I called around to several locations about upgrading to a new phone and the west bend store (40 minutes from my home) answered politely and reserved a phone for me to pick up later that day.I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and speed of service! Thanks so much to Erik for setting aside the phone and helping me get it all set up! Great store! Great people to work with.
Eric the store manager was great very helpful courteous and knowledgeable and this man knows T mobilel/sprint inside out. Helped us out big time. Angelo helped us pick our phones out and helped us switch over to T Mobile. He is very knowledgeable especially about Apple products. The store was very clean and organized with a good inventory of phones in stocks. Im giving them 5 stars for great customer service and support and would like to thank them with this review.

I have never been to a phone store without having to be there for hours until now, I always dread having to go in for anything! The manager Erik was incredibly knowledgeable and took his time to make sure I understood everything fully! He even qualified me for a 50% off military discount for my family plan! I wont hesitate to return to this location everytime I need anything, by far the best service Ive ever received while still being efficient, I will definitely be recommending this location to anyone looking for new phones!

Im old fashion, I prefer to speak face to face verses over the phone. When I came to this location not only was the staff extremely welcoming, they were detailed and informative. They took the time to help me with every question and problem I had. I will definitely return in the future.

I moved out of state from Wisconsin to Illinois and found out us cellular is not there upon doing so I had to sign up with Sprint because they were the only people in area with had decent service. 18 horrible months later I tried to end my contract with them they begged me to stay lied to my face told me one thing and sold another. Added stuff to my account that is even their lines that I did not even ask for And then told me it was pro rated in the middle of my service. The best part of all this the new equipment Straight out of the Box had to be sent directly to Samsung Because it was unable to be used. And it was only supposed to take 7 days that was 3 weeks ago and now Im still paying for them and I cant return them or get out of my contract for the stuff they have had because they say it is now out of the 14 day window in my $195 bill for the month in going forward which it was supposed to be is now 386 I wouldnt wish this upon anybody and I hope you all find somebody else for service I would never recommend these people to anybody I am sorry T-Mobile got wrapped up with them in Sprint should not be allowed to be in service when they do these types of things A recorded conversation that they cant even check to verify what somebody else there says which is ridiculous. Sprint has to be the worst cellular company I have ever heard of and I will never do service with them again the minute my contract is up or if I can get out of this one .
After dealing with another provider who’s rates would go up without notice, it was a relief to finally talk to the manager at this location. I appreciated the customer service team taking the time to listen to my needs that had to be met, and to feel like I was provided the information that I needed to pick out the best plan for me, and not just the most expensive one.

Such a great experience at this T-Mobile store. I had the most terrible experience at a different location and decided to give it one more try coming here. Not only did they hear my story, but they helped me out TREMENDOUSLY when the other West Bend T-Mobile sent me away, and the customer service was excellent. Very happy with my time spent there and will definitely be coming here from now on!

After 2 days of battling with my former carrier, I walked into Sprint with 3 objectives: I need a good phone with a fair plan, help me with the transfer of my number, and I need it to Today! The staff at Sprint made all that happened, and even found me a discounted phone in one of their stores in West Allis.I did need to drive to West Allis if I wanted to be back online that day (& save a $100 off a phone that fit my needs), however the trip was worth it. The staff in West Allis help me setup my new phone & were equally exceptional & accommodating.I dont write many reviews, however my experience between the 2 Sprint stores leaves me feeling confident that I have a strong team behind me & just wanted to share my experience & appreciation.

