I am a new customer to Hibbett Sports and I love this place I have been here the times now and the items that you cannot find in store they automatically will order for you online and allow you to either pick it up there with them or have it sent directly to your home. The one thing I did appreciate was the customer service I kid you not every time I was there the employees all greet you and make sure your being helped and they are so polit. I know thats the way employees should be but unfortunately they are not always kind yet want time I went to Hibbett they showed me so much positive energy and that will always be a reason for be to return as a Happy customer. Thank you for your great customer service that you provide and the infectious positivity that you share its welcoming. 😊😳

The staff were horrible . I chose a shoe and it was the last 1 and it fit it was size 4 and they want to give me the other shoe and it was size 4 1/2 and didnt want to look for the shoe
