My cars bumper was already falling apart from multiple hit and runs while it had been parked in the city. I called Mike to have part of the bumper restored/painted from a more recent parking lot incident, not expecting that his team would immaculately fix the entire thing. They even smoothed over multiple dings and scratches all over the car that I hadnt pointed out initially. It looked brand new (and got detailed) within days. My Truck was recently in an accident and I decided to take it to Classic Coach Works. The guys at classic went above and beyond to provide me with excellent service. From helping me get my vehicle towed to assisting me with insurance issues everyone here went above and beyond to make sure I was receiving all the help I needed. They were kind, knowledgeable and genuine in their interactions. Tom, Greg, Mike and their staff are all top notch and in the upper echelon of the work they do, as well as professional in the way they approach the auto repair business. No matter what you drive no one wants to have to visit the body shop, especially when your vehicle is only 6 months old with special order paint! So many times it’s a death sentence for a car, auto enthusiasts and people with discerning eyes for details. The paint is never quite as good as the factory, doesn’t match or it’s a constant back and forth for new rattles and adjustments because the panels don’t quite line up like they used too. From the first call to Classic Coach Works they were on top of it. Incredibly transparent from what needed done to the car, how long it would take, supplements for the insurance and to top it off they were extremely accommodating with our schedule. Especially due to the fact we traveled around 2 hours just to use them and their expertise. You receive more updates on how they’re treating your car and what’s being done from them than you do from your Doctors office nowadays. They not only met the expectations I had but I have to say far exceeded them. From the wheel repair that was done to the paint work. Which in my eye is actually tinted and closer to the rest of the car now (While you also don’t know me, trust me when I say that speaks VOLUMES). I have to also give credit to them for the way that the car was presented at the end as well. I’m all about a nicely detailed car and it was as given back just as it was brought. Spotless, the tires shined and the small amount of dust and dirt that was on the inside was all throughly cleaned. Again, no one wants to have to visit the body shop but it’s nice to know these guys are there and passionate about what they do. Fixing cars and helping people.

August 11, 2021After a deer hit my car on July 3rd, my insurance co. suggested a few local auto body shops to take my Audi to. I visited one here in West Chester, PA and was treated poorly plus told that my car was “ok to drive”, which it was not!! Headlight out and quarter panel held on by duct tape.My co-worker referred me to Classic Coachworks here in West Chester, PA. from the first time I called Classic Coachworks to receiving the final call that my car was ready to be picked up. My experience was nothing but professional and Mike treated me with respect from the moment that I called. Mike also told me that my car was not drivable, not legal to be on the road, and he help me get the claim started with my insurance co.My insurance company was trying to cut corners on parts and service, due to the fact that I chose a body shop out of their network. But CC of West Chester went above and beyond helping me to fight for what was right in fixing my car with the correct parts. The guys kept in touch with me on where things stood with the insurance co. and the process on my car almost daily. After 1 month I got my car back and my car looked better then when I purchased it. Couldnt be happier with the work done. Turnaround was very quick. Paint and panel gap was immaculate and the entire car was freshly detailed when I picked it up. Will definitely use them again if needed.

This is the only Body shop in the area to take seriously; and I say this after several experiences with these guys. Recently; they perfectly matched the existing, factory, large hotrod metallic flake in a high-end Mopar muscle car; and I couldnt be happier. The paint actually came out better than factory; there was zero orange peel. The body work/filling they did on the bumper was literally impossible for me to find- and were talking about a metallic black finish.Equally important is their customer care. They will guide you and help you through the complications of insurance jobs, and are truly on your side. I will go nowhere else in the future for paint, collision or even PDR work.