Do NOT go to this T-Mobile, if you want good service and not have to go through fraud go to 813 S Main st. Westbend, WI, 53095. That T-Mobile will assist you with kindness, get you what you need, not steal your money and act like they took down the account you never made. I go through verizon and before that me and my boyfriend went to this T-Mobile and tried setting up brand new phones and everything, the lady that was there said he had to low of credit (my boyfriend) so we would have to pay up front, we said no thank you and had her cancel everything and we watched her do so. Almost a month later we are getting billed $200 and they took it straight out of my boyfriends bank account, we were getting mail from them, texts, everything. Even after that same day we said no we went to verizon got everything we needed even our phones, so we obviously go through verizon and havent been in contact with T-Mobile since then and they wanna bill us. They started sending up to different T-Mobile stores just so they didnt have to deal with it. Now we have to wait gosh knows how long going through a fraud situation with them and we have to wait till my boyfriend gets his money back and the only way is apparently going through this so please do not waste your time and money on this store. You will regret it i promise u.
I come into this location frequently and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. This is the only sprint around this location so a wait is pretty common and sometimes long. Other than that my experience overall was great. I was working with 1 man and 1 woman employee last week and they helped me understand my first apple phone and set it up for me! Thanks Sprint you guys are great!

Nothing but good experiences at this store.
Went in to upgrade a phone, the tablet they use to sign contracts glitched about 7 times. During this several employees stepped in to help including the manager. But the manager would tell the salesman what to do and walk away before the problem was fixed. Also during this the employees bragged to each other in front of us about a big sale, and talked about needing a cigarette which I found very unprofessional. Also the employees talked about how the manager had been pushing off a customer call all day. After about 30 minutes of not being able to complete the transaction and every employee including the manager sitting in the back room. The manager offered to bypass the 30$ activation fee but We decided to leave and purchased the phone online. The 30$ off wasnt worth the bad service. Also we were the only ones in the store the entire time with about 5 employees working. I will not go back to this location.

The store manager (Michael I believe) went above & beyond for me. I brought my Mothers new smartphone in, along with her antique flip phone, to have the contacts transferred. The key point here is that while my Mothers new phone was on the Sprint network, it wasnt purchased at this store, and its a 3rd party network apart from Sprint itself. I explained this to Michael, and he was enthusiastic to assist. It took him some time, which he explained because of the old technology of the flip phone took several attempts to transfer the info to the new phone. But it was completed and he was glad to help. A great experience working with Michael, knowing there was no business transaction he was benefiting from. Just glad to help a Sprint customer!!

Ive never had a pleasant experience visiting a carrier retail location...until now! Evan was able to answer all my questions regarding my service and device replacement.. He even showed me a device that had a manufacturer bundle deal. Ive never been more satisfied with he service. Keep it up!

I have been here multiple times in the past month due to a manufacturing error with my phone. Ive never had anything less then an excellent experience here. The sales reps are incredibly honest with everything, they never try to sell you anything you dont or try to hide any fees you may receive. In addition they are very knowledgeable on their area of work. I personally am very well versed in this field so I can confidently say they have never been sneaky with me.
The Staff is amazing, theyll go above and beyond for you and do anything in their power to help you in anyway they possibly can. Max is the best.

My fiance signed up with sprint 2 months ago. Everything they told her from day one was a lie. The sales representative lied to her about the cost of the phones, denied the promotion that was going on and continued to lied to her face in front of another co-worker. I would not recommend this place to my family/friends/ acquaintance.
A technician by the name of Cassandra went above and beyond with her service. There was a defective Apple cable part stuck in my charging port of my iPhone and after 40 minutes she was able to pry it out. Appreciate the hard work and friendliness of the staff at this Sprint Store.
Sprints customer service is absolutely terrible not to mention their phone service overall. If you cancel, trying to get your money back is a JOKE! They are good at telling you what you want to hear. Very dissatisfied with Sprint and this store.
I was promised a deal for free service when I added a line for one entire year. I got the deal through Telecom sales, however when they started charging me for the service I tried working through the store to resolve the issue.I had to come to this store 5 times in the process, re-explaining myself each time because each time it was a new employee, or they wouldnt remember. We talked to Telecom sales, and the new store manager was extremely unhelpful in trying to get it resolved. We called customer support until they said an executive would reach out, and they hung up and never called back.She said she would reach into int and call me back personally, but never did. I dont think she cared in the first place and was not motivated to help a customer out whatsoever. I will be dropping service the first chance I get, as this was the most abysmal customer service experience I ever had, and the way the store is being run it will continue to happen.Dont shop here!!
Worst store ever. Screwed up my account so badly. Spent many hours trying to fix their mistakes. Im still trying to fix them. What a mess. Dont go there if you know what is good for you. Cant spell names correctly. Mixed up phone lines. Cant even get us on a paper bill even though she said she did it. I had to do it online. I regret going there.

