husband figured it out on his own, but it was much more lengthy and aggravating process than I had at the Verizon store in st Marys.

The staff were helpful the first 2 times I went up to the Verizon store but the third time I was not helped to my liking it was to late then on the last visit the 4th one the young lady got on the phone with costumer service and give me the phone I was on the company Verizon store phone for 1 hour and 15 minutes I got my phone fixed on my own so I wasnt impressed with any of the staff at the Waycross GA Verizon store off of memorial Dr

Cant speck to anyone at store! They want account pin or whatever! Cant they just answer their phone! Going to mswitch companies as soon as possible! Cant get any service help on setting up replacement phone!

I was very satisfied with the service. I was not taken advantage of because of being elderly. I was happy watching the customer service person take care of two customers at one time. Even kept me up to date on how long my phone was up loading data from my old phone. Just saying I was okay with the pleasant service.
Always busy, which is s good thing. Called one evening to see what time they closed. I wanted to pay my husbands bill.He was in the va hospital and forgot to tell me. Bill needed to be paid that day. Called and was told 8;00pm closing. I live out in the country. Got there at 7,:40, they were locked up and gone! I sit in the parking and paid it over the phone
GreatWell some ppl want to write something bad because they go into a store at the busiest time of day and then complain it online about the service not knowing how much effort some employees put in. But I was raised different also thank you for acknowledging a comment. Fantastic customer service.
Nice clean store. Most of the employees are nice and helpful. They need to bring back setting up the phones when you buy at the store, you pay that much for the phone it should be ready to use when you walk out with it!

Verizon wireless treats prepaid customers like a piece of elephant dung! I can assure you that you would be better off with two tin cans and a piece of string. The customer service is awful. They are not knowledgeable about their own products. Please join me in giving Verizon 10 thumbs down. Run for the hills!
Some one needed to use my phone to see how to sen my old phones videos of mine from that one to my new phone took out the Sims cars and didnt put it back in the tray. Well Im slow and didnt know it went in a tray so these guys at Verizon helped me a ton and gave me great advice dont ever let anyone mess with your Sims card!!
Every now and then you can actually get some real help here to solve a problem with your phone. Apparently, though, the goal is to sell you a new phone every time you walk in the door. And to hook you on another contract. And the number of additional fees and service charges is shocking. And dont look for a loyalty discount!
Every time I need something done I am told to call another number. It took 15 rings for someone to answer the phone at the store- only to tell me to call another number. Went in to the store- was told to call a number instead of receiving services there. What does this store actually do? Don’t waste your time- go one town over for actual customer service.
Went in to get one new Phone and ended up with two Brand new phones for myself and my husband and payed nothing down !! And our Sales guy Caleb was amazing!!!!!! I would recommend anyone to go in and ask for him!!!! He worked with us, even though it took me a couple of hours to make up my mind and he found us exactly what we wanted.! Verizon Wireless in Waycross Ga has the most amazing customer service, everybody is so nice!!!!!!

Went there on a Saturday around 11:30 am . We had 3 people ahead of us so we had to wait about 15 minutes. When it was out turn our situation was handed quickly and professionally.

My visit 4 days ago went very well. This was my 3rd trip. The 1st trip was a waste. The 2nd sent me in the right direction. But the 3rd got me back on track in less than 10 min. Although my son went a month without his phone.

I bought my new cell phone there and got their service. Another really nice shop in Waycross. I had trouble with them porting my old phone number to the new one. But they straightened it all out. And were wonderful and explained everything to me. Im really glad I went in there. Before that I had Walmart family T-Mobile. It just doesnt cover down here like it did when I lived in Atlanta.
Its Verizon. Good help mostly, a lot of nice devices and a showroom. Best coverage of this area.

Been with Verizon since before they were Verizon (they bought out Alltel, so they got our accounts), and their service has been excellent. They have been (may be different now, but they definitely USED to be) the only provider that really had good coverage around where we live. This store (Waycross) has always had helpful and knowledgable folks in it. Sometimes the wait is WAY too long, but its not because theyre lazy -- its because theyre often busy! (Then the other day when we went in they had a handful of employees in there with virtually NO customers -- feast or famine, I guess!) Do we pay too much for cell service? Absolutely, but I doubt its much (if any) more than we would with other carriers. And like I said, these guys have been good and consistent, both with cell service and personal service, for many, many years!
Highly recommend working with this store. Travaris is awesome! He knew everything about the service and what works best for our plan. I went to Verizon stores here in Colorado and the service and knowledge was horrible. I will work with this Waycross store everytime. Thanks!
