Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with in regards to Alarm and Fire protection. Budgets werent adhered to. Service people have been incapable. Sales associates are unresponsive. AP doesnt have their game together - and to top it off - they arent in good graces with local municipalities. Id highly recommend that you look elsewhere or deal with the multiple headaches I have had over the years.

Milwaukee Alarm Company recently installed an alarm system on our new construction house and the installers were excellent. They were efficient and very clean. We are excited to have MAC monitor our house. The security offerings they provide are top of the line and everyone we have dealt with has been extremely helpful. Great customer service!

Weve had issues with their system for the past 6 months. Receiving calls after 10pm of system errors. Theyve been out but have not fixed it. Looking at others to switch.

We have used them for the past 6 years and they are professional and courteous.They help us stay up to date with all of our equipment needs and they have also assisted us with our app based system.When we did our new build out, their rep did an outstanding job in setting up new system in no time. They catered to our needs and executed effectively.Their staff and customer service is beyond exceptional and I would recommend them for any of your commercial and residential protection needs.

MAC monitors our restaurant and building and does an amazing job with install and monitoring. Their team is always courteous and helpful on the phone. I love working with a local company with hands on attention to my business needs.Anytime we need to change a code or system, their team is on it immediately.5 stars.

Milwaukee Alarm has been monitoring our homes alarm system for years. It’s been great that they have employees available 24/7 answering the phones here in Milwaukee and not out of state or country. The system has worked perfectly since day 1 except when I accidentally burned popcorn and they called me. 5 stars! Thank you Milwaukee Alarm.

MAC monitors all my apartments and my own residence. Their install team was very professional and timely. Their system is great and the app to disarm, arm, and monitor your system is very easy to use.They are a great local company with a great product.

They have done a decent job for our business. They are upfront about equipment cost and risks with using aging equipment and provided good recommendations. Unfortunately these things cost a lot and with old systems when they require replacement it can cost a lot due the labor in putting a new system in. I dont think the reviews are fair based on my experiences.

My experience has been very positive. I use them for my home and business and have never had an issue. The technicians were polite and showed up when they were scheduled. I love that they are a local company and always answer the phone when I call.

Professional installation was quick and easy and they’ve been great on customer service as we needed more alarm codes and to expand the areas covered by motion sensors. Would highly recommend to any business.

I had been with MAC for 7 years. I recently deleted landline service and needed to communicate with them by internet only. When I contacted them they said they first needed to find out what equipment I had. After 3 weeks with no monitoring service or response from them, they mailed me an estimate to replace my equipment with the EXACT SAME equipment I currently had for $424. When I questioned them why did they do this they had no answer. They knew exactly what equipment I had thinking I wouldnt check it out. At that point I wanted nothing to do with them so I cancelled service and went with GEO Arm using the same equipment for $8 per month. They refused to refund me the 11 months of unused service. After being treated so poorly and being a good customer for this long I would NOT recommend them at all. They are deceptive and take advantage of their existing customers.

Extremely happy with service . They come in when ever we have issues and they are always willing to help . Would highly recommend them . I use them for 4 properties and 3 business .

Incompetent from a management structure. Unable to return calls or correct mistakes with constant false readings from alarm systems

We have had Milwaukee Alarm for two years and have been very impressed with the level of service and professionalism.

Im only giving them a 1 star as 0 stars wasnt an option. These people are a scam. Do not buy from them. They are deceptive, dishonest, and not dependable. I called on behalf of my dad, and was transferred to the owner, as nobody else would call back. They want to then charge you $60 to have one of their people come out to do any repair just to come out. When I questioned it they told me its in the contract. He didnt unfortunately see that when he signed. When there is an issue, they said they are dispatching an armed guard, and it sometimes has taken over an hour to get to my dads home. I know for a fact the police would come much faster than this where he lives. He was tricked into signing a contract that was longer than he thought it would be unfortunately and now there is no way to get out of it. Its unfortunate that people take advantage of people in this way. When this contract expires, we will not renew and I will let people know to never use them.

Dont get taken advantage by this company. They will screw you whatever way they can with their contracts. Stay far away

I purchased an alarm and monitoring from MAC, there staff did a great job installing all of the equipment including thermostats, sensors and cameras. I would recommend them to any business or homeowners .

Do yourself a favor and AVOID this company. Read my experience! One star is too much!After over 25 years, I suspected this company was unethical. I decided to change service providers. I had the new company install their equipment. They placed the MAC equipment on the floor to pick up. MAC came in, dismantled the new companies equipment, stole it along with the MAC equipment leaving my children’s daycare unprotected for several days. Police n fire department were called. MAC finally returned the stolen equipment after severa phone calls. I had my new company reinstall at a $441.00 cost(justified). I wrote a letter to the MAC owner for them to reimburse me . Joe Haas, the owner called me, laughed and said he was throwing my letter in the garbage. He is a slim ball.Do yourself a favor and AVOID his company.

I worked with them 3 years ago, and they were really difficult to work with. After 3 years, today I got a bill from them. Nobody can explain it why. Unprofessional, unethical, get away from this company.
