It was a great experience start to finish. I walked in and Brandon immediately stepped up to ask if we needed help. It was late and he didnt pressure us to do anything immediately. We completed a basic application, left a deposit and drove home. The finance people took care of everything and we picked the car up after work. Of course theres the extra products pitch at the signing but I didnt feel any pressure. I have had the gap insurance and tire hazard plans in the past so it was not a hard sell for me to add those. Its a business and everyone did their part professionally. Being in sales is tough. It helps when the product being sold is an Audi. My wife and I are extremely happy with our experience.

I purchased my first Audi today from a gentleman named Chase at Audi West Chester. I got decent vibes speaking to him on the phone but I still wasn’t sure what type of experience I would have at the dealership. I was very pleasantly surprised when I got there because Chase had washed and prepared the two cars that I had requested to test drive and was very patient with me answering all my questions and concerns. He recommended the car that was better for me as opposed to the car that was more expensive and that’s a rare find at pre owned dealerships. After some conversation with Chase I found out he actually started a nonprofit to help children in his neighborhood. I would recommend anyone speak to him about buying a new or used Audi. My overall experience was excellent and I will buy my next Audi from this dealership.

First impression when taking my sons Audi in for service. Poor communication, price for what the car needed is absurd considering I could do it myself with a few dollars of material and a little patience. They also lied about working on the car. I know this because the car wasnt moved from initial drop off. Its chipped in the odb 2 port so I know everything about the car and its travels. I have always had Mercedes and I expect that same type of service from Audi and they havent delivered.

My salesperson, Jaimie Brown was wonderful: patient, considerate, thorough. My only complaint was with the policy of revealing the cost of service options just before completion the sale. That tarnished what would have been a lovely experience, but no fault of the salesperson.

Bought my second car from Audi WC today for my wife and she was ecstatic with her car. They worked with me to find the perfect car at a very good deal, literally best price for a very clean car within 500 miles. The facility is incredible and service area is top notch. My wife and I were considering both an Audi Q5 and a BMW X3. On our initial visit to the dealership, we did not have time to test drive the Q5 so we arranged with the salesman, Chris Connors, a visit on the next Saturday. We are very experienced car buyers and the price and features we’re going to be the deciding factors.We talked to the BMW dealer and received a great offer and we were looking at a nice car. My wife was driving an X5, so the BMW X3 really had an edge over the Audi.We then came to this dealership to take a test drive and look at the numbers. We did not expect to purchase the Q5 as the other deal was very good. Chris had the Q5 ready for us to drive, which we did and my wife and I really liked the car. Chris knew everything about it and answered all of our questions. So then we sat to discuss the numbers. They were initially ok but not competitive with our previous BMW offer. In the following 30 minutes, Chris and the sales manager, Claudio went through all of the details of our trade, the different rebates, discounts, trade-in allowances. We negotiated and eventually made the financial adjustments that really surprised me. The deal was competitive and we felt at that time that we were getting a very good deal on a great car.The negotiation session was definitely the way it should be done. I hate the way other dealerships play the game of back and forth leaving the car buyer confused. Claudio came to Chris’ desk and we just talked. At the end, Claudio asked ‘what do we have to do to get you to purchase today?’ We sealed the deal.This was a great buying experience. There was a lot of legwork and scheduling done by Chris. He kept in touch with us the whole time through email and IM. Everyone was so courteous and every step in the process was positive.We bought the car; we are happy; we feel extremely positive about working with the dealership. Many kudos to Chris and Claudio for handling everything the way they did. The car is really nice too!

After a few weeks of an expanding used Allroad search, I found one that met all the right major criteria for me. I left a message and within a short time Chase Bragg contacted me and answered all my questions honestly and in a timely manner. He sent pictures I asked for, didn’t pester me, and was very easy to work with.I committed to drive ~ 400 miles based on what he relayed to me and I was not disappointed when I arrived as scheduled. He plated it for me and sent me out on my own for a drive, asked if there is anything else I wanted to know and arranged to have it put on a lift for me on my return.The deal was sealed and he did what he could to expedite my departure, knowing I had a long ride home. Unfortunately I ran into a processing problem that was neither his nor my fault. I felt like I was in a time out for 1 1/2 hours. He knew my frustration and was my advocate through the process.After the sale, he kept his word regarding rental car return and followed up with me.I am still at a loss as to why processing paper is such a lengthy hassle. I wasn’t a drop in customer, in fact some of the prep work was done before my arrival.Other than that, I am glad I made the trip. The car is exactly as advertised.

Best customer service I’ve ever had with a salesman at a dealership and all of the personnel with whom I interacted. Honest, straight forward, customer centric! I purchased an RS7 from them having driven two hours from New York to see the car. I want to take a minute and give kudos where its due. I inquired about the new Audi RS7 that just hit the showroom floor and I worked with Daniel McCloy on making the purchase. I had a couple options for a trade and Daniel made suggestions that made sense. He also was straight forward and to the point. I didnt get any salesy feel from him as he was consultative and answered my many questions. He was able to go to bat for me on my trade to make the deal work. Because this was the only dealership in the area with the exact car I wanted, I had to travel over an hour to get it. I made it clear that my schedule was very pressed and Dan made sure to get every single thing I needed completed so that when I showed up, I only had to go to finance and complete the transaction. Get this - I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour with my previous car traded and the keys to the new car in my hand, with the paperwork signed. Thats unheard of in this industry! Dan made sure to meet my needs all while respecting my time.
