Great staff, their work is incredibly perfect. I highly recommend this shop. They have performed work in three different vehicles I had and I can’t complain one bit. They are really good about communicating with the clients and they do respond very fast. Very accurate on time about finishing work. Overall the best feeling you can get is when the time to pick up your vehicle comes and everything looks perfect like nothing ever happened to it. Spotless and like buying the car new again. I thought seeing all of the expensive cars sitting out front, they would they’re workmanship would be very good. They did a very poor job repairing my vehicle. There was paint overspray all over the place, and after about a year the paint is peeling off of the body parts that they painted. I would not use them again.

Cavallo Auto Body is top notch service from the second you contact them all the way to actually getting the work done on your car and even delivering the car directly to your doorstep. They are so easy to work with and handled everything from the details with the insurance to getting a rental car set up quickly and seamlessly (was ready for me as soon as I dropped off my car). Sixto and the team at Cavallo provided update calls to let me know of the progress of my car and made sure that the work that was done was 100% quality. I cannot say enough great things about the shop here but highly suggest working with them if you have any repairs for your vehicle that need a little more attention and care. You will not be disappointed!

It looks better than from the factory. Plus CJ and his crew are great people to deal with during this stressful time when your car is getting repaired. Highly recommend them! Customer service was on point and my car looks brand new! The cleaning job after they did the bodywork was even amazing! Short story on the customer service, I went with hertz rental since StateFarm has discounts through them and that’s who they recommend and ended up getting a filthy nasty car (even during Covid!) and Cavallo literally did all the work to help me get into a better enterprise rental car. Everyone is very nice there and welcoming! You need auto body work, Cavallo’s is the place to go! Someone hit my side and it was all caved in and now you can’t tell any work was done and I even have a special paint color that they matched up perfectly. They also fought for better parts and actual replacements for me instead of StateFarm who wanted to go the cheap way. Just bought this car in the summer so Cavallo knew I didn’t want to go the cheap way! Thank you!

My brother had also mentioned that they do pristine work. I dropped off my car and went over the body damage with the staff. I picked up my rental car with a smooth transition. Work done is always great but will drive your vehicle down a 35mph road at 70 mph at stop at personal stops with your vehicle. And yes the car was equipped with GPS and a dash cam. Really had great thoughts about this place until I saw this happened. By the way it also has audio so I wont even mention what was said about my car.

During the height of quarantine, I was driving back from my once per week trip to the grocery store, when a deer jumped out in front of my beautiful black Mercedes C300. I called Cavallos Auto Body in West Chester because I had heard good things about the quality of their work. This great gentleman named CJ answered the phone right away. I dropped off my car the next day, completely curbside. CJ texted me and gave me easy instructions on how he wanted to manage the repairs, how to communicate with the insurance company, and what to expect. Cavallo did an incredible job on my 2016 Volkswagen. I have had bad experiences with other body shops in the past so I was very nervous about how the car would turn out but when I got it the car back it looked as if it was brand new. The guys at Cavallo even detailed the car for me before I came to pick it up. I highly recommend this shop especially if you have a nice car and are as meticulous as I am about things. Sixto was more than helpful and followed up with me on the status of the car almost every day. Customer service like that is very hard to come by. I drove all the way from Maryland to take my car here and I do not regret it, you won’t either!

I was guided by the local gas station to go to Cavallo Auto Body for the repair job on my badly rear ended 428i. The body shop staff provided clear communication from the beginning of the job to the end. Upon pickup, I was blown away by the work done. Paint was perfectly matched and all parts were flush. The car was freshly detailed all around and felt like new! +1 for going above and beyond.

I cant begin to describe how happy I am with the level of service and quality of the workmanship at Cavallo. They go out of their way to make sure you have good experience. My $65k pickup was hit by a drunk driver with minimum coverage and I ended up having to go through my own insurance who tried to put aftermarket parts and Cavallo fought them and got my insurance to cover all OEM replacement parts.Then, after having a rental car for a month my insurance decides to notify me I dont have rental coverage (WTF?!? I clearly need new insurance), in steps Cavallo again and got Enterprise to discount my rate dropping the rental bill from $1033 to $733.Sixto was VERY accommodating and always went the extra mile in making sure I was happy and 100% satisfied with everything. The quality of their body and paint work is only eclipsed by the level of service they provide. I would highly recommend Cavallo to anyone!

CJ & his crew are top shelf. Unfortunately for me I have needed Cavallos help twice in less than 12 months. Both times it was for a BMW. The first repair was a rear quarter panel on a 328 and the second project was for a rear bumper on a 335. Both jobs were done flawlessly and my car came back looking like new.Please DO NOT take your car anywhere else! I have done business with Cavallo for over 25 years and I have never once been disappointed. They put the P in Professional.

Read this: I used Cavallo Auto Body in 2011 when I had a fender bender with my E-Class Mercedes and my vehicle was fixed and returned flawless. I am using them again to fix my Mercedes CLS 550, which was badly damaged in a front collision few days ago. I called Cavallo and within couple hours, my vehicle was picked up the same day from the tow yard and brought back to their shop and they keep me up to date with all communication with the insurance company. I can’t wait for them to put the vehicle back into a pristine condition. I can’t say enough good things about this auto establishment and their staff, but first impression goes a long way!!. You can’t get this level or services and care anywhere. Here is my 10 ⭐️

I dropped my truck off on August 29th to have a deep scratch that ran the length of my truck repaired. A few days later I received word from my insurance company that the body shop had found more damage. I contacted Chris and he confirmed this, he also stated that they had to wait for extra parts for the additional work. I contacted Chris the next week for an update and he stated that they were just about to put my truck in the body shop to get started. I called a week later for an update and Chris again stated that they hadnt stated on my truck yet, but it should be in the body shop soon. I contacted Chris once again a week later and he stated that my truck should be going into the body shop that Thursday and should be back together early the next week. The following Wednesday after not hearing about my truck I contacted Chris once again. Again I was told that my truck would be going into the body shop and finished early the next week. It was then that I informed Chris that I would be moving the next week and I would be there to pick up my truck at the end of said week. Finally my truck was fixed after them having it for 33 days. Also I was wrongfully charged for a rental car after my insurance coverage period ended and Cavallo stated that they would pick up the rental fees. I now have had to dispute this charge with the credit card company because Cavallo refuses to correct the issue. While they do great work when they finally get around to it. Dont expect it to be done in a timely matter or expect that good of customer service.Update: I would like to thank CJ for reaching out to me and making the rental car situation right. I really appreciate it and will be bumping my review up 2 stars.

Cavallo exceeded our expectations . CJ treated us like family 100%. Experiencing our first auto accident was a nightmare. Sixto took my vehicle to get inspected. Now that is service! These days, at any place of business, it is rare to find the type of customer service Sixto provided.My vehicle, 2013 BMW X6, looked like it just rolled off the factory line!
