This was actually not my car, but my wifes Forester and the second time Brandywine Coach Works has repaired one of her Foresters. As expected, the workmanship was superb and the detail of the finished product might even be better than what you get as new. I highly recommend Brandywine Coach Works for any auto-body repairs.

Very professional, Took care of my car and everything while I was on vacation. Keep me updated and handled all insurance info without me having to be involved. Did not worry about my car on vacation at all. I called to check up once while I was away and was told not to worry to enjoy my vacation and they would take care of everything. Over the years, Ive been to Brandywine Coach Works three times. Two occasions were for fender bender repairs and one time was for extensive repairs ($14,000 worth). Each time Ive been completely satisfied with the work and with the customer service. The repairs look great and the communication with the shop is excellent. I highly recommend Brandywine Coach Works.

Apparently someone tried to break into my car and in the process slightly bent the window frame on the front passenger door. Barely noticeable until I heard the wind noise and the rain leaking in. Then of course I saw the 1/2 inch gap when the door was closed. At the recommendation of KIA, I took the car to Brandywine, not looking forward to the expense or a possible insurance claim. Steve quickly came outside, confirmed it was a break-in attempt, and asked me if I wanted the tiny scratches fixed. I said no; just the bent frame. He told me to open the window on the door. He then opened the door, grabbed the frame and with just the right pressure, straightened it out. Door now closes tightly. No charge.Five minutes of my time. Thank you Steve. There is no substitute honest professionalism. I have been here before and was treated great then as well. I highly recommend this business.

Steven Cantor and the rest of the staff was a joy to work with. Steven gave me lots of realistic options on how to fix my car and explained them to me in a way a non-car expert could understand but did not speak down to me like many car experts do (especially with woman). My car took around five days to get fixed, and Brandywine coordinated the rental car reservation (including a fun convertible!), keeping me informed on finding additional things that need to be fixed, price changes, and general progress. I only have great things to say about my experience here and will definitely be bringing my car back.

My 2016 Honda Odyssey required front end/side work. From my inspection, the work appears excellent, both visually and structurally. Paint match is perfect to my eye. The vehicle was delivered impeccably cleaned, detailed quality (unexpected).

Steven Cantor and the rest of the staff here were wonderful. They kept me up to date with everything going on during the process of repairing my bumper. Steven also helped me through the process of filing a claim with my insurance company and handled everything else once I got my claim number (this included getting me set up with a rental that was brought to Brandywine the day of and all I had to do was leave it Brandyine when I came to pick up my car). My bumper was replaced seamlessly and my car was very clean. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs on their car.

Painless experience. Stopped by, got a quote on the repair, called my insurance company and forwarded the insurance estimate to Jake, and made my appointment. The car rental was waiting for me there. I signed paperwork, and in one week got my car back, good as new. Great work - you couldn’t even tell that anything had happened. Really a smooth process and everyone who helped me was so nice and available for any questions at any time. I love that I received texts about the progress on the car. This slick gents promised me my car would be done pronto, awaiting to see. Labor here is outrageous expensive. Works well with ERIE insurance and offers rental cars from enterprise, all of which are not what your looking for in comparable to what you drive.

I only had minor repair on my back bumper from a fender bender, but they did a great job, kept me informed and they were very pleasant to work with. I don’t normally leave reviews but I think it’s necessary to leave one about this auto body shop. I recently got into a car accident about a month ago and Adam was helpful throughout the whole process. I received a phone call with updates about my car and when it will be finished about once a week and all of my questions were always answered. This was by far the best experience I had with an auto body shop and I totally recommend going here. It was a long process and it wasn’t easy but Adam made sure everything worked out how it was supposed to. The staff was also really nice at the front desk and the GM also gave me a call to touch up on things, as well. My car looks better than ever. Thank you!!!!