Was there about 2 weeks ago. Asked the manager max how much it would be if we were to cancel our service. Was in the store for 45 minutes and he said it was getting late and they had to go home because he had a 2 hr drive home. I was ok with that. He said he would take a look at it that night (its friday) and call me in the morning. No phone call in the morning. I called later in the day and he said he would call me back. Ok, an hr later he calls back. Not to help me with the question I had, but to try and lower my bill. I did not ask for that. Then he tells me ohh, I will have to call you back by tomorrow or Monday with that info. What a surprise no phone call. We have been customers with sprint for 15+ years. This is always how the service is. I even got screwed when we switched plans to their new lease program. That is such a joke and another reason why I wanted to switch. But the lady that locked us in to an 18 month lease lied to us (again from that sprint store) and said we could get out of the lease in 12 months no questions, no contracts. Well we find out that she was fired for lieing to customers. Thats the kind of customer service you always get at that store. We switched to another provider Monday night. Done with sprint and so disappointed with their customer service. Will never recommend them or their service to anyone. Oh and watch your bill for all their hidden fees!!
I tried to stop in on Friday February 1sr at 620pm and the doors were locked. There were 3 employees and several customes inside. A customer came to the door and said they were closing and no employees came to the door. I also tried to call the store and no one answered. Very dissapointed after driving 25 mintutes to get to the store. Ill be taking my business somewhere else.
Originally, I was sold a phone that didnt function properly, LG G3. Mikel and Michael store manager and assistant manager have been nothing below outstanding. They have assisted me every step of the way. From ordering new phone replacements to shipping ordered replacements to a different store closer to my home after I had moved. They also assisted me in getting a loaner phone while my stupid LG G3 was sent in for service directly to the manufacturer. Five stars all the way!
Very disappointed in this place! I went in there cause i was having issues with my phone. They tried to do an update on my phone to see if that would fix my problem. It didnt work. So Kyle told me that he would have to factor reset my phone but that my contact and pictures were backed up and i wouldnt lose them so i wasnt concerned. So he factor reset my phone and it didnt fix my problem. So he order me a new phone. But when he turned it on i only had 5 out of about 90 contact and 3 days of pictures out of about 4 months of pictures. He told me that it could take up to a hour to get everything back. So 2 and 1/2 hours later they are still not back. So i call and talk to Kyle he told me how to check online to see if they was online. and only the ones that were on my phone were online. so all my stuff is gone. Then Kyle tells me it was googles fault that my pictures and contact werent saved. Really?
Came in the store and resolved the issue right away in a timely manner. Evan was kind,courteous and only took 30 min to swap and upgrade.
Staff is ALWAYS helpful and friendly. Really took care of me and my family.

I give this place a 2 stars because they are good people that know the specifics of the network. The only reason I give this place 2 stars is because sprints network is literally dog crap (workers here have no control over this). Now that Verizon has unlimited data with pretty much the same specifics as Sprint its game over Verizons network is so so so much better I was getting a 2.7 mbps download with a .5 mbps upload where I live in West bend vs Verizons 65 mbps download and 32 mbps upload... no joke and I actually saved money from switching and got 2 free phones (samsung S7s). Date 2-15-17. Sorry sprint was just sick and tired of so many broken promises and the fact you use LTE 1900 mhz bands which are crap inside and are so congested it makes me sick.

Terrible sales, terrible service. I went in to switch to Sprint from AT&T and purchase a new iPhone. The price they quoted me was $75/month higher than what I paid when I placed the order online. And that doesnt include the dollar difference of the store trying to downgrade my plan from unlimited data.