Let me just start out by explaining my experience about two weeks ago a male deer slammed into the drivers side of my 2016 white Audi A4 and shattered my side view mirror and busted the entire mirror off and the deer caused a lot of body damage to the drivers side of my Audi A4 and I looked no further than Classic Coach Works for all my auto body work and tommy Votta and Mike and the rest of the team rebuilt my dream and I recently just picked it up today on 12/8/20 and all I can say is Wow!! My Audi A4 looked so so nice and i actually have to say it looks like the first time I bought the car off of Audi of Devons lot and they even made sure my truck was functioning for me and when tommy Votta handed me my keys I would go outside to use my keyless entry to get into my drivers side door and my door wouldn’t unlock and Mike and tommy came to the rescue and pulled my Audi back into the shop and took the extra dedicated time out of their day to diagnose what the issue was and I only had to wait ten minutes and then when all was fixed I got in my Audi only to see how kind and professional the staff was to leave me a bottle of the ibis white touch up paint for my Audi and all I can say is I drove off like the happiest human ever I can’t thank the classic coach works of West Chester pa for rebuilding my dream my pride and joy

Very pleased with my visit! I was in a hit in run on New Years and came to Classic Coachwork for a new driver side door and front left panel. They not only did a fabulous job on the outside of my car but detailed the inside beautifully as well. My car was finished quickly and I was called with updates on repair! Mike was friendly and professional from start to finish! So pleased! Would absolutely recommend for repairs!

We came here for a minor body repair after our car suffered a hit and run accident. By minor, I mean one dented part replaced, and sanding / repainting of our door. As lame as it sounds, Im a millennial, and walking into a body shop like this was intimidating for me! These guys were so professional, nice, and respectful, and I felt immediately comfortable with them. They made me feel like I was truly important, and who doesnt love that type of treatment?We waited a few months to get the repair done (the car was driveable) and were able to get on their schedule immediately once we said we were ready to go. They worked with our insurance throughout the process, and despite dealing with hold ups from them, the job was finished faster than promised! Car looks brand new, and was returned fully detailed, washed, and waxed. We are so thrilled.We will never go anywhere else in this area for body work. I have always found you can judge a company accurately based on how they handle a small job; for companies who dont value customer service, the small jobs can slip through the cracks and get neglected. Not the case here. Thank you guys for the job well done!!

Today I brought my car in because my driver door on my 2018 Charger was out of alignment after it was overextended. They realigned it all within the morning, and even touched up the areas left with bare metal. Mike was my point of contact throughout the very fast, yet affordable process. I chose to take my car here after a front collision simply off the fact that I always drive by their shop that always has luxury cars outside, and it looked very nice. After leaving my car there I am very pleased to say that their work and customer service goes hand in hand with their appearance from the outside. Besides the fact that my car looked better than before my accident they would call be with updates to make sure I was up to date on the status of the car. We bought our car from a family member knowing it had minor body damage after driving it for a few months the damage bothered us enough that we decided to have the few spots repaired. After squeezing us in last minute our vehicle was done very quickly. Love them! So understanding, kind, patience and affordable! Someone ran into my parked car and took my bumper out of my 2012 Toyota Corolla while at work and didn’t leave their contact information so I was stuck with finding a shop that would fix it without me having to go through my insurance. I went to the shop, explained my situation and they looked at my car right away. After that, Steve emailed me a estimate within a hour and I was able to pay out of pocket for it when I picked my car up. My car was ready in literally 2 1/2 days and they also detailed my car. I pulled off the lot feeling like I had a brand new car. Don’t hesitate walking into this shop. Probably would be the best decision you made in comparison to the other shops around West Chester. All in all I was very happy with the service that I received from them!

Hands down best service. I locked my car keys, house keys, and cellphone in the truck of my car. I was hit in the rear smashed up my rear bumper and my exhaust pretty easy quick job and was told it would about 3 weeks I agreed to the work and the guys in the shop went right to work. Around 2 days into the job I gave the guys a big list of extra work I wanted done headers, spoiler, unwrapping my car, taking my widebody kit off, adding decals,welding and even some more work then that and the guys not only got it done but finished the car in about the same time fame. The guys here keep you up to date day by day even sending pictures of the work they have gotten done. Iv been to many body shops and always had a hard time with lies and not putting things back together right, but this time it was way different my car looks better now then when I bought it off the show room floor. Me and my family will always use this shop for now on and highly recommend if you want your car done right at a good cost this is the shop for you

Highly recommend!! Best Auto Body shop I have ever been to. I was away at college and my drivers side mirror got knocked off. I needed it to be fixed quickly because I was heading home for the summer in just a few days and had to drive a long distance. Classic Coachwork looked like a reputable place so I decided to go in to see if they could help me because I had no idea what to do. I was welcomed in and was helped out immediately. A man that works there named Tommy walked me through the whole process and gave me an estimate immediately. They gave me a great price and even painted the mirror for me so it matched the rest of my car. They truly cared about me getting home safe and making sure I would have my car back to me in time to head home. They had it ready two days. They even cleaned my car inside and out, spotless!

