I scheduled salon services for Saturday 11, 2021with Ricardo Gonzalez. Upon arrival I was informed that he was not there. He did not take the time to inform me, although he has my personal number. The other salon staff did not call me ahead of time to inform me either. I have also scheduled past services and find out (the day of) that my appointment was never scheduled.JC Pennys Salon staff is not properly trained and has no regard for peoples needs.

Went in for two things, came out with a lot more! Easy to park, store was cool and not muggy, sales GALORE, salespeople had just the right amount of interaction. And, sales staff were excellent, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Ill go back soon!

Very kind and helpful sales lady in the Mattress dept. Wish I had written her name down to give her credit for a great experience in JCPenny.

Were still here waiting on this lady that we asked if she could please help out with checking price on a jacket she was so rude and told us to go check in front I asked her again will u please check for us and she got mad and pulled jacket from my hand how rude..shes on mens department And she should at least have some kind of sense of urgency to want to go help out customers, her name was Isabel ...thanks for at least testing my patience so rude.. never again will I shop here again...

Worst experiance in salon area had an apointment at 2 pm and ended up leaving at 3 pm because i was never assisted they kept saying i was next, and all the ladies didnt have good communication with each other!

Not the best location for processing online orders for store pick-up in a timely manner. It stated items were in stock and ready in 2 hours. It took a whole day for them to notify me that the items were not available and canceled the order.

I was at store today at around 10:45am looking for womens sneakers. I found 2 pair that I wanted to try on but they had security lock. I asked a woman who was nearby folding clothes if she could remove security lock so I could try them on. Young lady said that I could try them with lock on. I explained that I was afraid to fall,Im 70 years old. She said she couldnt help me and didnt try to get someone else. So I couldnt buy sneakers I wanted and need,very disappointed. Im a faithful customer of jc Penney for many years and have spent thousands of dollars over the years so I believe I should have been treated better.

Had my hair cut done by another salon and wasnt quite satisfied, but Rick was able to fix it up and Im in love with my haircut. He did an amazing job. Totally reccomend him.

JCPenney never dissapoints. I can always find beautiful shoes, dress, pants or even intimate wear at a special price like buy one, get one free bras. WOW!!! This last time the cashier looked for coupons and rewards for me that I didnt know I had. I got a huge discount. AWESOME!

Some areas of the store lack merchandise designated to specific size. Not too much of a selection. Asked about coupons due to the sale that was going on and I was told that if I wanted a coupon I would have to go to the back and inquire and even at that they might not have any.

Didnt like how whatever clearance left was put up in the front entrance with all sizes mixed around. Wouldve given lesser stars but the sales person in appliances had a great personality and was very helpful assisting my parents buy a new stove and fridge. Even one of the managers i asked a question to seemed bothered when I asked for a specific departments location. She vaguely answered and pointed over there, which still didnt help. Another manager I later asked apologized for what happened and gladly showed me exactly what I was looking for.

The clerk was very nice & polite but for running in to pick up an online order the wait is long because its the same desk that you can make purchases and credit card payments and arguing about expired coupons instead of just picking up orders, the whole reason why I order online is to avoid lines & waiting more than 20 minutes or more.

Clean and well named, they want to compete with the online stores and deserve your business.

Had to wait over 10 minutes for an associate to show up at the Catalog Order pick up counter. But he was very friendly. There was a long line at the check out area, too. I know they are having financial problems so probably cant afford to hire more people. I have always appreciated the quality of Penneys products. Their towels are my favs.

This place has good prices. I think that people will be happy with the deals they have. They also give out coupons for future purchases. Things are also cheaper if you use the jcp card. You can also order things online and pick them up at the store if you need to and cant find what you need at the time. You can also order online ahead of time to pick up at the store. It is well organized and plenty of people to help out. They do need more changing rooms though. For some reason they have most of them closed off.

I go there all the time. Love to shop their discount racks. I get pretty good deals.

I visited this store this afternoon and found what I had been looking for . I always enjoy jc penny as it is my favorite. Only one thing I was disappointed with was the fact that there was hardly any sales person to be found. I know that companys are giving fewer hours to employees but it hurts customer service such as standing in long line at checkout and only 1 cashier.

They have such a great sale going on right now.

Crowded, store was a mess and there are not enough fitting rooms.I bought things that were clearly marked down, then at the register they were not. What a disaster that store was!

The moment I walked into J C Penny Salon I felt welcomed by Letty, was the stylis. My hair look great. Letty treated me like Ive been her client for years. She erased all my doubts and fears I had about my hair!!! She was very informational about different ways of styling and taking care of my hair. I wanted my hair colored also next month. Not only is she a talented hair style, she has the best personality and always filled with laughing. Letty, is the best! ! !

Went was not asked for my number for my rewards. I was told customers are educated and are suppose to ask. I wasnt aware of this new policy very disappointed I shop and buy intimate apparel frequently and have lost out on alot of reward points.
