If I could leave negative stars I would. This store added a third line onto my account without my consent, but made sure that the installment fee of the phone that I had purchased was on the new number and not the number I ported over from another company. By doing this I was not able to cancel my phone line without getting a huge installment fee because they were unable to switch the installment fee to the Original number that I ported over. And the manager never called me back, I’ve spent countless hours on the phone with corporate AT&T trying to fix their mistake. I have been an AT&T customer for 20 years, and I am literally going to be changing to another provider. The store is the absolute worst, and I would never recommend anybody going here even for a bill pay.They do not take ownership for their actions, and it appears that they have no corporate representative telling them that they’re doing anything wrong. I’m utterly disgusted.
I came into the store looking for new service and possibly phones, I didn’t know much so I was hoping someone could help me find what I needed. And I got just that plus more! The staff is so friendly and the manager Michael was an absolute delight to work with. All of my business will be going to this store from now on. Everyone was very easy to work with and they even gave me some deals I was not expecting! They are fast efficient and friendly.
Cannot be more happy with my experience with this store! Wish I could give 10/5 stars. The manager Mike was very upbeat and ready to get me in and out of the store with all of my expectations met. Wait time was not long at all- maybe 5 minutes but I was able to look at the organized cases on the wall. Very happy with my purchase and the service at this store.
Walked in..and were told we are closed. Website said 8pm and store says 7pm. So we got kicked out with no assistance. Att update your website or store,so the hrs match. Didnt help with my phone issue. The service...what service. You need to leave Im closed.

I was on vacation out of town visiting my sister. My phone service was giving me problems. I came into this store and they were so helpful. I got out of there prompt and my phone worked perfectly. I would highly recommend this at&t store.

Normally I’m not a fan of going into AT&T stores I’m usually waiting about an hour to get something accomplished but this time was different when I walked in I was helped right away and they helped me fix my phone and change my tv service. I worked with Jansen and Raymond. They were very helpful and professional. I will definitely be coming here in the future for any help I need. Thank you gentlemen!

Wanted to get internet set up at our new home in south Carolina so I that when we get there we are ready to be online. Tried calling the 800 number and got no where. They wanted all my info before even answering a few questions first. I was not giving out info before knowing if I wanted the service. So I decided to go directly to the West bend location to see if a face to face conversation would be more helpful. Wow I got to work with Matt he was great. Never pushed anything. He knew exactly what I was looking for. He was so patient with all of my questions and then got me all set up with my needed package. When I was completely satisfied he then took my personal info to set up my accounts. If I had not meet Matt I probably would not be using AT&T. I am so happy that I decided to go to this location. Thanks Matt keep up the great service. AT&T you need more people like Matt on your phone lines and in stores.

I was quoted a payment of 112.50 a month for service with Nursing discount and then a 15 installment payment for a new phone. My summary has my quoted payment as being $272 a month

If you want internet thats slower then your phone, looking for video download that struggles 720p youtube videos. Want to lose games like on a random time and day. Dont forget to mention that you cant even stream hulu or Netflix. I know that this is the store and the store is probably fantastic but this internet is a scam. Cant even have a internet phone call.
No masks were worn by either of the employees in the store when the information on Google clearly says that masks are required to enter. After waiting for approximately 10 minutes before even being acknowledged, the employee who spoke to me was extremely rude and condescending. I would not recommend visiting this store. Even if they were not able to help me with what I needed, there is absolutely no reason to be so rude to a customer.
No masks on the employee or the other customer in the store. Waited 20 minutes for help, wasnt acknowledged or given any indication of how long I would be waiting. All of the devices were covered in fingerprints, obviously hadnt been recently cleaned. Left before I was able to get a new phone. Will be going to a different store that puts customer and employee safety first.
I called the store on the 19th and made an appointment for 11 a.m. On the 25th. The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and I was looking forward to doing business. I arrived 20 minutes early and the store was closed even though the website hours were listed opening at 10 a.m.. I waited for 30 minutes as numerous other customers came and left. The store never opened. I also made numerous calls to their number and no one answered. After then I drove to the AT&T store in Grafton and set up a family account along with three new phones. The transaction went well. The staff was competent and courteous. The service at 1606 S Main St, West Bend is unacceptable and whoever runs that store should know.

