Steve I came in to pay a bill and he not only helped me with that but helped me sign up for the ebb program which I knew nothing about. I wish more customer service were trained and as caring as he is. Thanks Steve

I contacted the store located at 7235 w Greenfield. I had a concern regarding service issues. Jake the manager was extremely rude, yelled and was unprofessional. To receive service like this is unacceptable. The manager should have better customer skills and be an example. Instead he was a complete jerk. Beware of this location.

Horrible customer service. The rep threw away all my packaging and when I asked for it he refused to take it out of the garbage...How am I supposed to return a product now if I dont have the original packaging? I definitely do not recommend!

Younger kid was working and we got there close to closing but he was still very helpful.

Very rude. The guy is not informative at all. He rushes you out of the store. He gives out wrong information. All he seems to care about is his quota. He just wants to make sales so he isnt specific and will rush you out the store. I will never come here again. Tried it 2 times and both experiences were horrible. We drove all the way to the one on 102nd and national and they were AMAZING. I highly recommend that one. Never again will we step foot in the other one. Ive heard of so many people complaining about that one and I cant figure out why its still open.

Im not an old codger but when I walk into your establishment and you have heavy metal music blasting while Im try to purchase a phone, and voice a concern over an apple upgrade to my iphone which caused me to lose data and service. the male clerk who somehow thinks he is the great great grand son of Alexander Graham Bell, left me frustrated with trying to jump over my questions and answer questions without knowing all the facts left me frustrated, and when I reengaged with him again, I let him know maybe you are not listening, then he dropped THOSE ARE YOUR WORDS sir, I said these are some of my words you are not listening to the conversation, at the moment I realized he was interested in himself and not helping others. I smiled and wished him a good day.

I recently had to update my phone. The two associates, Jake and Talia, especially Jake, was extremely helpful in the whole process of switching over my old phone to the new one. This store is highly recommended! Keep up the good work!

My parents have been with them for a long time and when I decided to get my own plan. The person there offered me an insurance plan for my phone which I had for ten months and when I finally decided to use it they said I had to pay a deductible on top of that which was almost the price of the phone when I bought it new. I am really disappointed that they didnt tell me this before and if you ever get a phone NEVER buy insurance.

HORRIBLE customer service! While helping me with my new phone Chantal decided it would be a good time too also help a guy that just walked in the door. She then proceeds to almost completely ignore me only helping me when interject. I have never been anywhere that when another customer comes in the rep almost completely ignores who they are working with. I even had to ask for my receipt twice!!! Normally a good customer rep would tell the new customer to wait a few minutes while I finish with this customer. Plus shes to busy singing and trying to find the right music that I can only wonder if maybe she has ADD or ADHD. If in West Allis go to the one on HWY 100. Much cleaner and nicer alsoP.S. Actual phone service has been very good.

Did not offer the best option for 2 phones I ask for,added another line with additional insurances without permission,so my auto pay increased almost to double as much I have paid for the past 7 years.Had to call cricket customers service to change 2 for $30 cheapest option.

Needed a screen protector. The guy who put it on for me did a horrible job. Told me it was $30, I said no thanks, then hes like oh I forgot, we have it for half off today. I asked him to put it on for me, there were bubbles all over it, he told me theyd just push out. I left it on for about 10 minutes before throwing it away.