Working with Brandywine coach works was amazing. The manager, Steve, was so very processional and friendly. He advised me of the process and expectations. When my car was dropped off for the work, Adam, called to give me updates every other day! I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and it was done on Friday at 3:30pm! I was beyond thrilled and when I picked it up it looked like a new car! It was so clean! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I havent even stepped into this body shop but spoke with the GM about damage on my vehicle. He was very professional and went through details on what happened and what the damage looked like. He offered a free quote if I brought it in but more importantly, let me know that the damage was something I didnt even need to worry about. He explained how I could potentially fix it at home and assured me that everything was purely cosmetic. I am always wary of trying to get anything on my car fixed because I dont really know what Im doing but this experience made me feel confident and like I was being treated with respect. If any further damage happens, I will seriously consider going to Brandywine simply because they met me at my level without treating me like I was dumb.

BCW have great facilities and staff. However, at times the Process part of the business becomes convoluted. This is the third time (unfortunately) I had vehicles repaired at BCW. This April was a bit different experience (may be due to ongoing Corona environment). I had to take the Subaru twice to complete the repair. The FOB was not communicating with the Car!!. Well, it was fixed. The Franchise Owner as well as the local General Manager of BCW pitched-in and got the things corrected.

Excellent quality work and very professional and friendly staff. Ask for Adam! He will take care of you. Will definitely return if needed.

I cant say enough about their excellent service and communication in restoring our daughters car after a run in with a large deer. I was really bummed when I got into an accident with my wrx. Knowing that there was frame damage I was a little worried about how the repair would go . I dropped my car off at the Downingtown location. I was notified that it would have to be moved to the West Chester location. That only happened after it was there. During the appointment process that was never mentioned. Not sure how they moved it. I had a brand new car and had hit a deer. They had it for some time. My rental was awful. Filthy and felt like it was going to stall. Couldnt get another one right away. When I got my car back the repair was fine but the detail job was awful. There were brush or brush hair marks up and down the whole side of the car where they repaired it. This car was two weeks old when this occurred. Now when the weather improves I will have to pay for someone to detail it :( I give them 2 stars because the office staff was nice but thats it. A body shop should be able to buff a car without leaving marks.... especially a new car!!!

I brought my car in on Monday. They told me it would be done on the 25th and it was done today on the 19th in perfect order. I couldn’t be more pleased.

My experience with Brandywine Coachworks left me with several strong impressions of how they operate. First, I’d like to say that the painters they have are talented but for the rest of the work leaves a lot to be desired. They don’t check their work. They don’t apologize for wasting your time to make you come back to do it over. If the manager says they personally checked that a job is done correctly is completely worthless. Also, don’t expect all the clips, screws, or other fasteners to be placed back on the car. That won’t happen.I came to their shop to repair/replace/paint to match a fender that was dented from a recent storm we had. The fender was dented and the paint was chipped away from the fender. A really basic cookie cutter job. The shop painted the fender and it was placed it on the car. They called me and the manager said it was done. I came and picked up the car and to my surprise the panel didnt line up with anything on the car. The shop wasnt apologetic at all for wasting my time to come and get the car claiming it was done and simply replied they’d do it over, and so it was. Again a repeat of the same performance. The manager said he personally checked it with the body guy.How can a shop not be able to hang a fender on a car that had no damage underneath the skin? How can the paint shop be able to paint to match but the body shop guy not be able to check the gaps on a panel and compare? Both times the manager said they checked the work and both times it came out wrong. I don’t take lying very well when I’m paying for a job to be done. Regardless of going through insurance I paid for it in my premiums. Also why should the customer be the one to find the error? This is inexcusable behavior.

Overall I had a wonderful customer experience with Brandywine Coach Works as they did some significant body work as well as replacing my rear windshield on my BMW. I can clearly see why Otto’s BMW highly recommended this service oriented company.

I got rear-ended and had to get the rear bumper replaced and the trunk fixed on my Honda Crosstour. They did a great job, perfect color matching and the rear looks like new.
