I couldnt be happier with the customer service and quality of work Ive recently experienced at Bush Collision Center. After speaking with the manager, Dean Bush, I arranged to have my vehicle detailed. I was able to drop it off in the morning and have one of the employees drop me off at work. When I picked up my Jeep at the end of the day, I was thrilled that it looked as clean as it did the day I purchased it. Brandon did a wonderfully thorough job detailing my Jeep and I would absolutely use their service again in the future. Their pricing was more than fair and worth every penny! Thank you!!

So happy to have chosen Bush Collision Center! They made the process of getting my car fixed after being hit by another car so stress free .... unlike every other part I’ve had to deal with.The car looked amazing at pick up and was done much sooner than I even expected it would be. I hope to never need their service again, but if I do there would be no hesitation to go right back.

Work was done perfectly and my car was much cleaner when I picked it then when dropped off. I had some yellow paint in my wheel wells (from center-line painting) and they got all of that out. Great job!

They fixed my car in a timely manner but i had different expectations versus what was fixed. They told me i would get an email update on the repair, but never got it and i has to call them to find out. When i told them what i thought it was going to be fixed they didnt sound like they cared about it. I also had to go back because the wrong door trim was installed but they replaced it with the correct one. Im receptacle about use this place again. Car looks good, but lack of attention to detail. I may go else in the future.

***Stay away from this dealership and everyone affiliated with Bush Auto***Got rear ended at the beginning of August and I brought my car there to get it fixed.-Body shop representative has complete disregard for your information after you’ve explained everything. Lack of communication. Will make you wait to his convenience to make things right with you.-Body shop manager will never take accountability for damages, and will make you complain to the insurance company so they would pay for damages.-They used my freshly hit car (with rear bumper hanging off) to drive me to Enterprise because they didn’t have a loaner. The second time I had to take my car back, I found out Enterprise could pick you up from the dealer…-Received my car from the body shop with the back-up camera not working. How NO ONE noticed this before they gave me my car back is unbelievable (and something they could not explain).-Body shop manager urges me to contact the Insurance company and give them a big stink so they can pay for the back-up camera to be fixed.-After almost 2 months. They call me to pick up my car, and while I watched the employee go to my car to pull it up front, he swings my car door wide open and hits the car next to it!-3-4 in long scratch on my driver door by the handle. Which apparently was already there prior, according to the manager (lack of accountability. There was no scratch there before).-Drove in and out to this place atleast 5 times. My car was driven to bush collision, which is roughly 36 miles round trip, 3 times and they refuse to reimburse me for the gas.I will never go back. After they take your money, regardless whether it’s from insurance or out-of-pocket, customer service goes completely out the window and they will not hold accountability on their work either.Youve been warned.
