Great place
Bill is a very nice person seems to be honest.an trustworthy an knowledgeable about engines
Been in Business a long time, helpful, knows his stuff. Always happy to do business with him!
Bill is a good guy he will help you an work with you on projects. I had a 283 rebuilt by him 7 1/2 years by him an its running strong. Only thing i would recommend is make sure if you rebuild a motor dont bore it anymore then is needed. My 283 was bored .060 an i feel like that was excessive an i really believe it would have cleaned up perfectly fine at .030. Always only bore tje minimum amount. It leaves mest there for the next future rebuild. Bill even taught me a lesson. Older engines pre85 need zinc for the valve train an camshaft specially if its a flat tappet camshaft. He sells a case of brsd penn of different weight mainly sae30 10w30 10w40 for $80 a case which is a really good deal. By a case its cheaper otherwise it costs around $8 a quart. Excellemt oil very smooth valvetrain no camshaft premature wear. Only downfall is bills sometimes takes a long time to overhaul your engine. Best thinf to do is save up first an know whar you want an have the parts on hand to minimize vehicle down time. He takes in alot of projects so be aware it may take a month or 2 for your prject to be done.
This is an old school Auto Machine Shop cluttered beyond belief but does excellent work with experience employees that do a fine job for you but the place looks very old school and it is
