They lied and said I would have the best 4g Lte in my area soon as I got home I literally had 2 bars of 3G or either it was roaming I called boost mobile customer care I even went to the store and it was just bs also I bought my phone out in full and with getting tired of having no service and being lied to I decided to switch over to another carrier and they said I could next minute you know I can’t the phone is locked and I’m out of 70$ bc the employees don’t know what’s what

New women gave me all the wrong information. She was training people. I called boost Mobil and they confirmed that she was wrong. Im truly pissed. Wasted my time.

Need to be honest about what area there service will reach! Oh and how awful trying to get your number back . After you relize that it doesnt reach your area! Just try! no service. Oh and after you buy the phones you cant port those over either. Very expensive lessons. So make sure you check yourself! Dont believe small talk! Or you wont have service. And you will be out 100s of dollars. Eith a hard slap of reality

Didnt get what I went un for

I have had boost for 3 or 4 months now so i got a tex sayin my bill was $67.00 with ins. & all ok i go down 3rd cause they said my bill was due the 4rd so i went to pay my bill & got back home looked at it & it said total due $ 70.00 i said what i didnt pay it first 2 months what is goin on so i called back & man told me BoosT mobile charges $3.00 for u goin in their sTore to pay ur bill they call it aCONVENIENCEFEE i mean it aint like they loosein money when u pay ur billif they was they charge more than what they do.to me its a RIP OFF. But thats last time they will RIPMe OFF cause im huntin a nother phone servicethat dont charge u to go in their store to pay ur bill

My husband has had this service for over three years and just now has a problem with his phone they were not helpful they barely looked up and all the information they could give me was to call customer service for help and they arent very helpful either. Terrible service.
