Worst business I have ever dealt with in my life. I had a fender bender in January, it took 106 days for them to repair my car, which should have taken a maximum of 14 days according to my insurance company. The owner promised to have my car ready more than a dozen times, but always came up with some lame excuse why he couldn’t have it ready. Further he promised to pay for my car rental until my car was ready, he reneged on paying this. I am out $4000 for the rental. Plus when I got my car back it rode terribly and had to bring it to the dealer. It took two weeks for the dealer to troubleshoot that the problem was due to the car being incorrectly wired by the body shop. Save yourself a headache, lack of sleep and anxiety and use a different body shop.

Lou and his team are some of the funniest people you will meet. If he likes you youre golden. If your a jerk or demanding you dont want to meet these guys. My family has had 3 or 4 cars fixed here through a series of bad luck and storms and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good facility.

Shady. They fixed my mothers car only for her to pick it up and find that they hadnt installed the front bumper trim and license plate holder. 2 months later of them claiming to have ordered the parts and are waiting for paul Miller Honda to deliver said parts and its past the frustration point. The good part is that this was an insurance job so we contacted her insurance to report the issue and have them take care of this issue as its clearly insurance fraud. Stay away from this place, complete scumbags that call their customers weasels and hang up on them when trying to get answers

Lou is a super funny old school guy who takes pride in his work. He may not be the skinnest, the funniest, or the most charming but he always does a good job and keeps me and all my siblings happy with his work.

Someone backed into my the front fender on my wifes 2011 Ford Fusion putting a large crease in it. Distorting the bumper and scuffed the headlight assembly up. First brought the car to a dealership in Verona near her work. They quoted us $1200 for the repair.A friend suggested I bring the car to Lou. Lou did the job for $550, had it ready in two days and the car looked perfect!! If I ever need Lous services again I would go there without any hesitation.

These guys are very unorganized and messed up.First visit for free estimation they told me that match colors are no problem with rest of the body color.So I went for it because after I read rate and review .But I was very disappointed .Now trim is coming out of body and look like a I bought the door from junkyard.Think twice before bring your business to them.

STOP AND READ!!!! I recently move to NJ and only being here a few months my car was keyed near my home. My daughter recommended Jersey Auto. My car was only 5 months old and after meeting Lou he told me it was down to the metal and would need repair to avoid rusting. Trusting him I agreed to let him repair after I had taken it to Crestmont Toyota. OMG the repair was P E R F E C T!!!!!!! Not only was the repair perfect Lou was very honest, professional and delivered my car exactly to the minute he promised.If you are in need of any Body work GO TO JERSEY AUTO BODY first, you wont be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lou is a scam artist and dishonest, his employees lie and cover for him as well. He had my car for 7 months (yes 7 months)and did a terrible job that I had to have redone. It would take many words to tell the lies he fed me and the shoddy work he did I will leave it at this, do yourself a favor and stay away from this buisness.

This owner is one of the biggest scam artists I have ever met. I recently was in an accident and legal dispute with another driver. We spoke to Lou and he said since one of his employees knew our family he would park it on his lot and take a look to see the damages. While battling with the insurance company we kept in constant contact to keep him up to date. He maintained his word every phone call to not charge while we were still in the legal battle. I was contacted by an employee at his shop about buying it and fixing it, this of course after they sent me a false damage estimate saying it was more to fix than the truck was worth. They made me an offer of $6,500. They had asked about selling any accessories with it, specifically the rear toolbox and roll bar. After I declined the offer I got a phone call saying I owed him a little over $6,400 for storage, which is in violation of the Consumer Fraud Act, and I could either pay it or sign the title over. I then went down and spoke to them in person and found that the toolbox and a lighting switchbox inside the cab was now missing. The ONLY way to take out the toolbox is with the truck key for the tailgate as it was mounted in the rear of the bed handles almost up against the back of the tailgate itself. When asked about it I was told, by Lou, he didnt remember seeing one when it came in the first day. In addition to this I tried to pick up a copy of the bill I was told that morning on the phone was written. Upon arrival at the business, I was told by the same owner from that morning it wasnt complete and only an invoice could be given that day. In the midst of the conversation I noticed a hastily written sign, with fresh marker on masking tape, storage fees $50/day. I have since contacted a lawyer about pursuing a fraud lawsuit and compensation for the items taken while on his lot. I will also be contacting the New Jersey BBB and New Jersey Consumer Affairs. My best advice on this place is STAY AWAY. If he does this to friends I can only imagine what he could be capable of on a complete stranger.
