Upgraded two of our phones as well as our IPad, and added a line. Jared was amazing! He was proficient, patient and friendly. Highly recommend this AT&T store…especially if Jared is working!

We went here to see if we can upgrade one of the phones. Kaitlyn in sales was the only one there. She is one nice lady. Very professional and very knowledgeable. She explained everything well and was very patient with us. Wish other stores would look up this store and learn how to deal with costumers. Would definitely come back. Lukas (Manager) was extremely helpful and easy to work with. My wife wanted to upgrade AND switch to IOS from Android. We weren’t quite “upgrade eligible” yet, but Lukas quickly gave us some options—not only did he lower our overall bill by getting us on a better plan, but he also made an effort to get us an even better deal once he realized my wife was a teacher. We didn’t even know that there was an educational discount. In and out and satisfied in under 45 minutes.
Probably one of my best experiences in one of these stores. Both guys working (Luke and Ali) were really helpful and professional. Took care of my phone issue, set me up with what I needed, answered all my questions and sent me home happy. Excellent service. I’ll definitely be back to the West Allis location for my next AT&T services.
My family and I stopped in at the location to switch companies. We were transferring from US Cellular! Kaitlyn was very nice, knowledgeable and understanding. She answered all of our questions in great detail. She made sure that we were getting the best deals possible for our money! We were not in any way, shape or form dissatisfied when we left. She made sure we had all of the information needed before we left the store. I would recommend having her assist you when coming to this location!

The manager Lukas was so rude. Literally heavy breathing and making comments about my kids and every customer that walked in after me. I understand that people want to go home by the end of their day, but there is definitely a professional way to get people to come back rather than just making everyone feel unwelcome. He was in the middle of helping me and said “why won’t these people let me escape, I’m just trying to get out of here” when another customer walked in. Also, he did not complete my purchases I wanted or help activate my new devices.
I like there alot!!! They always greeted me @ door specially the manager there.... All other employees there they wont disrespecting u @ all.... They try very-very hard to understand & get it right.....

Needed to replace a sim card. New one needed to use a different phone. Rep argued that we didnt need it and the sim card we had would work fine in the phone that we wanted to put it into. Refused to give us a new card and refused to look at the phones that we brought with.

I had the best ever customer service experience with Lucas the manager! I had horrible contacts & experience with the phone customer service & spent over 3 hours on the phone. I was so frustrated that I was ready to give them back my phones & WiFi! When we came in, Lucas overheard us speaking with Kate & took the bull by the horns! Both did an incredible job helping us! It was over a first responder credit & service issues!! He stayed with us & got it all figured out & fixed! Can’t say enough about the quality of service from this store! Very helpful, thorough assistance from Chris and Dustin via phone and twice in store. They were fabulous! They were very straightforward in writing down exactly what we needed to do to switch to ATT. Also, they delivered no pressure, laid-back sales. I would definitely recommend their helpful, kind service.
Best location around. Great friendly staff, nice big store. Location can get busy and sometimes you have to wait however they make the wait worth your while. If you are paying a bill with check or credit, call 611 and do it over the phone!

He took his time explaining while I translated it into Spanish He was very kind and respectful. We will be returning to this store for sure!
Joel was the first person I met a year ago when I bought my iPhone X. Since then he still continues to be helpful and approachable with any of my concerns. Just today I was charged for 9 day pass out of the country that honestly wasn’t used and it didn’t work while in Australia. He gave my credit back and apologized for the inconvenience. I plan to continue coming to this AT&T location, everyone here is so helpful.

Stopped into this location not too long ago with my Mother-in-law who was looking to purchase an iPhone. Hers had been run over so she was in the market...We stopped in and were greeted by a young man who asked us what we were in for. We told him she was in the market for an iPhone and wanted to buy it outright simply because she didnt want monthly payments...He absolutely refused to sell her an iPhone claiming the system wont allow it... After going back and forth with him 3 times we walked out and went to the Apple store where we had a great experience and were out in less than 15 minutes with a new phone...Having worked in wireless, I KNOW he couldve sold her the device. But he refused to because he wouldve made very little if any commission on it due to it not being an upgrade or new activation in their system...What couldve taken him 5 fing minutes to do, he refused to because he wasnt making anything on it... So congrats on giving my mother-in-law and I a hard time and showing us exactly why AT&T has the sh*t reputation it does👏🏻...Happy Im a Verizon customer!
Me and my wife went in yesterday to get new phones. There were a few bumps along the process but Dustin and Joel really stuck with us and handled it like pros. Absolutely amazing customer service and Patience. These guys need raises!

This was by far the best phone buying experience I have ever had. This guy Dustin works there. He gave me a great deal on my phone. AND it turns out he mows the lawn and does the laundry for all the elderly and disabled folks in the neighborhood. Also, he is actually the guy who invented the iPhone. He will never admit if you ask though. So dont bother bringing it up. A top tier establishment.

Yesterday I showed up at the store thinking I needed a new phone and SIM card. However thanks to Joel, the manager he was able to see that my account had been hacked and someone had purchased additional phones on my line. Joel was so nice and took care of all the hassles of getting the issues resolved. I didnt have to call anyone, Joel took care of everything! I cannot say how great Joel was and when I need anything AT&T related I will go to Joel. Thank you so much Joel for making a stressful situation much less stressful. You are awesome!
Waited over 45 min and still no acknowledgement of us waiting patiently. The manager skylar was his name. Obviously new that I needed help and was trying to prolong a conversation with someone who wasnt even buying anything. Such complete bull! If this is how a loyal customer of 16 years is treated makes me want to switch carriers.

The initial contact with a particular employee was a horrible customer service experience. Extremely rude and condescending. The manager was no better. All I needed to do was remove a line off my plan. Something so simple turned into a complicated nightmare. Nothing but attitude on their end while they attempted to help. I don’t recommend going to this store.

I should have driven the extra miles to another location. We (me and my friend) walked into the store and the sales rep Trevor was with a customer. He never looked up or acknowledged our presence. I/we stood around for about 10 minutes before he made the attempt to say ill be with you shortly. I might add thst there was No one in the store besides me and my friend and the person he was helping. He walked up to us and we said hi and he stated how can I help you, I said hello Trevor. He responded, so how can I help you? He attempted to address our phone not working situation. Trevor is desperately in need of customer service training. It would also be great if their business cards actually had a managers name on them! I hope its not Trevor or this store will not survive in this area.

This place is a joke. The sales rep took over an hour and a half to upgrade my phone at which point they wanted to start over because he had done something wrong. I became upset and the manager Matt walked away and refused to help. Nice customer service there. Ive never had a harder time spending $750 in my entire life.

DO NOT believe anything the people at this store tell you. Once they make their sale they do not care to make sure you get what they offered you in the first place. The manager has not even done anything at all about it also. And has refused to give me his regional managers contact information. They never even provided me with the service summary and terms of the sale. This has been going on for almost 3mths!!! We switched everything to At&t because of the pricing they promised us. I am now paying more than i used to for wireless, internet, and tv. And i was promised that digital life would be part of the deal too and still do not have that either. AVOID!!!!

Its an authorized dealer, so they are not the same as the regular stores. So if you buy something there, you have to go back to them and you are stuck to deal with lousy service and there store policies. (Regular at@t store are different)...The store manager is a real piece of work, avoid her if you can.
Was asking about an upgrade at this store and met with a female employee with a poor attitude unfortunately.