During this pandemic i felt shut off from my family due to my phone not working. I went into the store and Cassie helped me get a new phone so i was able to communicate with my family again. I am so grateful of her helping attitude and her ability to get me all set up with a new device. Thank you Cassie for caring about my needs and getting me a phone that fits my budget. I own a trucking company and have been frustrated with my previous carrier. I switched over to AT&T and not only was it less stressful but my bill was lower my service switch was faster and I got reward cards for signing up! This will be my go to for all my needs YOU GUYS ROCK!
I was with sprint for 10 years and my bill was getting higher and higher and never knew why that was so I decided to switch to AT&T. So i went to this location thinking that switching was going to be such a hard process and preparing to be there all day as my experiences with phone companies in the past. I went in and spoke with Matt Brown the store manager of that location and not only were we in and out of the store within 45 minutes but he also got me a great deals on phones and gave me a great military discount. as a Veteran i appreciate that this company takes care of the ones who fought for them overseas and I also appreciate the smooth and speedy service i got when i was in this store. Highly recommend this store to any person looking for better customer service and great deals!! you made a life long AT&T customer in me just off of this one great interaction!!
The store manager is exceptionally thoughtful. During my many trips, he has given advice, provided me with extra support, and made sure the other employees were offering the same service. I always know my devices will be supported at this location and that I will be treated with respect. This store cares about you as a person as well as an account! I definitely recommend using this location for your AT&T needs and/or inquire about their services.
Every one of the young men that helped me were courteous, respectful, and skilled at what they do. 2nd time in two months they assisted a phone upgrade for my family and they were excellent both times. Been in the store 4x since COVID started and have never seen anyone maskless.

This store makes everything seem so simple. I have been having billing issues for the last two years and after i visited this store one time they not only fixed my issue but actually cared about how it made me feel. This store and the employees I worked with went above and beyond to make my visit and experience with AT&T above excellent. I came in with an issue with a phone they walked through what my options were and helped me get into a new phone. Then Matt looked into my current bill and was able to save me money!! I also had two phones that were locked out and they took the time to help me unlock the phones.I can’t speak any higher of this store and it’s employees! I will be telling everyone to go to this location.
The two employees that were there Jansen and I dont know the other persons name but whoever else is working that day they were amazing and they deserve the biggest raise ever like the customer service is amazing they were helpful and kind and tried to save me money and they were fun to talk to. They were understanding and I saw a customer come in and the customer wasn’t being very kind and they handled it very professionally they tried to do their best to help them. I went to the store last night a little before 6 pm, they close at 7 pm, there was a sign in the door that they were sanitizing and would be with us shortly. So we waited for a couple of minutes and some lady came to the door and said what can I help you with. I told her we were looking at getting new phones, she asked what kind and was really short with us, then said you can come in and wait I am on a break. She was very short with us and rude, so I said would it be easier if we went somewhere else, she said yes, so we left and bought 4 new iphones from Bray in the Germantown store who was great to work with. If any of my employees ever had an attitude with customers because they didnt want to be at work, I would take care of that and they wouldnt be working for me anymore. Your employee that worked last night 8/4/2020, probably shouldnt work for you. I will never step inside your West Bend location again.
I signed up online to transfer my service to AT&T. I made a mistake in my current provider account number and after a week I hadnt received the new SIMs. I called the AT&T store, talked to Jansen who offered me some options.The next day I met with Jansen who immediately understood the issue. Took his time to activate both phones, set up the auto pay, and copy the identified items from the old phones to the new phones.Outstanding service - will work with them again as the need arises and would wholeheartedly recommend Jansen and this AT&T location!
Went to the west bend branch of ATT and got 0 help from the tech and I use that term loosely, will never go back!!!!!!!!

I’m very impressed with how this location has turned around. The previous staff here wasn’t that great in the past but today I came in to get a new phone and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Fastest visit I have had in any cell phone store. I have new trust in this location!

I dont care what cell phone store you wander into, no one knows what the hell theyre doing in these places and its so irritating. Im 61 years old, so not a computer (phone) geek by any stretch and i know more than the employees who are hopelessly stuck in the Im not sure and that should fix the problem zones. It never quite fixes the problem though. Yikes!!

I had a hassle free experience. I worked with Keith and he explained everything clearly. I was made aware of all the charges and they were exactly what i expected on my first bill. I briefly spoke with Meghan, i believe she is a manager, and she said they are having good results with the refreshed staff. Things are looking up, job well done.
Had an awesome time today getting my new phone!! Wanted to get my grandson his first phone, so was going to see if there was a Bogo offer, and there was on the new Galaxy. That was awesome because that is the phone that I wanted. All of the salespeople at the west bend location are super friendly, but I got the best... Eric. Eric helped me get all of the stuff off of my phone on to my new one. There were a few upgrades that I had to do to my plan, that were kind of a bummer, like switch to unlimited plus i needed hot spot, uugghh...but Eric got it switched over without any problems, found me extra discounts for my trade in which helped me with accessories for my grandson, and my phone!! Over all it is the best experience Ive had at this store ever!! Thank you Eric, for all of your time and help!!

