Had an issue with mattress I purchased in March. Had warrant, it took a bit but they came through. Replaced mattress, even an ungrade and Mr. David a MN d Mr. Casey, good customer service and thats big for mee. Thank you Mattress Depot, mattress working out well

The Mattress Depot was a great place to get quality mattresses! I’m so happy we stopped here today. Our first stop for shopping and our last! The prices were great! The salesman was very professional and courteous. He really took care of us and was was genuine! We’ll be back, walked in for one pair of mattresses and walked out with 2.

Ive been struggling to find a good matress that could satisfy my needs until I went to this store. I finally found the matress that Ive been searching for and for an unbeatable price! It was an amazing and fun experience. Casey was a joy to joke around with, and to talk to. He is very knowledgeable about his stores inventory and is willing to work with you. He listens to your bedding needs and will keep you within your budget as much as possible. Also, the beds feel AMAZING! We bought 4. 😆 Now to figure out how to get them home when they come in.

Though we did not make a purchase at Mattress Depot, I still want to tell that our experience at this store was a good time and fun! K.C. was a pleasure to deal with, and is very knowledgeable about their products. He never pressured us or tried to give us anything but an honest opinion. On our first visit I told K.C. that I’ve always wished I could design a pillow for myself, and that it would be built, “Like this and that, and be this big”. He said, “I’ve got just what you want.” I walked out with a new pillow...BEST money I’ve spent in years! Thanks K.C. for the last two weeks of awesome snoozing!

Had to warranty my queen mattress out due to manufacture defect and I was told to bring it up there on my own and if I wanted them to come get it, it would be $50 each way and I explained that i shouldnt have to pay for that and Colby (owner) made it clear that was my only choice, so I offered to buy a twin mattress for my son to make the trip worth while and he said he would only make $3 on the deal and it basically wasnt worth his time... BAD COMPANY STAY AWAY

I was helping my cousin purchase a bed, and he jumped the gun and bought from Mattress Depot. I found a great deal from a friend at Mattress Firm that beat his purchase price. Matress Depot would not cancel his order or work with him to stop the order. The owner was unwilling to cancel and actually called my cousin a liar when he told him hed found a better deal.I warn you to check the reviews before you buy from this company. PS..Mr. Boggs, I found a queen matress with adjustable frame for drive out price of $1145.00.

Not a pleasant experience, and guaranteed I wont go back. Signed up for 0% interest for 12 months, then got called because they said I missed a bi-weekly payment. BS! Never was talked about or mentioned, not what I signed! The guy who delivered acted like he was extremely bothered and could have cared less about me and my purchase. This was about a year, maybe a little longer ago, wasnt going to review, but reading others sounds like my experience wasnt much different from others, so check out who you give business too.

Im the owner of Mattress Depot and wanted to reference John Barnes and Bobby Flores. Im not sure if John Barnes qualified for the financing or had a misunderstanding but, I do know that there is not any way I can even think of to bait and switch with our financing. We dont make any extra money on financing, its just an amazing tool for our customers to use to get a new bed with little to no money down. I would love to work with Mr. Barnes and work out any misunderstanding. As to Bobby Flores, we are like any other business I can think of when it comes to a return. It is very rare but in most cases it is the customers responsibility to bring it to us or hire us to come get it and we can handle it from there. Im trying to think of everything from Walmart to buying a car if any business comes to your home and picks up your returns, exchanges, or warranty issues at all or for free. I feel like we are like most any other business I can think of. We are sorry that our policy upset you and hope to do business with you in the future.

This place sucks. I noticed that my account was double charged for the mattress I bought 2 days after I bought it. I called the manager and he said he talked to the credit card company and that there would be a hold for 7-10 business days before the funds would be released. 15 days passed and still nothing on my return. I called the manager colby back and he said I needed to call the credit card company to get my money back, so I did. I call the credit card company after being on hold for 10 minutes and they tell me the merchant is the only one that can refund the money. I will never purchase anything from there again and strongly advise anyone else to do the same because of the way this company handled the dispute.

The female salesperson dont get any friendlier, is have bought my bed there however couldnt wait for the time needed to have it arrive. It is a nice store.

They were misleading with the bait-and-switch . They lied to me on the phone and in the store about the interest rate and the terms. I didnt buy anything and wont. From my experience dont go here. Almost anyplace in Weatherford will get you something to sleep on more honestly.