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Classic Coachwork (725 E. Market Street location), particularly with Greg and Tom.For some background, I found myself with my brand new one-year-old Volkswagen Beetle practically book-ended: I was rear-ended and backed into on two separate occasions. I was recently hit by a deer which destroyed the whole passenger side of my 3 month old car. The whole team at Classic Coachwork is fantastic. Mike kept my informed of the length of time my car would be there and them I was called later to explain they found more damage. He worked with the insurance company to make this experience go well. When I picked up my car, it looked like it just came off the assembly line. No problems and the work completed on time and of high quality. I have used Classic in the past for several incidents over the last ten or more years including the shop in Wayne. They are known for providing excellence work. Frank the owner, has always been fair and honest over the years. I would never take my to any other collision shop. They are know for treating their customers through difficult times and will always provide great customer service to both the customer and their cars. Dont ever let a insurance company talk you into taking your car elsewhere.

I had a rather minor incident with a parking garage pillar that turned into a very complex job due to the location of the damage. I also had Tom do some extra work outside of the insurance claim since he already had the car in the paint booth. Tom worked very diligently to make sure I had thought through all the decisions. The communication was prompt and thorough. The end result was magnificent, and the blending of the paint on an 18 year old car was perfect. This car is my pride and joy, so Im very picky with the work that gets done. Tom and his crew delivered in spades. I got the car back with all fluids INCLUDING gas topped up. They even removed a couple dings for free. Who does free work and free fluids anymore?!? Im extremely happy with the work that was done.

We initally decided to bring our vehicle here because of all the great reviews but boy were we wrong!!!! These guys are conniving, professional mobsters. We had an incident where our vehicle had minor front end damage from a deer. Simple job, nothing crazy, the car still ran and we continued to use it after the deer incident for several days. The extent of the damage wasnt enough for these guys declaring our vehicle as totaled. There was absolutely no way. All it needed was a few new plastic parts, a new light and a paint job. We got our paid off car out of there and took it somewhere more trusty worthy. The place we took it to couldnt believe these guys would declare it as totaled. This place only wants to work on high end cars, and if yours isnt I dare say they will make a problem bigger than it is so that they can milk every last penny out of a simple job. They charged our insurance 1k for having the car parked there for a few days, and were rude and confrontational because we didnt agree with them. Stay out of here, youve been warned!

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Having vehicle damage is always unpleasant but the guys at classic Coachwork were amazing. They helped me navigate the process and dealt with my insurance company to make sure the necessary work got done. My car looked beautiful when they handed me the keys. I couldnt be happier with their service and although I hope to never have more damage done to my car, Ill definitely be returning to them if I do .And just for the record I dont have a high-end car and I was treated with nothing but honesty, courtesy, and respect.

Classic Coachwork of West Chester did an amazing job from start to finish. They patiently corresponded with the insurance company, kept me informed of what was going on, and when the car was finished, returned it looking better than it did before the accident! Their customer service really is top-notch, and they went above and beyond what they needed to do to explain things about my car to me, and even offered to check my tires for me before I left, as I thought one looked a little low. What more could you ask for? I would never bother going anywhere else after having such a great experience!

This year I unfortunately needed work done on my SUV twice for 1. being rear-ended and 2. hail damage; however, Classic Coachwork in West Chester made the repair experience excellent. The team there was very helpful, they communicated with me frequently, and my car was returned to me in beautiful condition both times. The work was also done in a very timely manner, I was impressed with how quickly they were able to turn it around. Im very pleased with the work theyve done and highly recommend them.