I have never had so much problems with a carrier then this one! Not only are the people at this store rude. One chic straight up lied about being present while I was getting my service connected. They didnt tell me about activation charges on their free devices they gave to me. And they didnt tell me I was being charged monthly on all my devices. I knew about the tablet charge, but wasnt informed a charge on watches. They also failed to tell me that their promotion credits didnt get applied to my account untill 2-3 Bill cycle, which caused my phones to get disconnected because I didnt pay the bill assuming my credits were covering my bill. Then after that my next bill was 710.00. So dissatisfied with the service I have gotten with at&t all together! I have only been with them 2 months and cant wait to get new carrier. Never can get a hold of anyone at store. Always have to go in and your waiting an hour or more! If give them 0 star if possible!
Our salesperson Cassie was in a hurry and what seemed to be a bad mood. Helped set up new phone but didnt help set up email. As soon as we walked out she immediately put up a sign when she would be back from lunch. Felt rushed and like I was wasting her time. Normally my experience is great not this time.
To being I went to the store to set up my first account at 18 to start building credit. Through this process I worked with a great guy named Eric who helped me tremendously and was able to work with me and talk to several people on the phone trying to make this happen to me. West bends AT&T’ store was externally helpful and I will continue to bring my business to them.

If I could select 0 stars, I would. They lied to me about a service plan, then, when I realized what had happened, would not work with me to fix it. I was yelled at by one of the store assistant managers (because I wouldnt let him interrupt me while I was trying to explain what happened). I never received any promised return calls, nor would they take my calls when I called back to inquire. I had to escalate to BBB, AT&T Corporate, and Spring Mobile (owner of this store) corporate to get any hope of a response. They are terrible. Do not put yourself through the pain of trying to work with them.

Upgraded my phone last fall. Coming off the upgrade every year plan for the iPhone. Timed all of it perfectly so when the next iPhone comes out I can get it in 2018. Come to find out they took me off the upgrade every year plan and put me on the every two year plan. Figured if he was gonna change my plan, he would ask me. I was dead wrong. Called the store and they said to talk with Atat. Called Atat, and they said there was nothing they could do. I will not be returning to this store.
The lady I dealt with today to have my phone replaced was very rude. She was an older lady that smelled like a pack of cigarettes and was playing candy crush. She didnt want to answer any of my questions just threw a phone in the middle of an automated services thing in my hand then went on to other people. I will never come back to this location again. Ive been a customer of AT&T for a long time and this was the worst service I have ever had. Now I understand why they only got 2 and 1/2 stars.
If I could give a 0 star I would. One of the sale associates there Lee, was extremely insulting bad-mannered employee. I didnt even spend five minutes with her before she was rude to me, a customer. I will never do service with this location or this company. I suggest that if you want a decent person who will actually help you, go to a different location or wait for anyone but her to help.

I have been with AT&T for a long time. Customer service used to be very good although lately the sales reps at the store are more interested in making a sale for big price items than looking for what the customer needs and can afford.

Ive been with AT&T since 2003 and Ive never had a problem with them I have Uverse I have the internet and I have cell phone wireless and Ive never had problems with them at all
Went in to see options on what it would cost to have new phones, cable, and internet to replace old contract. During the visit we told the rep multiple times that our monthly budget was to be under $275 a month. What we were currently paying. We asked him to price out the lowest cable and internet packages including phones to see what it would cost. He assured us and even showed us on screen what that the total would not exceed $290 so we agree to continue. Fast forward to yesterday. Service tech comes and wanted to know where second DVR was to be installed. I told him we did not ask for two units. After 2 hours into the install he tells me there were 2 work orders placed by this store. Both of which were wrong and he needed those to be cleared out before he could proceed. I asked him what the issues were but he didnt want to go into detail. Finally, after he was done I asked him what cable and internet packages he installed. He only mentioned that he had to adjust the internet package since our house was at the max distance from the main hub. He couldnt get 40mbs without it crashing the router. After he left I logged onto AT&T account to find out what this store had decided to do on their own. They selected the U-450 TV and internet 50 without any promo rate. Add in the new phones and now we are at $400 plus a month. I spent all morning talking to AT&T and they basically said theres nothing they can do besides change the packages. If I had known this I would have never cancelled my old phones and cable. Now talking to AT&T again to see what our options are. Complete BS