Classic Coachwork absolutely blew me away by their customer service. Greg and team focused on every detail and ultimately took a logistically complex repair, and made the process easy. I had four things against me. 1- was that the car is a custom color, quad coat paint, which was incredibly hard to match ... the results ended up looking amazing. The silver flake in the paint matched the original density almost perfectly. ( if you have flake in your paint to add sparkle, this is very tricky to match as it can make repairs obvious.) 2- I had custom wrapped my car in paint protection film with a logo down the side. This required that the film come off to fix the paint work, be reapplied and the logo matched. There were numerous complications logistically to handle this, as only a select few in PA are certified to handle this specific material (Xpel Stealth). Classic found the perfect partner for the job and took care of the logistics. 3- The damage was on a crease in the frame, and the quarter panel stretched the entire length of the car. All other bodyshops detailed that it couldnt be bend back and would need to be cut to repair. Classic went above and beyond, doing what I was told wasnt possible. This saved time, mitigated risk, and ultimately money lost in the event i want to resell or trade in. If the panel had been cut welded and replaced... I wouldve lost more against my cars original value. 4- With all of the above (as you could imagine) much negotiation needed to happen with my insurance provider, in order to cover it all under the policy. This seemingly simple fix, quickly grew in cost to repair. They handled all the negotiations, and ensure the desired outcome be achieved.All in all, I couldnt recommend them more. You can trust them to be honest, transparent, efficient, and reliable when it comes to getting things done right.See some images of before, during, and after repair. Paint blending, body repair, and re-application of the film... is damn near flawless.

The hail damage was repaired and the car was returned to me in completely detailed, inside and out.Mike Oliveri, the Manager, remained at the garage a full hour after closing for me on a Friday evening, so that I could come pick up my vehicle, and have it for the weekend.He explained the costs to me, described the work that was done, walked around the vehicle with me to make sure I was happy, and did it all with a smile. Highly recommend Classic Coachworks for auto body repairs. They did unbelievably thorough work on our car (which isnt exactly new). They did an outstanding job, and worked with the insurance company to ensure the right work was accomplished (and covered). They even painted a nose panel adjacent to the fender and hood work (gratis to us) -- just to meet their own professional standards.

They did an amazing job repairing the rear bumper and driver side door of my Mercedes. The interior was also beautifully detailed.

When you get into a car accident - many thoughts/worries go through your head. How your vehicle is returned to you after collision repair...should NOT be one of them. In my 20+ yrs of driving - I’d never been in an accident - until having a stroke of unfortunate luck and was rear-ended twice in 6 months. I was extremely stressed and worried...until Classic Coachworks of West Chesterstepped in to help. They truly are professionals. They made sure that all of my fears were put to rest (especially Gregory C) and told me not to worry and that they’d handle it all. They treated me as if they were dealing with a family member. They kept me informed of the status of my repairs and went to bat for me with the insurance company. They truly went above and beyond of what was expected of them! I had a piece of metal stuck in one of my tires (wasn’t even part of the accident) and they fixed it....they also fixed a few dings on the side of my car and didn’t charge me for any of it. Basically my car was returned to me in better shape than before my accidents!! If you ever find yourself needing your car repaired - don’t hesitate to go see these guys! Classic Coachwork is the only collision shop I will take my vehicle. I got into a bad accident in my Honda Pilot and they were on top of everything throughout the process of getting it repaired. The staff is knowledgable and very friendly. They answered any questions I had and called many times to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle. When I picked up my Pilot, it was good as new! I was involved in a 3 car accident in a 2013 Audi Q7. There was quite a bit of damage (18k+ worth of damage). Classic Coachwork did a great job on my car - service manager kept me updated to what was being done (and when), and when I got my car back it looked even better than the day I drove it off the dealers lot. The staff at Classic Coachwork are fantastic! My Chevy Volt was in an accident and I brought it here for repairs. Mike Olivieri handled my claim, working with the insurance representative to get my car fixed quickly. My car has a tricky 3-stage paint but they matched it perfectly- youd never be able to tell my car was ever hit. They even vacuumed my car and detailed it inside and out. I felt like I got a brand-new car and couldnt be happier!

I was very pleased to learn that they repair all years and models of cars as well. From a 2006 Chevy Malibu to a 2017 Subaru Outback - they repair them all.
